This place is an absolute horror show. The server was actually nice and for some of the things we ordered, we should have listened to him, as he did not recommend a few items that we ended up ordering anyway. How bad could a lobster bisque be? Or a beef dumplings for appetizers? Trust me, it can be bad! My wife had the Mahi mahi, and that went well over half to the trash. The ridiculous mango salsa are actually pieces of mango on top of the dry, hard and tasteless square of Mahi Mahi. Looked like straight out of the microwave! We ordered some sort of Parmesan risotto as sides for our fish dishes and oh boy, whoever invented the risotto would have a heart attack seeing that. You couldn't eat it. Worst I've had in my life. They were nice enough and remove the awful dumpling appetizers and ridiculous lemon watered rice sides out of the check, but that's not changing our minds about ever being back. We had an great experience here. There is plenty of parking around the restaurant and there is a ton to do nearby as well. We headed in and were greeted / seated immediately. Our waitress came by a short wait later and took our drink orders. They were seating everyone with physical distancing in mind and all staff was wearing masks. The tables had a paper cover and it was changed, along with the tablecloth each time a customer left. They were very diligent about it all, which was very nice to see. I had the corn and crab chunk chowder with a side house salad. The soup was great and the salad was the perfect size. I forgot to say no seeds on the salad, so that was on me. My husband had the fish and chips and it was good also! He was happy. For our daughter we did the mac and cheese with a side of fries. The mac and cheese bowl was very hot, so heads up parents, you may want to keep the plate / bowl from little hands til they cool off. Can't say that I've ever had a bad meal at bonefish. Steaks and fish are always done and cooked to choice. Filets and fish were had the last few.times and were superb. They offer a smoked bourbon choice now and I've had that each time to start my meal. I've seen to collect these when I'm out and see that they are offered with a suitable bourbons to match. Definitely recommend if you live in wg and park across the street and your fine. It just looks busy and it's cooler when they hand out buzz notifiers. read more

I had never been to this location before but I went because my daughter recommended it and I had a coupon for a free bang bang shrimp :-), so I was served by Miss Candy she was a very nice waiter. Very attentive and friendly. The time that I arrived was approximately around 430 5:00 PM in which it was very nice really nice atmosphere in there I'll show you some pictures in a moment but no less than about 30 to 45 minutes later the restaurants that are getting very packed and very very active and very loud and that made me a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless my food was delicious and I may or may not visit this particular location again in the very near future, but you can try it, it was nice. read more

Bonefish Grill is a franchise restaurant so it was not very different from the other experiences, however I highly encourage them to pay attention to how they hold silverware for sanitary purposes. Wow! I went here for a last minute anniversary celebration and we definitely were NOT disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got the pumpkin ravioli and I got the parm crusted fish. To die for!! We shared the potstickers as an app. Note: if you have a shellfish allergy like me this is the only app you can get! Our server did an amazing and professional job. When we first sat down she had an extremely unhappy table of 6 making a scene about their meal. Bonefish is always 10 stars!!! My favorite dishes there are the Seabass and Bistro Steak with Chimichurri. The food is always cooked perfectly. I order to go often and I love how carefully packaged my food is. The customer service is always on point. Dining in, no matter what location I've always been treated well. I've eaten at this Bonefish many times over the years. It's conveniently located and they are predictable. Under normal circumstances I recommend making a reservation because that are always busy. Recently the restaurant closed and now only provides a curbside and delivery. They modified their menu in order to protect the integrity of their food and to meet the needs of their customers. The menu includes Family Bundles. There are six different options that start at $30.00. I chose the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos for $39.99. After tax and tip it totals $50.25.. The bundle came with warm tortillas, shredded lettuce, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, bang bang sauce, shrimp, side salad, bread and six cookies. We love Bonefish's family meals! We use UberEats to have this delivered on those nights when it's just ... hard. Since COVID-19, we have ordered a few of their family meals because it is always plenty of food and the options are great! Most recently, we tried their grilled salmon family bundle. There are 2 adults and 3 kiddos (11, 10, 6). The bundle came with enough grilled salmon for all of us to have more than one piece. The salmon was well cooked and hot when it arrived; it was paired with their lemon butter sauce. YUM! This bundle also had the house salad, which is topped with hearts of palm, pepitos, olives, tomatoes and your choice of dressing. We had salad leftover for days. The green beans were fresh and delicious and who can be mad that we received TWO loaves of bread? Not me. This bundle doesn't ignore the sweet tooth - it comes with 6 chocolate chip cookies. AND the best part was, with everything (tax, tips, convenience fees through UberEats) we still only paid approximately $60 to feed our family and have left overs (and no dishes!!!) I hope this doesn't go away and they will consider keeping these family bundles on their menu for many more years to come. read more

Bonefish Grill is one of my favorite restaurant chains. There is so much that is good on the menu! And they offer a loyalty program, where every 4th meal is 50% off, which is really cool of them to do. Of course, the Band Bang Shrimp is a must-have. Their waygu beef sliders are an undercover gem. The fish dishes I've had have all been moist and flavorful. And they regularly rotate out great specials--like $19.90 for a 3 course meal that has a 6 oz sirloin and shrimp! Bonefish Grill has a lunch menu, but comparing it to the regular menu, the prices are almost the same. They do offer some special lunchtime offerings, like the fish tacos, which I highly recommend. Their scalloped potatoes are almost like a cheesy potato salad--the potatoes are pretty undercooked. The bread that comes out before the meal is sub-par. And the clam chowder has a tomato base, which I really didn't like. This location can get pretty busy in the evenings, so I'd recommend a reservation if you're planning on coming on the weekend. If you're in Fowler's Grove or looking for a nice restaurant that will keep the whole family happy, Bonefish Grill is your place! read more

Had dinner with my wife last night. Although not their fault for the affluence of waiting customers (at a certain point, there must have been 25-30 waiting in the little lobby), more could be done to set expectations and keep us informed. Maybe a text that says "you are now 5th in the queue" or similar. Note that you provide your mobile number to be notified when the table is ready. Anyway, 40 minutes into the wait, 2 seats became available at the communal long tables - these are first come, first serve, you dine next to others, there is no privacy. We took our seats while table was still filled with plates from previous customer, and 10 minutes later no one came to clean. This is poor management and can/should be addressed. Eventually the text came after 55 min that our table was ready. Waiter was very honest and told my wife, who ordered initially risotto that "he gets a lot of complaints about the dish". We appreciated his honesty, but why the chef keeps it in the menu? We devoured the bread and olive oil, it was warm and fresh. Had fish and chips (too hungry after an hour hanging out), which came out good. And had their house Chardonnay - second glass came in a water glass, waiter stated that "the bar ran out of wine glasses ". Another item that could/should be fixed. My dish was reasonably priced at $14. Wife had the special mahi mahi, I felt it was pricey for the way it was presented - $22. read more

As promised we tried bonefish grill once more. This time we brought some backup, our two grandkids. Let me say that the 5 stars update is well deserved. The whole dining experience was well worth it. From the super flakey tender fish and chips to the spicy tuna bowl, kids meals, the quality, taste and flavors was top notch! Oh and the deserts? Simply, oh delicious! I love there salads!! First things first I made a reservation!! Depending on the time you may not have too!! I come here frequently for the house salad, crab bisque and dynamite shrimp!! Im a little obsessed!! I just love the creamy flavor in the bisque so perfectly season with the clumps of blue crab.... Just yum!! The dynamite shrimp well is obviously dynamite!! I had not been to Bonefish Grill since I lived with my parents in south Florida as a teenager, so needless to say I was intrigued when my friends invited me to a dinner meeting at this establishment. I ordered the Cod Imperial and it had a perfect blend of protein and cheesiness. My hubby ate my leftovers and was loving it. I had it with a side of cole slaw and vegetables.
