We attended the restaurant for a business dinner and I was very underwhelmed. The steak was probably the best thing on the menu unfortunately I did enjoy the seafood or appetizers. The chocolate cake is pretty good, but nothing to write home without. The ambience of being restaurant is in the Rose center is Mooreon the tourist attraction side is decorated. We are in the service was really great on the server was attempted. There was also no music did not hang up for the experience. Do you wanna practice that they did try the magical down so it may be a bit different if you try the al a cart items.

The art work and decor of restaurant are very interesting and inviting. The service from our waitress was cool. The food was fine. I had the sea bass. I tasted my friend's seafood curry, that was the MOST memorable. It was well seasoned, spicy and fresh! I also remember the bread basket having different types of flat breads and warm breads. And there was plenty!

Food was excellent from the olives for the bread service to the filet to dessert. And the service was very good couldn't ask for more.

If you like to see what creatures live in the Everglades without having to put your life in danger, the decor is a must-see. Expensive for what you get. But hey, it's a hotel restaurant in Orlando. Can't expect reasonable prices.

Everglades they offer sparkling still or tap - we got the still and it comes in a little busker of ice. I mentioned my allergies and she told me she'd bring out the chef. I got the Angrove Family Crest Shiraz from McLaren Vale-AU for $15. The chef came out and I told him my allergies I got the NY strip for $50 minus the house butter- We just got our food; the NY strip is orgasmic. The sauce it comes with is a mushroom sauce however it's a bit too thick for my liking- my partner said it's GOOD. So I'll have to take his word for it. I completely finished my plate the steak is gone. Overall thoughts- very professional service from the staff, amazing food. This is t a quick meal the food is going to take a bit to get here; however absolutely phenomenal. I'll definitely be coming back to try the cocktails. The ambiance of the restaurant is Florida vibes meets classic flair of food and flavor. They've got a giant manatee, cougar, and alligator along the wall. A gorgeous hand painted mural of the Florida Everglades; as well as a tree frog. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful evening! We had a 7:15 reservation but arrived early. They happily sat us right away. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. We decided on a whim to split an appetizer and entree. The waitress had no problem with that and the kitchen split the entree for us. We had the scallop appetizer, the Salmon with lobster risotto and a side of mushrooms. Everything was cooked perfectly. This was our second time here , the last being last year when we came to Orlando. I know this restaurant is in a hotel; come even if you are not staying at the hotel. It is worth it! We were so excited about the salmon I forgot to take a photo. It was beautiful and delicious.

Everglades is appropriately themed with it's vibrant and scenic use of decor. They have very professional staff and amazing food. The atmosphere is very hushed and casual, so you can dress up or dress down. They have tables and booths available, as well as a small bar. Fish tank, murals, and animal statues decorate the room. So for a drink I had the strawberry basil lemonade which also has Bacardi dragon fruit rum, and I must say it was refreshingly pleasant. Fairly light unlike most denser cocktails, semisweet, lightly tart, I tasted like I should be drinking it by a pool or a beach. They also have sparkling, tap and still water available, if that is more your thing. Before the entree is served you are given a made in house fresh basket of bread with white bread, pumpernickel and a giant sesame rice cracker, paired with, it was like a little bowl of chopped garlic, olives, tomatoes, oil, I honestly am not entirely sure what all is in it, but what I do know is you will want it on your bread. Now, the entree. I can truly say I have never had a better pork chop in my entire life! (Don't tell me my mother I said that) The Duroc Pork Chop is a thick cut, bone on, grilled chop, with whiskey glazed apple chunks, and a sauce/broth that brings out a savory meat flavor while the apples add a nice sweetness. Complimented by a few vegetables and delicious creamy and chunky mashed potatoes. I highly recommend this dish. I have never had a chop as moist and tender as this one. As far as parking, it is hotel parking in a garage, as the restaurant is inside the hotel, so down side here is we paid 30$ to park for two hours, but I would say that is the only catch, and truly is more of a reflection on the hotel, not the restaurant. But I felt the need to add that in as parking is a factor of a dining experience.

We were at Rosen Centre for a meeting and didn't want to brave I-Drive traffic and stayed there. I got the steak (pictured), and it was ok. Lot of butter, lots of salt, and relatively thin. It was indeed Choice not Prime. Kinda like a steak you'd get at the grocery store (but not H-E-B [IYKYK]). The alligator bay chowder was nice; I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, as I've only had alligator fried. Nice flavor in a tomato chowder base. The wine list for a hotel restaurant is pretty decent, though the two wines I really wanted were sold out. My dining partner had the chicken, which she quite liked. I had the "key lime pie" for dessert, and while the taste was great, texturally it was more like a cheesecake and very heavy. Everglades Restaurant is good. Not great, but pretty good. It's really 3-1/2 stars, but, we'll, three is an odd number, so I rounded down. If you're at Rosen Centre Hotel, it's indeed worth dining there. If you're not, I wouldn't go out of my way.

The best scallops I have ever had. And a beautiful fillet with crab and truffle mashed potatoes. Service was wonderful even though they weren't busy. I felt like I was a VIP. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

The Everglades Restaurant located inside the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, FL did NOT disappoint! We started off being provided a variety of breads and an olive oil dip. I also got an Irish coffee as a pre-dinner treat. It was a bit bitter, even for an Irish coffee, but if that's your preference, you'll like it! Between two people, we ordered the Chilean Seabass and Salmon dishes with risotto. They were both so flavorful and the serving sizes were generous. I'd recommend both dishes. Heads up - the prices are more so in the $$ and $$$ range. But in my opinion, it's definitely worth every cent. And for being a more expensive restaurant, the atmosphere and dress was pretty casual. So dress however makes you feel comfortable. The service we received was amazing as well. I give them five stars!

Eating at Everglades was a very good experience. Although it is in a huge hotel, the parking was very easy and the restaurant validates it. The restaurant is beautiful and unique. There are painted sculptures of all the different animals you may encounter in the Everglades.

We decided to try Everglades Restaurant for Magical Dining. We made a reservation in advance and were quickly seated. Service was great from start to finish. We had a team of several people checking on us including Victor and Antoinette (I unfortunately don't remember the name of the other gentleman), and all were friendly and happy to answer questions. The atmosphere is pretty cool; they have murals and statues trying to embody the "Everglades" vibe. I chose to try the alligator chowder, the citrus crusted salmon with lobster risotto, and the double chocolate fudge overload. I also ordered a blackberry mojito. My boyfriend chose the chowder also, and ordered the angus grilled filet (topped with crabmeat and bernaise for an extra $6 - worth it!), and the strawberry key lime tart. The mojito was decent, but not something I'd opt for again personally. The bread basket had a nice variety and I enjoyed the olive tapenade served with it as a switch from typical butter (which we did request since my boyfriend isn't an olive fan). The alligator chowder was yummy and had a good depth of flavor. The salmon was nicely cooked and I enjoyed the crust on it. The citrus flavor was subtle so I felt it needed just a little more pop of flavor, but swirling it in the sauce made it very good. The lobster risotto was awesome and the asparagus was nicely prepared. The angus filet was probably the star of the entrees especially with the crab meat and sauce. It was tender and cooked to the requested temp perfectly. The desserts here also shined. My boyfriend enjoyed his tart; I ordered my dessert in a to go box because I was full, but snagged a bite and it was delish and great for any chocolate lover. They also bring a few dessert truffles at the end of the meal which is a nice touch. Overall, this was a nice dining experience and definitely worth checking out!

For starters the food is excellent! The service was good as well! The Bread Basket was really good and came with an assortment of different options, it also had an olive tapenade for dipping. For an appetizer I went with the Watermelon & Goat Cheese Salad (beautiful presentation), this was so flavorful! For my main I chose the Angus Grilled Filet (medium) which was perfectly cooked, loved it! For dessert I had the dessert shots which were excellent too, however my mom had the chocolate moose dessert which was fantastic! Overall it was a wonderful dinner and my first magical dining experience for this year! The restaurant ambiance is intimate but in my opinion doesn't match the food. The food is elevated, the decor is not! Still recommend!

My only complaint of the evening is our appetizers seemed to take a tad bit long to be served, but everything else was fabulous. I ordered the tequila lavender cocktail, which is nothing like I've ever tasted before. It had coconut cream, lime, tequila, and lavender. It was delicious. We started off by sharing a Caesar salad and Parmesan truffle fries. We also were served bread service with a side of garlic oil. The caesar salad was served with a Parmesan pita crisp, and the fries were very crunchy and delicious. We split two entrees: the salmon and the vegan stuffed shells. The stuffed shells were fairly small, with only 4 in the entree, but was nonetheless flavorful and delicious. I almost forgot it was vegan! The salmon was a large cut and served over a creamy risotto and was my favorite of the evening. It was delicious. We ordered the lava cake for dessert and Bojan went the extra mile by placing a birthday candle inside of it and ended up providing the dessert on the house! This was so special and we appreciated it so much.

The bacon Mac n cheese is very decadent and a little overwhelming but in small batches ok. The mashed potatoes are the star. Seriously delicious. Crème brûlée was tasty. Cocktails were made well. I am not sure if we would return only because I thought it was going to a wow factor and it was a good factor overall.

The drinks were great and the food was soo good that we still talk about it days later. He loved the bone marrow. Steak was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The cake was not my favorite at all. It took way too long to come out and it came out very cold. Not much chocolate flavor, too much salt. It was missing something. We will skip dessert next time.

Two Words . . VERY…read moreRICH I keep forgetting that this restaurant is essentially serving Southern style comfort food in an upscale setting. Southern comfort food as a general rule just doesn't sit well with me anymore and I'm going to be very transparent and bare my soul a little bit here but here goes . . . Ever since being on GLP1's, I've developed a really complicated relationship with comfort food. Foods that are rich, buttery, creamy or fatty now hit me completely differently than they used to. It's almost like my body immediately goes into shutdown mode afterwards. I feel heavy, exhausted and like I've instantly ballooned even if the portions themselves aren't massive. For the longest time I honestly thought it was simply the richness of the food itself but now I realize it's because my digestion just can't process heavier comfort foods the same way anymore. Suddenly... it all makes sense. The food itself here is VERY good. Properly seasoned, well prepared, beautifully presented... absolutely no complaints there whatsoever. I simply have to become more mindful and strategic now with my menu selections no matter WHERE I dine. I chose the Creekstone Farm's NY Strip with the fabulous bone marrow which I KNOW is supposed to be incredibly nutrient rich and good for you... but honestly... it just about put me under afterwards. This dinner happened thanks to Ronnald M. and his sister Teris and it was our pre-opera dinner outing before seeing the fabulous Merry Widow at the Dr. Phillips Center. The Monroe is honestly a very good pre-concert restaurant choice because of both the atmosphere and location... I'm just personally learning that this new GLP1 reality means I can't approach menus the way I used to anymore.

We continue to visit Eddie V's on a weekly basis and can't say enough about this place and the staff. We love to sit at the bar, and we feel like family with the entire team. The management team also makes us feel like family. The name of the restaurant says it is a seafood restaurant, which it is, and they do seafood wonderfully. But do not forget to try the steak. They have filet, bone in strip, and bone in ribeye that are better than other high end steakhouses in the country. We do not have a single hesitation in recommending this place. If you go to the Orlando location, have a drink at the bar and you won't regret it. Special shoutout to bartender Chanti who provides such a welcoming environment that keeps us coming back, we love you! The management team is great too. Rachel, Justin and Gary all have taken the time to get to know us personally and that really keeps us wanting to come back frequently.

We were ushered in almost immediately by the host who was very gracious and friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained with classy decor. We appreciated that they have eye friendly, warm yellow lighting for the dining area at evening and not the bright white lights that feel somewhat disorienting. We tried the Tuna tartare for appetizer, the full churrascaria experience for the husband, the fish of the day with lemon butter sauce for me, a classic old fashioned and a Brazilian old fashioned. Everything that was served to us was absolutely delicious! The husband particularly LOVED the flank steak. He said he's never had flank steak so tender and juicy. The sides offered with the churrascaria experience were also to his liking. Especially the brussel sprouts topped with maple syrup. The fish of the day was very well prepared as well. The seasoning was on point. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The tuna tartare was very different from what we're used to but was really good with the avocado and arugula it was served with. The old fashioned were very nicely prepared too. The Brazilian old fashioned deserves a special mention here. It takes Cachaça instead of the usual bourbon and the flavors were so good, so delectable that we'd probably go back for more of just that. LOL! All in all, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return here as well as recommend the place.

The space is very broad and we felt quite comfortable at our table. Regarding the food, everything was good. Half of our group went with the Full Rodizio Experience, while others ordered from the A La Carte menu, and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the meats and dishes. However, the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. While our server was friendly, the service was not as proactive as you would expect from a high end steakhouse. We had to constantly ask for water refills and specifically request to have the table cleared and cleaned, as it wasn't being done automatically. It's a beautiful spot with great potential and delicious food, but the attention to detail and service flow definitely need some refinement to match the quality of the kitchen. A solid choice for groups, but be prepared to be more vocal with the staff regarding your needs.
