    MAINE LOBSTER BISQUE

This might have been the best meal I had during our vacation. For starters, our angel baby of a server ( who I cannot remember his name), was just the best. He was funny, personable and so kind. He truly made our dining experience perfect. I started with the lobster bisque and it was heaven. A must order. Their oysters were also super fresh and not fishy. The real treat was my perfectly cooked petite filet. I have no notes for it, it was heaven. I'll be dreaming about that steak until I'm back again next year.

Great waterfront dining with fresh seafood and steaks Had dinner at The Boathouse in Orlando and ordered the dinner rolls, Caesar salad, yellowfin tuna poke, and New York steak with fries. Everything was well-prepared and made for a satisfying meal. The dinner rolls were warm, soft, and a great way to start. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp with a nice balance of dressing and parmesan. The yellowfin tuna poke was a standout appetizer--fresh, flavorful, and light, with high-quality tuna and well-balanced seasonings. For the main course, the New York steak was cooked okay, tender, and full of flavor. The fries were seasoned well, making a classic pairing that didn't disappoint. Service was attentive and professional throughout the meal. The staff checked in regularly and made the dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The vibe is one of the best parts of dining here. Located on the waterfront at Disney Springs, the restaurant offers beautiful views, a lively atmosphere, and a polished yet approachable feel. It's a great spot for date nights, celebrations, or simply enjoying a nice meal after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with good food, great service, and a fantastic location. I'd happily return on my next trip to Orlando.

This place had such a great atmosphere with views of the lake and live piano music. The staff/my waitress was so kind, approachable, and efficient. we had the house special oysters "lucky duxe" which ere small, sweet, and delicious!! The yellowfin tuna poke was so fresh--the mango and avocado complimented each other well--yum!!! We also really enjoyed the lobster roll w(it had chunks of lobster!) and the grilled fish tacos! I think the only dish I didn't like that much was the lobster bisque bc it had more of a tomato flavor than lobster flavor. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to people!

Our group of 6 visited on 06.07.26 for a birthday dinner. 3 of us had never been. Ben was our server and he was amazing! He was very patient with us, checked on us at the right times...he really took care of us. He's a real asset to the restaurant. Decor was great and very fitting. Great recommendation on the beer. Food was great! Very tasty! My only complaint was that my steak was a little dry, but that's partly on me as I had it well done. The char was wonderful. Everyone left the restaurant very full. We did not NEED dessert, but we sure wanted the Strawberry Shortcake. That was so good! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great ambiance and food. Service was a little slow but the summer is picking up so to be expected at times. Make sure to make a reservation or you will have a long wait. We made a reservation but it is $25 per person if not canceled within 24 hours if you're unable to make the reservation. One of my friends is gluten-free, and the manager came by and made sure to address her needs and also recommended all of the gluten-free options on the menu. They were very attentive and cautious, which is super important. We had a great time and I definitely will be back again. The food was super yummy.

More than the amazing atmosphere, theming, and staff, the food was AMAZING! Fresh seafood that had flown in, the boil was not overly buttery and we ate every last bite. We were celebrating a few birthdays and the birthday cupcake was delicious and the same batter they make their cake out of. Can't wait to go back!

Visited this restaurant on our final day in Orlando for Disney World. Made a reservation in advance and glad that we did because it was very crowded in Disney Springs. On a sidenote Disney Springs is awesome, especially for the adults as there is good shopping, good food, and plenty of places to grab a drink and walk around. As for the restaurant, it was perfect weather and we were sitting outside on the dock. Food was great and our server was amazing as well. The drinks came out fast and more delicious along with the food. In addition, they also gave us a small treat for our anniversary. All in all this is definitely a place to eat at when you're at Disney Springs. Shout out to Carlos our server!

The score is would have been better if my friend hadn't chip his tooth on the shrimp and grits he ordered. I informed the manager of this mishap which he apologized for. But he was condescending about what happened. The manager stated that my friend already had an issue with his tooth prior to dining here. Now to the good stuff, the atmosphere and ambiance was great. We sat out on the deck which had some great views and it was a beautiful day. Next our server "Ben" was really good and he tended to all of our needs very promptly. He was nice and friendly. The food was great that my wife and I ordered. The menu had a lot of choices but i chose the steak & eggs with b'fast potatoes. My wife had the avocado toast which she said it was really tasty. We also ordered several oysters which were really fresh, it was like they pulled them from the water as we ordered. I personally had 4 fried oysters and my wife and friend had some raw oysters. Let me say that the fried oysters were some of the best I've ever had and I would definitely order these again and a lot more of them. So the food and atmosphere is definitely a 5 star but a 3 for the unprofessional comment made by one of its managers. I still highly recommend this place but get there early because this is a popular restaurant and it gets full on a hurry.

Beware that if you make a reservation, you will have to wait in a very long line (unless it's a slow day) to just be able to check in to your reservation! So get there well before your reservation time. I also want to give a shoutout to the staff for really being extra careful with the allergies that some of us had at the table! The manager even came by and spoke with us about the shrimp allergy specifically at the table. We made a reservation for brunch! I've never eaten here before and was excited to try it since it's one of the more popular spots in Disney Springs. I love the decor. It's giving like a high class yacht club type of vibe. We started off with some sweet cinnamon bread which was delicious then continued into our entrees. My fiancé and I also split a lobster bisque that was TO DIE FOR! My breakfast chorizo tacos were fantastic! I loved that they let me sub my scrambled eggs for over medium ones. I just love a runny yolk on my eggs. We ordered a 21 layer chocolate cake for dessert that said it serves 2, but it actually serves like 6. It's ginormous and chocolatey rich! I did ask for another mimosa during brunch but this time only with only a splash of the passion fruit (with the understanding that the cup wouldn't be filled up the whole way since it would have the same amount of champagne) or if they could make it a double mimosa (with the understanding this would be an additional cost) just because I wanted more champagne taste than juice. The waiter told me sure and then brought me back a mimosa that had even more juice than my last one had. Not sure what that was about, but I would never send a drink back unless there was something terribly wrong so I sucked it up. My fiancé's vodka pineapple wasn't the best either given how much it cost... but those are Disney prices for you! Overall food was really good, our drinks were just ok. I'd want to come back for like a fancy date night :)

Oh my LORDDD! Food: Salmon entree- literally said "HELL YEAH" with the first bite. Huge salmon lover here, and I loved every moment of this entree. Dreaming about it till I get it again. Grouper: Per my husband, "very good, the sauce that it was in was excellent". Truffle fries: I loved- always down for a aïoli dipping sauce, my husband felt like they were okay, which honestly worked out better for me. Large portion. Rolls: Insane, probably the least healthiest item you could consume, but truly a treat. I am not a natural bread lover and found this bread and butter combo excellent. Service & ambiance: We had a reservation and got lucky to be seated outside, right by the water edge. It was so fun and relaxing to watch the fish, boats, and birds. Service was the Disney way- quick, friendly, and efficient.

Is there a happy hour menu?

They do not have a happy hour menu but they do have specialty items per day! They are given out on a smaller menus and are usually seen right above their oyster assortment for the day!

I was wondering if there is room to eat dinner at the bar without reservations? Thank you

Yes, you can eat at the bar with no reservation. There's always people hovering around waiting to get a spot at the bar.

Is any of the menu available to go?

Yes they do have carry out

Can we also order lunch appetizers during brunch?

Yes! If you go during brunch hours, it basically means you have the option to order brunch in addition to the regular menu. You do not need to order a brunch item if you happen to be dining during this window.

Do you serve a turkey dinner a few days before?

    No why would they.

Are there bugs (mosquitoes) when eating waterfront at night?

We were on the water during July and didn't experience any mosquitos!

    Are there any mocktail options?

Yes! There's a full bar so they can make pretty much any mocktail you'd like.

    Is it noisy dining inside?

Yes, especially when it's full. They also have live music some nights which makes it even noisier.

    Does it smell fishy inside?

Thankfully it does not. There is an open breeze outside, ample AC inside and some breeze through the large front and back doors. Not fishy, even by the oyster bars.

Do you use blue crab meat in your crab cakes?

    Yes we do!!

We currently only have late night reservations available. For example 10:00, 10:30 or 10:45 pm. We will have open seating at the bar and outside dock area.

Does the boathouse have gluten free buns?

They do have a Gluten and Diary free bun/bread however I would double check with your server when you order to ensure you are getting that option! The servers are very accommodating

What is the best parking garage for the Boathouse?

The Lime Garage is the closest to the Boathouse. https://www.disneysprings.com/disney-springs-map/

How far in advance can you book a reservation?

They go by disney rules which are 180 days (or 180 from arrival if staying on property). During covid rule is at 60 days.

Does the boathouse serve stone crab when it is in season?

    Yes

Do you have any fun non-alcoholic mocktails? Will be coming there in a few weeks and I am pregnant :)

There's not any mocktails on the menu, and the cocktail menu isn't as exciting or extensive as some other Disney eateries. However, I'm sure you can order any cocktail as a virgin. Hope this helps!

How much is the car boat ride?

It’s about $125 but if you eat at the restaurant they give you a coupon that brings the price down to $100 if I remember correctly.

The slightly sweet, malty Guinness oil was so good that we found ourselves reaching for just one more piece of bread several times. For our entrees, we ordered the Braised Be Beef and the Chicken Pie. The Braised Be Beef features slow-cooked beef short ribs served over creamy mashed potatoes with roasted broccolini, carrots, sugar snap peas, and a red wine reduction. The beef was incredibly tender and easily fell apart with a fork. The Chicken Pie was another standout. The flaky pastry enclosed a creamy filling of chicken, wild mushrooms, leeks, and a white wine cream sauce. To drink, we ordered a Guinness along with the Berry UnIrish, a nonalcoholic blend of blueberries, fresh lemon juice, San Pellegrino, and honey. The Berry UnIrish was refreshingly sweet and a great option if you're looking for something without alcohol. The Guinness, of course, paired perfectly with the hearty Irish fare. As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

The lower level is where all the dining and live music happens and it is well done as well. Where things get mixed is the food. We had the gigantic pretzel, corn bread and biscuits, two Edison Burgers, the PBB sandwich, and our table mates ordered the steak and salmon. In general the burgers were good, though one of ours was missing half the bottom bun and the rest of the bun was really stale, and the sandwich lacked flavor and was a bit one note. Our dinner guests mentioned the steak was really good but the salmon was just okay. Our waiter Garret was pretty good, it wasn't overly busy but he did seem to struggle just a bit keeping up with his tables and there were times when we had to reach out to passing staff for silverware or refills. But, in general it was an okay time. In the future I'd probably skip the food and stick to drinks and enjoying the atmosphere.

If you want my opinion, Player 1 Video Game Bar, in Orlando, is fantastic. It's the quintessential…read moreretro-arcade bar. It's dark, cool, and the themed decor fits the place perfectly. For example, the top of the bar is actually a time line of the history of video games...something to take in while you're throwing back a few adult beverages. Assuming that you're looking to drink a bit, they have an outstanding collection of craft beer, and of course, they have the obligatory "80s themed" cocktails. I haven't quite figured out the food menu. But hey, P1VGB is not really, I don't think, that kind of place. GAMES? They have an excellent selection of old school vids. And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). This combo brings you most, if not all, of the blockbuster titles from the 80s. They also have several rare machines. Last but not least, they THE SINGLE ALL TIME GREATEST COIN-OP SPORTS GAME! ATARI FOOTBALL!! Yeah, it's that much fun...I still have callouses and blisters from rolling that big ass track ball back in 1979! Pinball? Well, this is not a pinball palace, but, they do have about 8 to 10 tables. Great titles including Twilight Zone, Haunted House, and Jaws. In addition to the coin-op games that us Gen-Xers grew up with, they have multiple videogame consoles available. For a bar that offers this many games set on free play, admission is very inexpensive. I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!

This location is a 21 and up location all the games Inside where the bar is are included in your five dollar price point. They do offer discounts if you work at Disney or Universal, etc., they have some snacks as well as the Chinese food next-door to eat as well. Tonight I decided to have the cider boys caramel apple for seven dollars. It is probably one of my favorite sliders that they currently have and I also tasted the 1911 sugarplum cider. I did not like it though.

Kind of place that you can wear any attire and would fit right in. The service was great, nothing in particular that stood out as over the top, but it didn't need anything like that. It was just good top to bottom. The menu was diverse enough for all tastes. There was a good variety of steaks, italian, etc. I ended going with the Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious, but I knew I should have went for a dish with more red sauce. The Alfredo sauce was incredible, albeit a little watery. The picture may not show it well, but there was a scoop of it right on top of the chicken, and it was really good. Next time that's what I'm having. The bread and butter were mind blowing though. Something about a garlic butter on a warm piece of bread is so incredibly hard to beat. I did have their "Delmonico's Margarita". Which is just their version of an italian marg. It was enjoyable, but for the price point of $17.95, I was expecting a little more in both taste and size. It was only a few dollars less than my meal. You live and learn with drinks though, can't knock it! Overall, great experience, and absolutely a recommended from me!

We started with fried calamari, tender and crispy, not overcooked and rubbery. I got the 24 ounce Delmonico medium rare and Winnie got the 9 ounce Fillet done medium. Both were cooked to perfect temperature. The steaks were $45 each and were top quality beef. Both came with a side of rigatoni in Marinara. Pasta was al dente not overcooked. The bread is fresh sourdough Italian flown in from New York and is quite good. If you are in Orlando and looking for a great dinner , I highly recommend coming here.
