Joy is an absolute professional. I had electrolysis for nearly a year with another service provider and saw very little improvement, more importantly I never felt anything during the treatments. I never actually felt any type of shock or pain, that should have been a red flag. I did not hold a wand & although I was quite consistent with weakly 1 hour treatments, the hair never seemed to change.
