Watered down wing stop. Came for the wings, and got bland, flavorless wings. The "Cajun" has no kick and is just some sauce and little bit of seasoning. The garlic Parmesan tasted like a foot that stepped on garlic and walked a mile then sprinkled some Parmesan to make up for it. The sauce not to mention was barely on the wings, mostly on the plate. The buffalo, tastes like some water down Pete's hot sauce. To top it all off the ranch tasted bland as well. Someone should really show them what wings are suppose to have and not just try to copy the wing-stop around the corner (which by the way had the same flavor choices as them.) I'm no Chef Ramsey but I know these are shit wings. I'll drive the opposite way to the nearest Buffalo Wild Wings or that place in little elm draft house bar & grill! Food is usually pretty good but this weekend was disappointing to say the least. We ordered the sampler to go and it looked like burnt garbage. Okay, so I honestly hate to leave such a poor review for this place because their food is pretty good. The issue is, they run out of wings, constantly, at a wing restaurant. My boyfriend and I have tried for the last two Wednesdays to participate in their wing deal on those days. The restaurant is open until midnight, but runs completely out of wings by 7:30. Visited this location today with my son's baseball team. We had a group of 20 so I anticipated service not to be up to par. However, I was not prepared for the debacle that we experienced. It took an hour to get some of the food and we ended up getting the rest of the food to go because we were waiting for over an hour. There was no owning of mistakes. Fine. No offer to comp the food that was completely forgotten. Fine. But when I told them that typically in a situation like this an apology goes a long way the two waitresses and bar tender looked at me like I was asking for part ownership of the place. I'm sure this place is fine if you are going for the most simple of experiences. But this staff was incapable of providing basic service and proved to be highly incompetent. read more

Very average wings. Got the bone-in and they were tiny. The boneless looked a lot better. The garlic parmesan was flavorful, but very oily. Fried pickles were excellent, but the cheese fries weren't good at all- bland is the only word to describe it. I tried a little bit of my friend's buffalo wrap and it was really good. It seems like this place actually has some tasty food, but the wings are definitely not there. Very confusing layout. We didn't know whether to sit down at a table or go order in the back. Anyway the food is pretty decent with good sauce for the wings and the appetizers were nice as well, my only complaint is that the wings could be larger and that they add some veggies to go with the sip. read more

If there was a way to give neg stars I would. We used to LOVE #boomerjacks. However we will never go back. We went tonight with our one yr old. The service was horrific, but that is not even the worse part. My husband took my baby to the bathroom and right outside the bathroom door he slipped in PUKE, resulting in him slamming my babies head into the wall. He came back toward the table baby crying, he stopped to tell the manager who did even so much as apologize. Just looked at him like he was an idiot and turned around. It took 5 other people to come tell him there was puke on the floor before he got someone to clean it up. Now my husbands knee is killing him and he can hardly walk. Best wings in Denton! My husband and I go on Mondays because they have the $1 drafts that night, our fav flavor wings are mild with blue cheese. PLUS they have fountain cherry coke, rare find but my fav! Guest service is excelent as well, when our order is wrong (being their mistake, or ours) Boomerjacks is always willing to correct it for us! They are always friendly and serve their customers well! Second visit (the following week): less than 1/3 occupancy, 25 wings takes 35 mins, foods barely warm (wings and onion rings), fries weren't dropped, and never received them. There are a lot of redhead people that work here. One of the gingers is female and talks to people. The other gingers are men that work in the kitchen and listen to rap musics. They have karaoke on tuesdays. I've yet too see a redhead sing karaoke here which is weird... I actually don't see any redheads that eat here either. It's almost as if they hired all of the redheads in denton and now they all are tired of the food and only come here when they are scheduled to work. The manager isn't a redhead, he's just this little dude that has a thing for redheads or something. He's pretty nice. If you have red hair you should try this place post haste, they might give you a discount or a job. read more
