Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! Because having a Friday off from work. I automatically thought it was a Saturday, when I asked Kat do you have anything for tomorrow assuming it was for Sunday. My bad. I text her the night of and let her know of my mixup and apologized. She did have a later appointment but I wasn't sure if I would make it. There was a lot of back and forth but Kat was beyond accommodating and sincere. She assured me that she would still honor my Groupon past the expiration date but she would have to mark it as "re-deemed" fair enough. She even wrote on an index card I had a scrub credit and provided me with a picture of it. Fast forward to today. I had text her on 11/18 to see if she would be open the day after Thanksgiving. She said yes, so I asked what time she had available and that I would be free all day. She gave me a 11:30am time slot. Done. So I thought...Nope, I get a call today Wednesday 11/23 @ 11:40am asking me where I'm at. Huh? My appointment is on Friday with you, she says "no it's not". Um I for sure didn't schedule a scrub while working. Looking at the txt I asked for 11/26 but not paying attention to Kat's text where she wrote "see you on 11/23 @ 11:30" and me just texting back "Thank You". Anyways, what sealed the deal was when she said, "well just come on Friday, what time do you want to come, ok come at 11:30am then, so we can be done with this". With a bunch of other rude "mumbling under her breath". Sorry, I'll eat up the Groupon you already redeemed and save both of us the headache. So really only got a 75min service, not 90 minutes. She wasn't the happiest about the groupon price, as many providers tend to not be, but that's kind of the whole point of listing your business on an advertising site? Still paid her the matching price on groupon instead of actually going through groupon. She recommended that I do something somewhat different and said that she would do an extra deep clean/hydrofacial on me since I had acne. The service was decent. The cleansing was extremely mild and not deep in comparison to many places I've been or maybe my skin just wasn't that bad this time. No extractions, just exfoliation. She gives little massages throughout the service on your scalp, arms, shoulder, neck and so on. I really wish I got more in the face, hence facial. Her space is located in Sola Salons which is surrounded by dozens of other Suites. Wood floors so unfortunately not the most relaxing because you can hear noise from all the surrounding Studios.
