WE dined last nite at this establishment and unfortunately which had not been our experience. The pasta was overcooked for my wife's dish and my seared Ahi was overcooked, The place was crowded so the servers would busy, The wait time for the bill was protracted. I first discovered Bonefish Grill when I lived in Miami, and it was terrific then... Today a friend and I ate at the location in North Wales, PA. Our server, John, was a fantastic added to our excellent experience! We both ordered grilled trout with "Imperial topping. DELICIOUS!! Enhanced sides... The service at this location was top notch. The owner/manager (Frank) promptly meet me when I walked in and he was genuinely happy to provide service. As he was training someone he introduced them and explained why she would be present during the interaction. I am gluten free and they have a special gluten free menu. When Frank delivered my order he assured me the food was cooked away from other items to ensure it remained gluten free which is important if you are gluten free for medical reasons. I ordered to-go and he advised where to park my car so he could bring my order to me. He did offer water and the option to wait inside. I do plan on visiting again if ever in the area and will look forward to dining in. If all his staff are at the level of customer service he displayed- they are very well trained. read more

We used to have quite decent meals in the past but last night was horrible. Our server, Kagan, was a total failure, besides the cook, who cooked our meals. I ordered Sea Bass, it came out with scattered black patches both sides. My friend ordered Butter Fish, it came out with burnt patches as well. We sent them back. When we wanted to order coffee, I asked if it would be in a cup or a mug. Kagan replied he wasn't sure but it would have a handle. I said both cup and mug would have a handle. He said no. He pointed to my margarita glass and said 'like that one, it doesn't have a handle'!! I was stunned. I said 'that is not a mug or cup, that's a glass!, don't you know the differences between a cup, a mug and a glass?' He murmured, 'that is rude'. I said, 'do you know you have a bad attitude? This is not the way to talk to a customer'. Obviously Kagan is not suitable for this job. We lost our appetite for a dessert. We asked for paper napkins and Kagan brought us brown bathroom napkins! The lady manager said that was what they were doing now, instead of the nice square blue napkins from the bar. Trying to cut costs? First time at the Bonefish Grill will not be our last. Sept 4th was our 50th wedding anniversary and we decided to try something new for a change. We went to the Bonefish Grill in North Wales PA. We were taken to our table and greeted by our waitress Andi. I have to stop right here. Andi is without a doubt one of the best in the food service industry. She asked what brought us there and we told her about our anniversary. She helped us work our way through a very extensive selection on the menu. Sue got the Summer Chilean Sea Bass and I selected the Unicorn Fish & Shrimp. I had never tried Unicorn fish before but it was wonderful. Sue was equally satisfied with her Sea Bass. Andi had suggested that since we mentioned that many places over season the food that we opt for seasoning on the side so we could control what we wanted on the meal. She checked on us frequently making sure everything was to our liking. Oh, almost forgot even the bread and oil were great. As we neared the end of our meal Sue decided to try the Drunken Coconut pie. I skipped desert because I had eaten more than my share of the bread! Will never be returning to this place. I must of had the worst dining experience I have ever had. Waited an hour and 5 minutes for our caesar salad appetizers while everyone else was getting served around us. Then after the caesar salad, it took another 30 minutes for our main course to come out. My salmon was over cooked and broccoli was RAW. The risotto was covered in paprika and tasted like parmesan oatmeal. My meal was complimentary after complaining and almost throwing up at the table. Service was terrible. Empty tables and server came after 15 minutes for just water. Then another 10 minutes to put the apps in. And we didn't want to wait longer so we put everything in. Then he apologized for it being busy, when there were empty tables. Proceeded to also ask us to review the restaurant while we were eating. Unfilled water glasses. And still waiting on our bread...
