Visited my hometown and a server came highly requested. I heard great things about this restaurant and a friend of mind recommended it. I asked for the suggestion server and this made the experience "Top Tier". Once we arrived her section was full so we waited, once seated, we were greeting and offered a few of their specialties. My mom and I chose the Fish Entree, I got Coleslaw and she chose mashed potatoes. We also got a house salad on the side. It was my mom's birthday and the server blessed her with an Ice Cream Sunday. The food, lifting, soft music and service quality was top tier, haven't seen that in a while in a restaurant. It started off by waiting to be seated for 5 minutes when there was like 10 people in the whole place. Then we waited about a half hour for our food, when once again, the place was empty. Luckily they have the Cheddar Bay Biscuits going for them, they are the only bread starter to rival the Texas Roadhouse rolls. Now once we got the food, everyone was hysterically laughing at how bad it was. My Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was the best by far and I'd give it a 7. I was asked to include that the Lobster Flatbread was REPULSIVE. Luckily the server was a great guy, and the biscuits saved it from a one star. We stopped in here for an early dinner after running several errands, and we were not disappointed. Both of us have dined at this location for a few decades, beginning when there were few options in town for seafood. Hubby had the stuffed flounder with a Caesar salad, and I made more than a meal out of the seafood stuffed mushrooms and a creamy lobster baked potato. As usual, the biscuits are delicious and part of the appeal of Red Lobster, and we enjoyed every last crumb! Our server was attentive and provided good service. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the baked potato, which I agreed to do, but it was a bit odd that they didn't have any ready when I ordered. Most Red Lobster locations are a bit dark inside and this location is no exception. But enough lighting is provided over the tables so one can still see the food, haha. It has years since we've been to a Red Lobster. The last time I remember was the Oro Valley location in Tucson so that was at least three years ago. The host person pointed to a bar booth and said to sit there and took the couple behind us to the main dining room. No menus were given to us. Our server bailed us out after serving us our drinks and apologized. We started with the Signature Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and it came out right away with our bread. The shrimp was cold and delicious and satisfied my craving for a shrimp cocktail. Soon after that came my Coleslaw. It was okay; nothing wrong with it, just didn't appeal to my palate. Next came my Filet Mignon and Walt's Shrimp with their Broccoli. She ordered the Walt's Shrimp with a Baked Potato and the Broccoli. My filet was very good as well as the breaded shrimp. We split her baked potato and it really tasted good. It was my first baked potato since I began my diet in March 2021. Now that I have achieved my target weight goal, I can eat previously banned foods with moderation, WooHoo. The steamed broccoli was still hot and tasty. She enjoyed her meal as much as I. Worst eating experience ever. Hi, I DoorDashed this to my hotel room, crab legs and it dozen cheddar Bay biscuits and mashed potatoes. First of all they don't even deliver it to my room. They leave it downstairs on a random table in the lobby so I have to get up. Roll to the elevator in my wheelchair. and go grab the food and then go back up to my room and then I open up the bag of food and there I see a box of crab legs with cauliflower and garlic on them for whatever reason. And one cheddar Bay biscuit, one singular cheddar biscuit, and then mashed potatoes. The only thing they got right was the mashed potatoes. When we got home we did not get tartar sauce, we got some horrible dilly tasting sour cream concoction that was not good. Have you changed your tartar sauce recipe??? Important because it was the best. Should make sure that when one places a pick up order for shrimp two ways, three ways, or four ways, they want a tartar sauce for each order. I haven't been to Red Lobster in a long time; because my husband doesn't like fish that tastes too fishy. Well, for our 10 year anniversary, we decided to come to Red Lobster. Yummy!!! I spoke to our waitress Nataly A about my food allergies (eggs being the main one) and she said that she would make sure that my plate was plated with extreme caution. She had brought the cheesy biscuits and I told her I couldn't have them because they had eggs in them. Later on, she stated that she checked the recipe and that they no longer have eggs in them; however, since I am on a Keto diet, I couldn't have them anyhow. The oysters were steamed to perfection. My meal and my husbands meal were piping hot and absolutely delicious....especially since we got there about 330pm. Talk about service and presentation!! If you love Red Lobster like we do, just pass this one up. It is literally the worst we've ever been to and I can honestly say we've been to over 50 locations across the US. Red Lobster is absolutely my favorite place to eat. This place however, is such a letdown. My husband had to send his tea back, we had to wait over 30minutes for bread. The soup is a rip off. They serve it in cups and try to claim it's a bowl. My son got a "cup" of soup and it was served in a side dish that mash potatoes or a condiments come in. His literally had more soup than our "bowls" did. (Pictured) I remember that we had the same issue about 6months ago and we spoke to the manager who SWORE it was a bowl and wouldn't do anything about it. She was supposed to email us a coupon as consolation but it never came. We just let it go and moved on. However, we forgot this was the same location and made the mistake of coming back. I remember this name from childhood, but it has been forever since I had eaten at this brand. Today, I followed through on a bet I lost with my coworker and I had to buy her Red Lobster. What I did not know was that I lost even more. I do not blame it on this chain though. She loves their Cheddar Bay Biscuits and they were priced at $5.09 (online with correct location shows $4.79). I, however, ordered the Lobster Linguini (had to get something signature to the restaurant right?), $27.29 (online with correct location shows $23.99-$25.99, depending on if one is looking under lunch specials or under pastas). I ended up enjoying it though. I love the taste of lobster and the pasta (a little bland though. Italian food tends to be because there is no hot sauce that usually comes with it.) The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were always good. Price point is really high though (maybe Lobster is still really expensive.) This was just my take though. The rating is because the pricing is really high for the area it is in, but the food was good quality. I would be lying if I stated it was a 4 star, knowing that it may not be affordable for the portion size (good for 2 people). read more

Hadn't dined at Red Lobster for quite a while due to the health scare going on. But, I was craving seafood and checked and, yes, Uber Eats was offering delivery, so I was in! I ordered a traditional seafood feast, aptly called the Ultimate Feast. Added some scallops and a crab cake, because, why not? A dozen cheddar biscuits, yes please. It was all delicious, as always. In addition to their traditional fare, Red Lobster adds new items periodically. And having a strong case of FOMO, I like try something new on occasion! This time it was Kung Pao Noodles with Fried Lobster--fried lobster tail with noodles tossed in a sweet and spicy soy-ginger sauce with edamame, cabbage, crispy onions, cashews and green onions. Lunch stop. Best time to visit here. No wait. No crowds. Pleasant service! Had the Endless Shrimp and a Lagunitas IPA. The salad and baked potato were unnecessary, but I ate them. The shrimp was delicious. I tried the ginger sesame (good, but super sweet & sticky, not a fan of that, admittedly I didn't see the sesame part when ordering). Also enjoyed the Parmesan grilled shrimp and the firecracker bites (or something of that nature) and the Alfredo shrimp. Delicious. This location has the best food by far from this franchise. We have been to 9 locations in the last year, but this by far had the best service, cleanliness, and food. My husband ate the Caesar salad. He enjoyed the dressing. He said it was creamier than most. He also liked their potato soup. He said he would add more cheese but that might be because he is a cheesehead. The best friend always has the crab legs. Always sweet and they always bring extra butter. I had the Shrimp linguine. Pasta cooked al dente. A great creamy sauce. I love their biscuits. I ordered a Ultimate Feast (1/2lb snow crab legs, 7oz sirloin, shrimp linguini Alfredo, and Walt's Fav Shrimp). The crab was average, sirloin was well done when I asked for medium, but waitress corrected it and it came out perfect, the linguini was okay (shrimp tails were kept on), and the shrimp was great. I love seafood and I always get drawn in by their all you can eat shrimp specials! However my eyes are usually bigger than my stomach, because when we went on Sunday I only had three servings of shrimp: hand breaded, scampi, and linguini. They were all delicious. My husband got our money's worth by having eight servings. The only kind that he did not like was the country fiesta one. It basically has nacho cheese on it. He just told our server that he didn't like it and it wasn't an issue, he was able to order more without eating that dish. I think this is the better Red Lobster out of the two in town. A mom lunch led me to here over the weekend. It wasn't my first choice & I don't think it was my mom's first choice either. My mom & her hubs ordered some type of pasta seafood dish. Each of them had more than enough to take home afterwards. My lady ordered flounder & she easily finished it off. I ordered lobster with broccoli & potatoes for my sides. I'm glad I got to try lobster. Now it's time to seek out other seafood places to compare. The tail was good. I can see why people usually order the tail. The body... eh! Not really a lot of meat to try there. The claws/arms? were my favorite part of the little creature. It honestly was weird to me to receive a plate with a little lobster on it. I like seafood. I love fish & catfish! Shrimp is usually tough for me to eat because it looks so much like the animal from which it came. Obviously when this plate showed up I didn't even know where to begin! Ordered take out for Valentines Day. Food arrived earlier than scheduled time. I was disappointed by the presentation. The food didn't have separate compartments to the rice was all over my coconut shrimp. The dipping sauce for the coconut shrimp AMAZING, I'm glad I asked for extra sauce because the shrimp were very large. My boyfriend ordered crab legs which were good as well. I kinda wish they added old bay or something to season them though. They included the tool to open the crab legs easier which was handy.
