The food is good, but you can get the same quality Seafood at less expensive places or other restaurants and a better overall experience. Ask for a booth instead of a table. The middle tables are so close together that staff and guests have to squeeze through, even when it's two petite people sitting back to back. We were at the front, near the hostess stand and it felt like grand central station between the number of hosting staff (hearing their conversations and phone calls), servers standing waiting to do something, people running food, guest being seated, etc. We also had to ask for items that were forgotten (salads, side dishes). I have always loved this place. My visit last night matched my experiences all of the other times I have been here. The server was very welcoming and friendly. The cocktails and food were all delicious. I did try the seared ahi tuna bowl which was new for me, and I mainly ordered it because I was just in the mood for something like this. It was a great light option for dinner. I enjoy all of the fish choices and highly recommend the salmon and the filet mignon as well as the chimichurri sauce as a complement. The food & ambience was relaxing, & without a complaint from us. The service staff were fine & unobtrusive, so we 'had our meal, and conversation- and we enjoyed it's, too! So many excellent menu choices! I went with my common favorite- Sirloin Steak, Brussels Sprouts dish and a house salad with house dressing (I'm so adventurous!) I included the crab cake with my steak too. I (& we, all), enjoyed our meals without exception. And, we 3, finished with a shared slice of Raspberry Cheesecake. My friend (and we) felt treated! Granted, it was not our routine dining experience, but sometimes you just want to impress your guest (and have a great meal for you too!) Called on 11.13.2021 after 5pm to see how long the wait is.I was told it's NO WAIT.I told hostess that me,my husband and baby will be there in less than 5 minutes.Got there,asked for a table and was asked if I have a reservation,because if very busy.I informed them that I have called and was told there is no wait.(Lady behind me said the same thing.She also called) then 3 people at the hostess station were going back and forth to see what's up,and after 5 minutes they come up with ONE HOUR wait time.Someone clearly couldn't do their job right. We have been coming here for thirteen years and for the last two years it has gone downhill. We went a few weeks ago and the food has gotten bad, so much salt on everything. (OK) Once the new waitress arrived, I asked what on the menu were her favorite things to personally eat. She said everything was good. (Red flag) So, I went with Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. It came with a side, so I chose the premium mac & cheese side (at a pricey premium fare). Let's talk food. The "amazing" Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos were not spicy at all. I'm fact, there was zero flavor. It was a warm taco shell with breaded shrimp, lettuce, and sour cream. The waitress must've known this because she brought Cholula in a large, almost empty bottle. (Cool, I paid to spice up my own food) Now for the macaroni & cheese. A bit cheesy, a bit dry, topped with chopped bacon pieces, and breadcrumbs. (Meh) It wasn't bad, it wasn't great - it was just okay. Not ok enough for the $5 uncharge, though. Oh well. It was an experience. (Like the crying kids, and the parent who rested his rump on my shoulder like he was a parrot) No thanks. I'll just go to Red Lobster from now on. read more

When the manager stopped at our table to ask how our dinner was , we told him, and he became defensive, then aggressive! This is definitely becoming one of my favorite places! We went to dinner for a family birthday celebration. The seasonal menu had so many good choices, we felt there was no wrong. After pondering and enjoying Bang Bang Shrimp for the table, we ordered. I made an amazing choice in Pineapple Glazed Shrimp with Coconut Risotto and Tempura Asparagus. I have never had Asparagus have such a creamy texture inside, while having that crisp outside. It was seasoned well. Definitely a new favorite. The Coconut Risotto was creamy, buttery, and had a zing that came from lemon butter. The Macadamia nuts were the perfect crunch on top. The Shrimp were perfectly cooked and huge in size. I will order this again if available! We each ordered a desert and shared. The Key Lime Pie was amazing. There was a perfect zing from the lime that was carried well throughout the pie and not overpowered by the fresh whipped cream. The Chocolate Lava Cake has fresh whipped cream with mint on top. That and strawberries balanced out the dense chocolate cake. The Creme Brûlée was divine!!! So creamy. The sugar was not burnt enough to overpower the vanilla or berries. The home made whipped cream was to die for. This is always my favorite. It is in my top three desserts! We had a wonderful server. We will be back. read more

Service and food are usually pretty good here. The one disappointment is the dust and dust bunnies on the wine rack shelves. The bottles are covered in dust and the shelves have so much dust it blows on the table. It's not at all what a restaurant like this should be doing. read more

This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever witnessed. we completely understand the service industry. We understand it gets hectic and busy.... we will not go back. This was one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the environment. Anyways, the actual dinning room was busy so we decided to sit at the bar for a change in scenery. The older blond lady was completely clueless on what drinks we ordered. Jawnita? I'm not sure her name she was not very polite. She said she had experience but she told us she couldn't make a gimlet martini. (We have ordered these for years here). We figured to make it easy on her we ordered draft beer instead. We ate here on a Friday night. Although we made reservations, we were informed upon our arrival that there was a 30+ minute wait. This 5 star review isn't for the unexpected inconvenience, it is for the excellent staff that were doing their best on a tough night. We overheard that the kitchen manager quit mid-shift leaving the kitchen short-staffed. Our server Luke was excellent; efficient, attentive and had a great personality and attitude. Our food was great (as usual); fresh and well prepared without waiting as long as we expected. I've tried this location when I come in for the summer shows for two years and both times it's just terrible! The calamari is a far cry from crunchy like all the other places, the tuna sashimi is dry dry dry! The two most ordered things and they are so far from the normal for Bonefish. I asked for a special order, wedge salad, which is no longer on the menu. He checked the kitchen, they said not a problem. Came out delicious as ever.
