Food was done on time and everything was delicious the girl that delivered the food to my truck was very pleasant and kind.

While I was on my work trip we were in Ohio and the hotel was in the same parking lot as the bonefish grill. So there were 3 of us and we were seated at a larger booth as soon as you walked in the door. Our waitress came to the table shortly after we were seated. We ordered our drinks and she brought our waters and the bread to the table which was really good and hot we were hungry so we ate more of it than we should've. Our waitress was really good and she was also pleasant. I ordered the linguine with spinach and mushrooms with a-lot of grated cheese & light marinara sauce on it and it was very good. Since I was traveling I didn't bring my leftovers with me. I also got a flourless brownie which was over the top good with vanilla ice cream. Attended an event here and was genuinely impressed. The food was fantastic across the board, the martinis were perfectly crafted (dangerously good), and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Dad chose Bonefish for our dinner Friday and it was absolutely fantastic!! Our waitress was awesome, Ashley I think?! She looks a spitting image of Simone Biles. She was so personable and proactive, also very pretty!! We started with the banging shrimp then I chose the rainbow trout with lemon butter prep, whipped potatoes and broccoli. WOW was is BOMB!? And that's saying a lot coming from a now Florida girl! The fish was prepared perfectly and was a very generous piece. I absolutely loved my meal! I have been a big fan of bonefish for years and this place definitely changed a lot not only the decor the food doesn't seem the same quality and freshness as of years passed I tried something new which I try to do but it was definitely a mistake the fish had a strange taste and texture I also believe they changed the salad dressing at it had a very overpowering almost horseradish taste my friend who rarely tries new things ate the filet she usually eats and she said even the quality of the steak wasn't pleasant the manager was very friendly and took the fish off the bi it kind of sucks for this was one of our go to places over the years hopefully it improves soon read more

'Twas disappointed by my steak; requested medium rare but it came out medium well... Oh well, they knew that and they should have made it rare so it coukd settle in the plastic! I hate plastic... The salmon I ordered, grilled, small size, was so overcooked. It was like eating sawdust. I would caution any customer orders their salmon to make sure that it is cooked properly. That means juicy and moist not dried out like a desert. On the other hand, the service was very good except we could've been warned that it would take 30 minutes for the kitchen to get the order out And we would've placed our order sooner if told. In other words, the kitchen was slow. The ambience is fine and I've eaten there. I have a six times in the last six months. I will still go back because it has attributes that I like, but I'll be very cautious about instructing the kitchen on what to do and ask how long it takes to bring the meal out. You might want to do the same. On the other hand, the sirloin steak medium rare with shrimp, my guest ordered was chewy. In other words to the tough side. Went to Bonefish for the first time in years. I went on a Monday for the $5 cocktail deal. The service was great our server Karon was on point and the manager Selena came to chat with us as well. They have margaritas and Martinis for $5. It was definitely worth it for the cocktail deal. However I would say the food was just okay. We got the shrimp toast which was really good. The bang bang shrimp and chicken egg rolls were just okay. My friend got the parmesan crusted trout and she said it had no flavor. Overall I would definitely go again for the Monday drink deal. We went to another of their summer events that offered 3 corses and drinks plus dessert - once again, they did not disappoint!!! The restaurant was full but the food was timely and the staff was very attentive. The cheesecake was just ok. I prefer a more dense texture. It also had Bordeaux cherries on it - which I found I did not like. It looks like the restaurant has been updated, love the new look! I can't wait to go back for next month's event - yum! read more

Bonefish Grill quality has really gone down. We were there last night , I ordered Sea Bass it was served slimy and under cooked swimming in some type of sauce. The Bang Bang shrimp were served with extra spicy sauce my wife could not eat them. I ordered the calamari and it came out with a bunch of small crummy pieces over cooked. Since it was Friday, I guess I understand the 45-minute wait, once we were seated, and we placed our order, it took another 45 minutes to get the food. Once we got it, the Fish and Chips that they never drained the food grease was everywhere, since they laid it on the fries, they had a lot of grease. after all of that I packed the food up to go knowing I was going to throw it away. the service and quality of the food has really gone down, that's another retaurant i can mark off my list to never return. read more

Today I realized how greedy I am. When my food came out, I initially thought that i wanted a bigger portion especially for the price. By the end of my meal, i was so stuffed and satisfied. This is a hard one to rate/review. Took clients here for dinner and we had to wait about 8 minutes before the hostess showed up. We got seated and it took another 10 minutes before our server came to get our drink order. Finally placed our drink order and it took about 20 min to get those. Then they dropped off bread and no plates. So I asked when she did come back if we could have utensils, plates and napkins. She dropped them off and leaves again. Finally one person in our group gets up, walks into the bar area and said "there are seats at the bar". So, after an HOUR (I'm not exaggerating) we leave the table and go sit at the bar and eat there. Now the bartender was great! He did make up for the shortcomings of our server. Although, as good as he was, I'll never go back here. Seriously an hour at a table and you het no food or even place your order? No way! read more

This is one of my favorite seafood places to eat! Unfortunately where I am from we do not have it locally, so whenever we get a chance to come and eat here we definitely go. We ordered Chilean Seabass, grilled Salmon and Macaroni and cheese. My alcoholic beverage is sooooo good!! The service was good, and the place was clean. The disappointment was that the Wednesday special price on Bang Bang Shrimp ended, probably with the pandemic. The good news is that the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer is still great. We sat at the bar. Service was very fast. It was still happy hour so my husband's beer was $1.00 off. A loaf of crusty bread with a dish of olive oil (with an olive in it) also came with our shrimp. An appetizer may seem like too little for sharing, but with the bread, it was very satisfying tonight. Bang Bang Shrimp has a nice kick to it. The waitress was so nice and friendly. The food came out fairly fast we ordered two regular entrees which were good but the highlight of the meal had to be the bang bang shrimp appetizer. Learned the hard way not to order a steak at Bonefish. Asked for medium rare and came undercooked borderline raw. The meat itself was poor quality. Green beans were hard as a rock with zero seasoning. Mashed potatoes were solid. All in all - stick with the seafood here. Service was decent, but overall mediocre. read more

Well, what a pleasant surprise. Just last year, a dinner at their sister Outback was disastrous, so when Mom declared "Bonefish" for her 90th birthday celeb, I admit to being a little worried. Happy to say No Worries needed! From the seating arrangement to the attentive, friendly service (thank you Jordan!) to the leisurely pacing, to the versatile and delicious menu choices, they handled our party of nine beautifully, and Mom was thrilled. Special praise for their expert grilling technique on the seafood and chicken. Hearty diners take note that dinner portions are not large, but all nine of us liked/loved the taste of the food. I hadn't been to Bonefish in years. Happy I stopped in for lunch. The food was just as fresh and flavorful as I remember. I really cannot say why it had been so long since I stopped in, but I will definitely be back sooner than later. My waiter Michael provided superior service. I cannot say enough about him. He was very attentive, pleasant, and on top of everything. I'm talking the level of service where you never have to ask, because all is anticipated and provided first. I opted for the crab cakes which are always good. I also tried a cup of the corn and lump crab meat chowder. It was yummy, but I wanted more of a crab flavor. Very bad service - period. I was in town - as I travel quite a bit - and decided to have dinner here. I like Bonefish Grill... but this one was incredibly disappointing. I walked in the door to be greeted by the hostess. No smile, no welcoming body language. She seated me at a high table near the bar. There was a couple at the end of the bar, and 2 couples seated behind me in 2 booths... that's it. At that time , a girl with long red hair walks in and walks by me... reeking of Marijuana. She goes toward the far end of the bar, near the registers and kitchen. I realize she is an employee coming into work. She and her co-workers are laughing it up, talking very loudly... louder than anyone in the restaurant. They seem to be completely oblivious to any of the customers, and how obnoxious they were being. After sitting there 10 minutes... with no service... a woman walked in and sat at the bar. She was greeted by the bartender, who promptly got her a drink. Another 10 minutes go by - still no service - and bread and Bang Band Shrimp was brought to her.... and now I've been seated 20 minutes, and I still don't have water. At this point, I get out of my seat and go up to the hostess and ask her if anyone is aware I am sitting there. She gives me kind of a dirty look and then goes to - I assume - find someone to wait on me. Five minutes go by, and then finally, the bartender comes over to me and brings me water, 25 minutes after I arrive. She takes my order, and I wait another 20 minutes before my appetizer comes out. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp. I get this every time I have gone to a Bonefish Grill, and it is large enough to be a meal. However , this time, it is doused in way too much sauce... it's mushy... and it's not supposed to be. And it's sitting on about 2 inches of shredded lettuce. Ten minutes later, out comes my entree.... I had ordered the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The salmon was actually quite good, but the bartender brought me the wrong potatoes, stating she thought I said I wanted the herbed potatoes. No, I said, mashed... didn't even know they had herbed. She offered to replace them, but for the sake of saving time, I said no, that's ok, I'll try them. I shouldn't have... they were terrible. They are deep-fried and drizzled with some awful sauce. And it definitely did not pair with grilled salmon. The asparagus I received was way overcooked... very mushy. The mango sauce on the side was very mushy as well, like they were using mangoes that were over ripe, ready to throw out. Since I had been sitting so long, I drank all of my water before my food had even come out. No one stopped by to ask me if everything was OK or to check and see if I needed water.... which I did. I didn't finish my meal... it really was very disappointing. The bartender came to the table with my bill... and charged me extra for the herbed potatoes... the ones I didn't order! She saw me looking at the bill and taking a picture of it, so she came over and took that off. She charged me for the asparagus, as she said it was an upcharge. I told her I didn't know it was because she just pointed to the sides when I ordered and had said I got 2 . I couldn't pay that bill fast enough and get out of there. As I was laying the money on the table, a server came and gave me fresh water... as Im leaving!!! The service in this particular location is horrendous. If anyone from corporate is reading this: your managers need to get a handle on their servers at this location. There is no reason I should have sat there that long without service. This experience makes me not want to take a chance and go to ANY Bonefish Grill again. read more

Are you f-ing kidding me? We rolled in at 3:45 on the Saturday. The place is essentially empty. The 'host' asks is we have a reservation. The answer is 'no'. She gets two menus and takes us into room with at least 50 empty tables. She does know where to seat us. All stop. She talks to her boss then proceeds to seat us at what has to be the worst table in the room. Bad start. Then the 'car,' excuse me, 'experience saleswoman' arrives. She tries to impress us with their minuscule 'Martini Menu.' Laughable. We come from Reno, NV, where are regular drinking spot has a hundred. So, I cut her monologue off and attempt to place my order. On the online menu, I see they have Walleye. Well, I can't have that because it's a 'special' and THAT 'special' is being offered today. Well, my 'dining experience' was totally 'off the rails' at that point. So, I got up, said 'Thank you (for what I don't know), and exited the premises. The words that come to mind - even a day later - is the restaurant is pretentious and the 'experience pitch' was unctuous. Had to wait 20 minutes for my order of grilled salmon & broccoli to arrive. Salmon was good but broccoli was tremendously undercooked. almost raw. Server said it was "al dente", but it wasn't cooked even to that point. Couldn't eat it. Another server picked up the floor fan in the kitchen doorway just prior to picking up my plate to bring to me. I had direct line of sight from my table. ew gross.
