This is a taco truck in the middle of Cambria. It's not easy to park around there, but there are spaces on the street. Great Al pastor! The burrito was excellent. I especially liked the Cotija cheese. The gorditas were tasty, but a bit too greasy. Service was pretty quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a few tables around to eat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We took ours to Moonstone beach and ate by the water. I will definitely go back.

The service was quick, and the ordering process was simple and efficient. The tacos were decent, but I've had better al pastor elsewhere, and that happens to be my favorite type of meat. I actually preferred the gorditas over the tacos. The masa had a very authentic flavor and texture, which made them stand out.

Ok who would've thought some of the best tacos would be in the small town of Cambria?!?! Being from LA, and knowing that tacos only get better as we get closer to the border, I did not expect these tacos to hit as good as they did. So flavorful , they even got the pineapple bits on the Al pastor. It was awesome to have one of my favorite foods in the area and a good break from the more traditional fare. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's several benches/outdoor patio seating and it seems like there's a lot of regulars that stop by.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would highly recommend squeezing this place in your itinerary if you're in the area!

Boni's Tacos is a must! It's a small food truck that offers a variety of delicious Mexican food. My boyfriend and I tried their Al pastor and carne asada tacos, which were so delicious, that we had to order twice! The only issue we had was that they were a bit slow, and they were also extremely busy, so be prepared for a wait, especially during lunch time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Luckily they have some seating around, so you can soak up the sun, and enjoy the beautiful weather while you wait for your food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Um no pics of food because well it looked and tasted so good I didn't get a chance to take any lol. Staff was so kind and Spanish speaking as well! Lots of seating options outside. Had a chicken gordita and my oh my was it so delicious! Perfectly fried tortilla with well seasoned meat! Only critique i have is that i would have preferred fresh cheese vs melting cheese but regardless it was still delicious!! Definitely will be stopping by each time I'm in the area and you should too!

Absolutely delicious tacos and burritos! Friendly service as well. Tacos are flavorful and delish!! The burrito was so good. Chicken and fillings in every bite!

The service was great but expect a 5-10minute line due to how popular it is. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a little food truck just off a popular street so you'll be hearing the cars pass by.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Breakfast Burrito was excellent! This is a very good burrito made with care to ensure it is both juicy inside and crispy/dry on the outside. Good price, good portions, great food. Strongly recommend!

Well, I don't have any pictures of the food to post along with my review, because we straight gobbled it up upon receiving our order LOL! We actually stopped into Boni's 2 times, one going up the coast and then on the way back. We ordered the Al pastor tacos, quesadilla and chile verde Gordita, everything was super yummy! Love that they cook the Al pastor traditionally, it's so good! The Chile Verde Gordita was epic good, the pork was so tender! The food comes out pretty fast, the staff is friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]there are places to sit outside the food truck that are comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly suggest Boni's for great Mexican food in Cambria!

    4 tacos.

Found this little gem in the small town of Cambria. Showed up around 3:15, they close at 5 but were shutting down early due to running out of food. Couldn't get a burrito but had tacos instead. Ordered two carne, one pastor and one chili verde. Chili verde won by a long shot, absolutely delicious. Others were good too. Chips and salsa very tasty. Wanted rice and beans but they were out of beans, they looked great though from what we could see. Advice: don't go towards end of day, they're likely out of deliciousness.

My gosh, best breakfast burritos ever!!!! This was our first time here, and we absolutely LOVED it. We got the breakfast burrito with Al pastor, and it was gone within seconds. The service was quick and friendly, and we could tell the meat was fresh. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a food truck located on a nice corner, with plenty of street parking and seating around it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely has a nice and welcoming feel to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It felt very local, which we appreciate since a lot of places can feel a little tourist-trappy. We will definitely be back!!!

Okay, so I've been coming to Cambria for years (like since I was in my 20s and now I'm in my 40s long) and only now did I discover Boni's. I'm pissed. All this time, there was amazing al pastor tacos just chilling on Main Street. Like really? Why haven't I been here before? So rude. Anyway. The Al pastor is so good. My husband and I shared a taco plate and as I write this, lightweight upset I didn't get a burrito because their beans and rice were also really good. Like, I'm also lightweight upset they were closed Tuesday-Thursday cause I was really hoping I'd be eating a goddamn burrito as I write this. They also ate quite popular. There was a lot of regulars that came up while we were there because more than a few times I hear "Usual order?". You know then it's a good place, We also had the chips and salsa. Chips were okay, like, acceptable and not going to complain. I do wish they were homemade though. The salsa though? My god. That was good. Like, I wanted more of that too. If you are hankering for amazing tacos, look no further than Boni's.

When you see a line at a local taco truck, you know it's going to be great! Crazy that I waited this long to try this place. My company raved over it...so duh! Of course, I was in! We shared the most delicious chili verde burrito and we each had a pastor taco...omg! Soooo good! I'm so glad that I finally tried Boni's! Thanks to my companion for the great recommendation!

An absolute banger of a food truck. 10/10, fast service and fresh ingredients. Somehow, still really accessible-- six tacos, and two sodas for $25, and most importantly-- absolutely *delicious* If I lived here, I'd eat daily.

We were walk in, the hostess offered us seating in two bar areas and also made room in the front room for us. We sat at a table in the front room. It had nice ambiance and nicely decorated with plants. Our server was super sweet and helpful. We ordered a Paloma which was great but I heard the pisco sours are good and homemade. Wish we tried one but next time! The service was so fast. When we got our cocktail the food arrived! We ordered the señor lomo which was their lomo saltado. It was sooo good. The sauce was so flavorful and the filet mignon was very tender. It came with a lot of veggies, fries and rice too. Also ordered the escabeche which was a sea bass with similar delicious sauce and veggies. It had mixed colored roasted potato's underneath. Fish and the dish was soft and equally flavorful and delicious. I would say the sauce was slightly lighter than señor lomo. They had a platter of desserts on display. Wish we could have all of them. They all looked pretty and delicious. We tried the papaya creme brûlée. Thought it mostly tasted just like creme brûlée. Highly recommend. It is one of the best Peruvian places I've been. Kinda pricy though, each dish was about $40.

excellent food, seriously disorganized service…read more The food at Mistura had some genuinely outstanding moments, but the service was poor enough to significantly affect the overall experience. The Tamalito Negro was easily the highlight of the meal and one of the most memorable dishes I've had recently. The Peruvian black squid ink tamale was soft and flavorful, and the creamy ají amarillo sauce worked beautifully with the shrimp. It was creative, distinctive, and absolutely worth ordering. The Corazón, or grilled beef heart anticucho, was also excellent. It still had the characteristic flavor of beef heart, which I appreciated, rather than being over-marinated or disguised. The texture was just right: tender but not artificially soft, with enough chew to remain satisfying without being tough. The Seco de Cordero was much less impressive. The lamb was fine, but the cilantro-based sauce was too salty for me, and the dish did not have the same refinement or excitement as the two appetizers. At $50, I expected more. I also tried the classic Pisco Sour, which was smooth, refreshing, and much stronger than it tasted. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disorganized. After I was seated, nobody came to take my order until I actively called someone over. I was not given water and had to request it when the cocktail finally arrived. My server also entered my order incorrectly and ordered a second Tamalito Negro instead of the Corazón. The food runner noticed that I had already received the tamale, took it back to confirm with the kitchen, and only then was the mistake discovered. As a result, my appetizer arrived after my entrée. I also waited a long time after asking for the check and a to-go box, although the server eventually took the food to the back and packed it for me. The kitchen clearly has talent, particularly with the Tamalito Negro and Corazón. But at this price point, guests should not have to repeatedly flag someone down for basic service, water, correct ordering, and the check. I would consider returning for the food, but the service needs major improvement.

This place definitely gets packed, so I highly recommend reserving a table in advance. We were lucky enough to get a window seat, and the outdoor patio views of the ocean are simply amazing! On top of that, the staff here has definitely become even more friendly--our server, Zach, was super efficient and attentive throughout our meal. The food was incredible from start to finish: * Mahi Mahi Fish Ceviche: We started with this alongside fresh tortilla chips, and it was honestly one of the best ceviches we've ever had. * Clam Chowder Soup: This special clam chowder came served with Parmesan cheese bread, which was absolute perfection. Again, hands down one of the best soups we've tasted! * Molcajete Surtido: For our main dish, we ordered this classic feast loaded with grilled colossal shrimp, arrachera steak, chicken breast, chorizo, spring onion, jalapeño peppers, nopalitos, avocado, pork rinds, molcajete salsa, queso fresco, and corn tortillas, served with a side of rice and beans. All the meats were so tender and flavorful, and the rice and beans were really nice. We were so full that we didn't even get to touch the tortillas! To top off a wonderful evening, they brought out a complimentary ice cream with a candle to celebrate my wife's birthday, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. Whether you're planning a special date night or a family outing, we definitely recommend Ventana Grill!

When we walked in, we were greeted kindly by the staff in the restaurant. My mom and I admittedly did our research prior and knew what we wanted to order. After a few minutes, our food arrived. We dug in! Everything was sooo delicious. The pupusa had a perfect ratio of everything with the filling and the curtido went perfectly. The side of rice and beans were cooked great and were very yummy. My mom and I tried the plantains and were pleasantly surprised. We weren't surprised they were cooked well but rather that the plantains themselves seemed to be at the perfect state of ripeness too! Overall we had a really pleasant experience at Las Comadres. Admittedly one fault is my mom and I had some acid reflux which we think was due to the curtido. I rarely get acid reflux so it was a surprise. Since we deduced the cause, it doesn't deter us from eating some yummy food here again!

I ordered the chilaquiles (not listed on the menu, but they'll make it for you with your choice of meat or traditional eggs for the same price). Absolutely worth the $13, and I'd 100% order it again--next time with al pastor! We also tried the chicken enchilada plate ($13), which was just as good. Great flavor, the perfect amount of sauce and cheese, and it came with rice and beans on the side. For drinks, they've got a wide selection, including alcoholic options.
