I have been here a couple of times and it is always decent, the food is consistent and the crafted cocktails are decent, but you can get a nicer meal elsewhere. I think what it comes down to, is if you're waiting one plus hour for your reservation, beyond getting at least adequate service, someone should at the bare minimum, maybe apologize for your wait. I planned my life over one week in advanced, and in one night you can't acknowledge that in the over one hour I spent twiddling my thumbs waiting? All around experience is low, because working in customer service myself, for a higher end brand, leaves me expecting more. I value people's time and money, because I, too, work really hard for that. If I'm not able to "comp" something to my own customer, I show them empathy at the bare minimum. Hey. I get that it is Valentine's Day, but for some of us this is our first holiday really "treating ourselves"-- I work retail and I get long holidays, weeks of long holidays, that are thankless and leave me with nothing left of myself to enjoy or give to others, but knowing my customer is paying into my paycheck, they deserve at the very least, what I would expect for myself. This was my first time eating here (I've enjoyed drinks at the bar preCOVID) and I will definitely be back! Their gluten free menu included more than just a salad! I had the salmon with mango salsa and oh my god it was fantastic! The fish was cooked perfectly, it was flaky and not overly moist/saucy. The whipped potatoes were perfection. I wish I would have done two servings of those as my side! The smoked old fashioned was phenomenal. The smoke flavor was strong and the smell reminded me of happy times with friends and family sitting by a fire pit or bonfire. It was glorious. I always try to eat local when I can but my friend suggested that I try this place so off we went for lunch! Bang bang shrimp for an appetizer is a must-eat! It's tangy, sweet, slightly creamy with a little bit of spice. The shrimp were good-sized and the little bit of added crunch from the breading added to the whole dish. Big fan! I ordered the fish tacos. They were decent. I would've liked a little more flavor to the fish but the overall dish was good. The tacos are large, the slaw adds flavor and texture, and the fish was light and flaky. Service was attentive and the server was knowledgeable. All good things from that standpoint! Bonefish!!! You never disappoint. Bonefish grill is the favorite restaurant of two of my best friends so we eat here a lot. This particular occasion, we were celebrating my best friend's birthday. Chris was our server and he was attentive to our party of 8. You can never go wrong with an appetizer of bang bang shrimp. We also ordered a couple rounds of calamari. It was ok. I loved the peppers that came with it but for some reason, the calamari wasn't as good as previous times. Still not enough to bring down my rating. I usually order the tilapia stuffed with shrimp but I decided to change it up and ordered the new bone-in Ribeye. I usually order it medium rare, but Chris suggested to medium since it was a bigger cut of meat. I liked the way it was cooked. I always get the broccoli and potatoes Au Gratin. Let's start with this.... I got a hair in my food. I'm still giving 2 stars because well I really like Bonefish and maybe it was just this location or just a bad night or...idk. So for the rest of the review. Pear martini- amazing and would have had more except they ran out of fresh pear. Bang bang shrimp- always great Hubs got swordfish with pumpkin ravioli- great and he only gave me 1 bite I had the imperial stuffed tilapia and the "hairy" broccolini. I'd comment but everything is over shadowed by the hair that ended up in my mouth! Yep it made it in my mouth folks. Stranger hair in my mouth. Ok I'm done. The food was just ok. I ate at the bar and what seemed off at first is the bartenders would check on me but would not clear the dirty dishes. I just finished desert and I still have my bread and appetizer plates sitting in front of me. Then at 10 mins to close they aggressively blasted the AC and that ruined my whole experience. I was at bonefish grill about a week ago with my mom and 10 month old for their first time. We went after lunch so it wasn't super busy but it was perfect timing for us. We were sat immediately. We were so hungry we probably could have eaten the paper on the table. The menu has a variety of delicious meals. We were both pleased with our meals and how speedy everything was made. Our server was very sweet and tried to entertain my son whenever she was at our table. I really appreciated it since he kept throwing his toys on the ground. I hope to go back soon. Went here again for dinner with a friend. My friend ordered the crab crusted cod and i ordered the stuffed tilapia; with sides of garlic mashed potatoes, applewood bacon mac 'n cheese, and sauteed spinach. We also ordered their bang bang shrimp. Entrees were okay. I think the sides were probably more delicious and the appetizers too. I think it will be awhile before i come back here. I just don't know what it was, but the entrees just tasted okay. Ambience is nice. Wait staff was pleasant. I'm sure it's a great place and lots of people love it but it was just okay. The food was very good, but we will remember Bonefish for their kind service. The waitress (dang I forgot her name) was really nice. We were the last table in (family of 5) and they kept the place open for us after hours. This was our first visit to Bonefish. We loved the warm bread (complimentary). Don't eat here often and did not live up to my expectations. Waiter was 'leaving' and replaced with a waitress after we ordered drinks... ok fine. Ordered salmon medium-well and came out medium rare/rare - yuck! The potatoes au gratin tasted like they were made with cheese whiz. The sauteed spinach was supposed to have garlic, but tasted like plain, sauteed spinach with a lot of oil - no garlic whatsoever. Finally, the waitress asked if we wanted the 'check or any dessert' as she cleared the dishes and started walking away. Bonefish Grill provides one of those family dinners in which you all have to try each other's dishes. My family of four went here on a night out during our weekend trip to Colorado. It was great. We were seated 20 minutes ahead of our estimated wait time, greeted immediately with bread and dipping sauce, and immediately settled into the atmosphere. We order the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer - it is a MUST. I could have just had this as my dinner. Seriously - get it. I got the shrimp and scallops grilled dinner with the lemon butter and pan Asian sauce. Ate every bit of it. The only negative I would say is that we wanted two different meals that were gone by the time we got there. The special I believe was wahoo although I can't remember. I understand that running out because we were there around 8:30pm Friday. The other was Cobia, a regular dish of theirs, so that was disappointing. I had a decent meal when I ate here. I ordered the Chilean seabass grilled and it was very tasty. My dining companion had the shrimp pad thai and he was very happy. The menu is interesting and mostly seafood. Bonefish has a good selection of fairly priced wine options, plus a full bar. I had difficulty ordering my sides since they were out of vegetables, then asparagus at 7 pm on a Tuesday night. What's up with that? I had to settle for sauteed spinach, however, that came out late and then was not anything special. The service was good on my visit and the prices are reasonable for the quality delivered. The atmosphere was good, the restaurant was well lit and the noise level was average. My wife and I had been to other locations before, but not this one. We were in the area for a show and made reservations here for dinner. The food was delicious as always. Absolutely love the crab cakes. She had cod that she really enjoyed and I had grilled Ahi tuna. Awesome!! What really stood out was the wonderful service we received from Wyatt. Service was great, but the kitchen staff had to be recent hires of the incoming college freshmen. The "signature" Chicken dish was so bland that even salt failed to improve. Not exactly what I was expecting. Far fewer fish choices and considerably higher prices than anticipated. The atmosphere was more like a busy sports bar than one would expect given the premium cost of entrees. A young couple near us had a very young child who was far past due for bedtime and was over tired and shrieking the entire time we were at the restaurant. In addition, the background music made it difficult to carry on a conversation. Lack of courtesy to other customers by the problem customers and lack of effort by wait staff to help solve the problem caused many patrons, including our group of four, to leave early. A simple offer by wait staff to help by bringing the distressed child a toy or a distracting treat would have been very much in order. As far as I could tell, staff didn't say a word to the problem parents. Instead, everyone within 50 feet just had to deal with the non-stop wailing and gyrations of this poor kid. The food was well prepared and was tasty but our service was marginal and the atmosphere was basically early spartan. It is unlikely that I will ever return. read more

Bonefish Grill was so disappointing! The only reason we're giving it to stars is because the service was good. I hadn't eaten at bonefish in 15 years, and now I remember why. I got the chicken it was rubber, clearly a frozen chicken breast reconstituted with a grill marks. My husband got the imperial cod entree. He could barely eat it. It was supposed to be stuffed with shrimp and crab... We think it should be called crimp stuffing, because it was an in decipherable mix of seafood crumbles. Every time we've come in the service gets progressively worse but today took the cake. We came in for brunch and we waited ten minutes for a server to contact us. All the whole servers walked back and forth talking to the hostess that I made eye contact with multiple times. When she count finally tear herself away from her cell phone she sent someone over. Once we were contacted for drinks and ordered our food a couple sat down at the table next to us. In the time it took us to get drinks and bread they had ordered, gotten salads and appetizers. We finally received our food and about half way through it I had to run to the bathroom for fear of making a mess in my pants. We've been going to Bonefish for several years. This particular one used to be amazing but has been very hit and miss for the past 3-4 years. Our food took longer than usual. The salads came out with the food and the food was cold and, the sides on both plates were wrong. Our server blamed the kitchen which I believe is very lame. She was rambling each time she came to the table. We told her we weren't happy but did not want to waste the food (lesson learned, next time send it back). We ended up getting comped but it kind ruined the date night dinner outing). I don't think we will return to this one. They need to get it together. Worst experience ever! Yesterday April 22nd was Mead Highs Prom and I made a reservation for 20 people at 5pm for A group of parents, teachers, paras and our kids with special needs. prom started at 7pm. After our party all arrived we had two waitresses taking care of our table. The service started out bad and only got worse. Half of the group got bread the other took at least 30min and us having to ask them for it. We waited a good 40- 60mins for them to take our order. They kept forgetting drinks. We had to ask multiple times for people's drinks. One parent waited 30 minutes to get her glass of wine and had to ask for it 3 different times before they finally brought her the glass of wine. Our food took at least an hour from the time we ordered if not a bit longer. People that came in 30min to hour after we did and ordered after we did got their food ( not just 1 or 2 but quite a few tables) before us. After we asked why our food was taking so long and why everyone else kept getting their food when we had been waiting for close to an hour the waitress replied with, "the cooks push out smaller orders first" and said that that way they can bring our food out together. We told her to bring the food out as it was ready because our kids were hungry. We finished eating and asked for our bill. The waitress asked how we wanted to split the bill; we went down the table and broke it down by what people & meals were on the same check. She left came back about 20mins later and the tickets were completely messed up. she left and didn't come back. Another 15 to 20 minutes go by and the 2nd waitress comes back asked us to let her how we're were split the bill because they couldn't figure it out. Once again we we broke it dow how we were splitting the check. It is now 7:40 and we've been waiting for our bill for at least 40min. I got up to talk to one of the managers and asked her what was going on and asked why it was taking so long. And that our kids were almost an hour late to prom. The manager made excuses for her staff instead of owning that they messed up. ( so much more that happened but this is turning into a novel) she said she would go check on the situation, she walked to the back and never came back to talk to us. At this point we've been waiting for our bill for about an hour. The kids were anxious and wanted to get to their prom. One of the parents volunteered to take the kids to prom while we stayed back and waited on our bill. some of the parents had movie tickets and at this point they were late. The two managers and the waitresses could not figure out how to split up our bill. The other manager tried blaming us, she said our reservation was originally for 16 and then 4 more people should up and this messed them up. I made the reservation for 20 people under my name and gave my phone number. She tried saying they called the person who made the reservation ( don't know how that affects them breaking up the bill) but they didn't. I made sure to let her know that I was the one who made the reservation and no one called me. Again even if that were true it still doesn't affect how they split up our bill. One of the staff members then went to the table and apologized to the parent that were still sitting down and told them the meals had been compensated. While at the same time the manger at the front was charging us for 50% of the bill and we paid when she came back we informed her that a staff member had told some of the parents that the entire bill was compensated. She said that that was a miscommunication. The managers never really apologized to us and if anything blamed us for their failures. The managers were very unprofessional in the way they treat our group and kiddos. At the end all the manager could say was that she didn't know what else to do to make it right. So she handed us some gift cards but honestly I don't think anyone from our group will ever return. Because of the inability of the Bonefish Grill staff to do their job our kids were robbed of an hour of their prom. Some of the parent who had purchased movie tickets ended up missing the movie. Overall they ruined our night and I'm still upset at how we were treated by management. Terrible service, even worst management, and completely ruined the night for our group and most importantly ruined prom night for our kids! Update: also found out that the manager didn't actually comp half of our bill. Another parent was charged $92 extra. THE MANAGER NEVER SHOWED US THE RECEIPT! We PAID based on what she said 50% of the bill was but SHE NEVER SHOWED OR PROVIDED A COPY OF THE RECEIPT! read more

We were seated quickly, given our drink orders along with warm bread and pesto oil. The bread was tasty with the dipped oil. We decided on an Ahi Tuna special of the day, Grilled Salmon with rice and spinach, Grilled Salmon Superfood Salad, and George's Bank Scallops and Shrimp. The food came out quickly and looked wonderful. The Superfood Salad was one of the best salads I have had. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The Grilled Salmon had a wrong side dish but our friend decided to go with the potatoes. The scallops and shrimps were large. The ahi tuna was all gone by the time we finished. We ere celebrating a birthday and told the staff. At the end of the meal, one of the major staff came out with a box of chocolates and a specially signed card. Nice touch! This evening is my first time for dinner, the menu has a great selection of seafood along with many other choices. My meal began with a house salad followed by their fresh scallops and shrimp grilled with a mango salsa, just delicious, accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans perfectly cooked. It's so wonderful when the chef doesn't overcook everything especially their vegetables! Mouth-watering is how I would describe both the scallops and shrimp entree. This is my first time eating at Bonefish grill. My perception having never been here was that it was a higher-end chain restaurant that serves quality fish and has a hip atmosphere. Well, this is anything but hip, the atmosphere feels like a cafeteria most frequented by seniors. Let's talk food- the bread and salad were delicious. Then came the sea bass, it was raw, no flake to it at all. I had to send it back. When it was returned to me it was more cooked but dripping in grease. It is supposed to be wood fired, obviously they tossed it in a pan with oil to cook it. I ate a few bites but found it to be barely edible. The potatoes are tasty and the broccoli was good but I was surprised that is was served completely plain, no butter, no seasoning... plain. I wouldn't normally care too much but this entree is $36 - between my husband and me this barely edible meal is going to be at least $100. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst meals I have had in a long time. The service was good and they were nice and accommodating when I sent my meal back. Decent service at the bar, but the bartender was really busy, so I considered this to not be a huge deal. Once we were seated, we checked out the menu and I tried the fish tacos. They were decent, but nothing amazing. Wine selection was decent and I have to say they poured relatively large glasses. Service was friendly but again a little slow at the table.
