Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! So either Andreas machine is outdated or her 30 years of experience has shown her how to work the system to get returning clients believing they're getting real results. Also, her time slots are not for an allotted time because she's always starting a few minutes late from the previous client and her appointments are scheduled back to back with no time to sanitize or change out the stiff dirty towel that's probably been there for the past 30 years. She'll also move clients appointments around for her scheduled needs which she's stated "I won't be coming in if I only have 2 appointments." Because having a Friday off from work. I automatically thought it was a Saturday, when I asked Kat do you have anything for tomorrow assuming it was for Sunday. My bad. I text her the night of and let her know of my mixup and apologized. She did have a later appointment but I wasn't sure if I would make it. There was a lot of back and forth but Kat was beyond accommodating and sincere. She assured me that she would still honor my Groupon past the expiration date but she would have to mark it as "re-deemed" fair enough. She even wrote on an index card I had a scrub credit and provided me with a picture of it. Fast forward to today. I had text her on 11/18 to see if she would be open the day after Thanksgiving. She said yes, so I asked what time she had available and that I would be free all day. She gave me a 11:30am time slot. Done. So I thought...Nope, I get a call today Wednesday 11/23 @ 11:40am asking me where I'm at. Huh? My appointment is on Friday with you, she says "no it's not". Um I for sure didn't schedule a scrub while working. Looking at the txt I asked for 11/26 but not paying attention to Kat's text where she wrote "see you on 11/23 @ 11:30" and me just texting back "Thank You".
