This company came into our townhouse community and posted their business card/magnets on our community bulletin boards using the pins that were holding notices to the owners. So notices were hanging by one tack while three of their free advertising was securely plastered on our boards. We DO NOT recommend. We hired her to do a "Move Out" for a place we had been living in for only 7 weeks. We left her a steam mop to use and a vacuum (what cleaner does not have a vacuum?). She charged us $200 to clean a small apartment bathroom and the oven (having only lived there 7 weeks, there was no more than 10 minutes cleaning to wipe out the cupboards with a paper towel). She refused to use the steam mop we left her because she said she didnt know how to use it. (It was a Shark steam mop -- just add water!). When I questioned her about why she wasnt cleaning the windows, she said "It wasnt discussed". What move-out service doesnt include windows??? BTW the first time we used her, she took our cleaning spray home with her, which we had just purchased, and made no attempt to return it. Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us. Emailed Betty for a quote to "DEEP" Clean a home a week ahead of our appointment date. She was quick to respond with a very reasonable price. I wanted to add on a couple more chores in which they had no problem of providing the additional services. On the date of our appointment Betty, and her crew showed on the agreed time. I was in the market for a house cleaner to come every few months. After going through all of the reviews of every Oahu company I could find, I was feeling so disappointed in what I was seeing (one company even responded rudely to their customer's feedback - unacceptable!). I was so excited when I found BonoGreen's profile. Their reviews were really great! So, I went to their website, called the number listed there, and got a machine directing me back to their website to fill out a work order form. Okay, no problem. I was very impressed with the fact that their standard cleaning package seemed to be exactly what I wanted, the products they use are natural, and their prices seemed very reasonable. I was also very impressed that Betty got back to me via email in less than 24 hours. However, I was very disappointed to find out that they don't service my side of the island. She did refer me to another company, but that company doesn't have a profile on yelp, so I couldn't look at their reviews. However, I called the number Betty gave me, and got to speak to a very nice woman, who I've scheduled to come clean my home. Thanks, Betty! Bono Green has been my go-to cleaning company and crew for almost two years now. They are very detailed, and take their work seriously. We are on a set schedule (bi-weekly) discussed and agreed to initially. This review is long overdue...Betti is great, very detail oriented, fast in what she does and always on time. I like the fact that she uses non toxic products and natural solutions to scrub down hard to clean spots. On top of it she is super nice person with a big smile on her face and always positive attitude. I hired her couple months ago (my friends recommendation) to clean my 2br for move out and her job was outstanding. The place was spotless as if I never lived there. She used a small razor to get rid of water/soap spots on a glass shower door, what a dedication. I never succeed to clan that. I read a lot of reviews before getting a gift certificate for my mom for Christmas and my mom was so happy with Betty that she wanted her to continue! She just gave me a gift certificate for my birthday and I cannot tell you how happy I am! Betty and her assistant have done a really wonderful job cleaning my house for the last 6 months and I really look forward to continuing to work with her. I spoke with her over the phone initially and she gave me a quote based on the size of my house. I think the price is fair based on what I used to pay on the mainland for house cleaning and just the time/cost benefit alone! During her cleanings she leaves my house sparkling clean, does small things that are actually huge like put away the dishes that may be left in the sink, folds the toilet paper, replaces trash can liners and empties the trash into the bin outside. I love the way that she folds towels, makes the bed/changes the sheets, cleans window screens, cleans the floors and baseboards, and much much more. When she finishes the house smells clean and looks wonderful. One of the best things about her company is that they use all green products so there isn't any chemical smell when she's finished just the natural smell of a clean and tidy house and it gives me peace of mind that we are not being exposed to any harsh chemicals unnecessarily. If I could afford to use her every two weeks I definitely would because it's completely worth it. I am very particular about cleaning and of course no one will ever clean your house as well as you think you can but Betty does and her team do an amazing job and saves us the time and energy of having to compare who can clean the house better, which I am totally fine with. I filled out an order form online and received no response. The next day I followed up with a phone call and mentioned that I filled out a form online, and still have received no response, two days later. It should also be noted that no one answers the phone when you call, it's an answering machine that tells you to fill out an order form online. So not only do you not get personal service by calling the phone number on the website, you also get no action by doing exactly what they ask you to do in order to get service! I highly recommend BonoGreen cleaning. I needed cleaning for a rental property that a tenant trashed. The place was disgustingly dirty.....I had no idea a 1 bedroom place could be so gross. I called BonoGreen and was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day. They arrived on time, and made the place shine. We paid the extra money for the initial cleaning, and they cleaned, not thoroughly, but enough. We told them at that time we would use them every now and then and she said it was fine. We called to set up another cleaning and they want us to pay another initial cleaning fee. And all their rates have increased, the quote for our apartment went from $100 to $145! This was never communicated to us. If we had known this, we would not have overpayed for their service to begin with. We would have gone with someone else, which is what we are going to do now.
