The place looked clean but upon further inspection, they didn't wipe down the counters, clean under the bed, couch or coffee table, or clean the shower fixtures. I spent about 2 hours making sure the place was perfect. The company asks for feedback within 24 hours, but I was out of town and sent photos and expressed my disappointment a few days after the cleaning. After some back and forth, they offered me a $70 refund which is why I'm giving 2 stars. I still paid $380 for subpar cleaning and spent 2 hours on it, which is unacceptable. If this was my business, I would have done everything I could to make it completely right and win back the customer. But that is not their business model.
