Well the service was fair I think she was the only server so I'll cut her a little slack, she did however forget my soup we had bang bang shrimp for a appetizer they were ok not great , daughter ordered Brussel sprout salad with salmon. She had no problem, I had 3 taco plate with shrimp not realizing that they were made with the bang bang shrimp!! By this time I had enough of bang bang shrimp I've had better tacos at Jack in the box like i said the service was good but she still charged me for the soup I never got lol I'm sure ill have better memories of Florida read more

The food is amazing - 11/10 BUT the service is awful for such an upscale restaurant. And I'm not speaking from a bad one time visit, I can attest to this being the case on numerous visits. Slow, unresponsive. If you walk to the front, you'll be standing alone for five minutes before our receptionist even knows you walked in. Then they forget about your order and when they give it to you, it'll be 10 minutes cold If it wasn't for such good food, I would've stopped coming a long time ago read more

We eat there tonight. March 8, 2026 I had lobster and steak. Lobster was not warm and tuff steak was just ok also not hot.Husband had shrimp stuff with lobster not good. This restaurant does not compare to Louisiana Lagniappe that we eat less 2 time each time we are here. Pretty sure we will not return. Waiter never ask how our meal was. Lady brought our food out didn't ask me to cut into my steak set it down walk away. read more

we went there for Father's Day very clean inside the staff is very friendly and professional the service was really good the food is tasty highly recommend this restaurant if you don't want to be in beach crowds its across from the mall we went right in and sat down right away read more

We went to Happy Hour at Bonefish, and Derrick, our server, was excellent! He went above and beyond for our table of four--no questions asked. His positive attitude, kindness, and attentive service made the whole experience truly enjoyable. On September 29, we visited Havana Café in Rosemary Beach, and it was a complete disappointment. The prices were higher, and the only thing worth mentioning was the water view. The staff's attitude and service didn't even come close to the level of care we received from Derrick at Bonefish. When it comes to dining out, I'll always choose a place where the food is good, the service is excellent, and respect is given to every customer. Bonefish wins hands down. read more

Everything went well has been a few years and they have some new menu items. Service was outstanding waitress was polite and attentive. Had the Ahi tuna blackened very tasty. Side were just ok. Small portions. The fish and chips was huge and delicious. My wife's favorite Bang bang shrimp and pomegranate martini. Great food a bit on the $$$ read more

excellent food, quick service, easy to communicate with, thank you, everything was delicious! Hostess that delivered food was great.

Bonefish Grill is a favorite of ours and this visit absolutely did not disappoint. My husband got the salmon with the potatoes and salad. I got the cod imperial with the same sides. The salad is always so cold and fresh... I love the olives, pinenuts, and delicious dressings they offer. So what made this visit so much different than many in the past. They have got a most awesome NEW MANAGER, TOMMY. We could see the interaction with him and his staff, he respects them and they respect him. He stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. Let me tell you, this guy goes way above and beyond to keep his customers satisfied, happy, and returning. And the feeling was certainly mutual. He made our dinner very comfortable and welcoming. If you have been on the wire about this bonefish grill in Destin Florida, don't hesitate to try it out. They take reservations and are very nice and accommodating to customers with disability. They were very kind in adding a military discount to our check. We subscribe to their rewards club... Give this restaurant a try if you haven't. You will be pleasantly surprised. read more

Decided to stop in on our way to our condo after we were informed there would be a delay at check in. There is no longer a Bonefish in our area, so that is why we chose this one. Meal was excellent, cocktail was excellent, service was excellent, lots of selections. We don't generally stop at "chains" but this was a great choice. Reasonably priced also. read more

We had a wonderful date night here last weekend. Our server was very friendly, and always made sure our drinks were filled. Had wonderful recommendations for mixed drinks. I ended up with the pomegranate martini, and may i say, it was delicious! I ordered the filet medium rare (cooked to perfection) and I added 4 scallops to my dish. The scallops were perfectly seared. My husband raved about how very well seasoned the salmon was. Would definitely dine here again when vacationing! read more

Delicious! We had the imperial dip as an appetizer and I had the shaved Brussels sprouts salad with salmon. Also got a side of the Parmesan risotto. Lord that was yummy. The service was eloquent and the light music and lighting was perfect even though we'd just gotten done at the beach. Loved this place and will be back! read more

Alex waited on us and was delightful! The Chilean sea bass was delicious as was the Brussels sprout salad. Love that the menu has calories counted on each item! Can't wait to return! Ask for Alex!!! read more

We had a birthday dinner at the Bonefish. This location is one that we have visited for the last 13 years. When you come in please ask for Lauren. The manager came over to spend about 10 minutes asking about the quality of the food and any suggestions for improvement. I saw him do that several tables. Exceptional food, excellent service and interaction with management. read more

I'm not sure why my husband chose this restaurant, because last time we ate here it was a disappointment also. My husband & I had dinner for Mother's Day at Bonefish Grill. As soon as I walked in I told the hostess it was freezing inside and to seat us somewhere warm. That did not happen! He sat us in the room without the bar at a booth that had cold air blowing right on me. The paper napkin on the table was moving with the wind. Just because you require your employees to wear long sleeve uniforms doesn't mean your guests should freeze while trying to eat dinner!!!!!!!! I felt our server (Annie - I think that was her name) was "spread thin". I didn't drink alcohol because I was so cold and I just wanted to eat and leave. My husband spent almost $100 just on food and I didn't even get to enjoy my meal. The food was mediocre at best! Do better Bonefish Grill Destin, there are a lot of other restaurants to choose from! read more

Chelsea is attentive and makes Great drink! Never waited. Cant wait to be back Mondays and Thursdays!

Please keep in mind I'm reviewing based on Happy Hour only at this point. We live around the corner from Bonefish and never realized how fabulous their drink specials are at happy hour! $6 martinis (blueberry lemon drop), $5 glasses of wine, discounts on beer and well drinks. Which of course leaves plenty of $$ for some appetizers, which have an average cost of about $12. So get your Bang Bang Shrimp, your Potstickers or some Tuna and leave happy and full (belly and wallet)! Bartenders are super pleasant as well read more

We went to Bonefish Grill on 12-18-24 and it was the worst service we have ever had! The food wasn't any better either. My salmon was dry and our pork chops were well done! I mean well done! Ordered BamBam shrimp and it gave us the squirts! They need to work on the cook and hire more help or close the doors! We will never go back. No photos! It wasn't worth taking any picture. read more

It's been an hour , I would tell you if the food is good if I ever got it , don't come. Dozens of people got their food before us. They definitely didn't forget because multiple people came up to ask if everything was okay. No it is not okay. I am hungry and tired. read more

Just ate for the last time at Bonefish Grill in Destin. I waited for nearly 20 minutes for my drink after ordering it. The waitress never came back to check on whether we had received our drinks, salad or to see how things were during this time. When the salad arrived, it was wrong and had to be redone. Getting the meal was no better. The grouper was extremely dry and difficult to cut, so we had to wait another 15 - 20 minutes for a replacement. The side of coleslaw that I received was in a small shot glass size container, litterly no more than a couple of bites. Over the past year or more we had similar experiences the few times we have eaten at Bonefish, so we will not be going back. read more

The bread and pesto was good. The "special" side of risotto was way too spicy with too much cheese. Fillet was under cooked and trout over cooked. Fresh broccoli and asparagus was ok. Didn't get refills on drinks. Very disappointed over all and we are Bonefish fans. (Pic of risotto wish a squirt of pesto attached) read more

I don't like to judge restaurants off their service, but when it makes me uncomfortable enough to not enjoy my food, it makes a difference. The waiter was a little strange, rude, and rushed us, and this could be just me but it felt a little racial. My avocado came with skin on it, the food was okay. Wouldn't eat there again even if the service was good. The Bang Bang shrimp was good though, so if you're already there, get that one. read more

I'll start off by saying.. I've Never had a bad meal at any Bonefish. When every other Restaurant close to the Beach in Destin has multiple hour wait times, Bonefish is tucked away across the street from Destin Commons safely hidden from the multitude of tourists. Great Food, Great Drinks, and Great Service! read more

Ok so let me just get right to it... sad face first and we'll end on a high note. All of the seafood/fish dishes we ordered were not good- trout, mahi mahi, bass were all dry and tasted heavily of burnt grill marks and/or didn't have much flavor either on the fish itself or the accompanying sauce. The shrimp and scallops dish were not served hot enough and lacked flavor. It was like everything we had needed salt. The mashed potatoes and the asparagus were ok but the creamed spinach was not good. We also ordered appetizers- bang bang shrimp (delish), poke (wonderful), calamari (just ok), dumplings (not so great), and drinks from the bar which we really enjoyed. Can't say that we'll return to Bonefish for anything other than select appetizers and drinks. read more

Tonight was not a good night at Bonefish. They were busy but said they had plenty of servers. Waited 25 minutes to get service, had to send 1 steak back as was cooked well, instead of med rare. Waiting over half an hour and never got our check. Finally the manager comped our meal and we left. Disappointed as never had a problem here before. read more

Really good seafood. Drinks have room for improvement. Wife and kids approved restaurant. .

Well, the food wasn't bad. It was cold, and kinda flavorless. Spent $24.50 for this. I'm not extremely happy with the amount for the price and I think they could've dressed up the rice and potatoes more. read more

We love our Bonefish restaurant in Mishawaka Indiana but this one is not great. Before I start let me set the scene: 3 adults and 6 kids under 12. 1. Service was very slow. A good 7-10 minutes before we saw our waiter. 2. We had to keep asking for the bread and still never got it until after our appetizers. 3. My wife is allergic to shell fish and we made sure waiter knew. But our Bang bang chicken came with a piece of bang bang shrimp in it- as did the calamari. 4. Cookies we ordered to go took forever and were all stuffed in a bag stuck together. 5. Waiter had too many tables and it was hard to get good service. read more

Well they did it again... We live local and this is one of our favorite spots. They have a great Social Hour with drinks that entice you. Ryan is very efficient behind the bar as well as the energy and professionalism of Sarah on the floor. I can't write one of these without mentioning Shelby as she floats around making sure everyone is taken care of. This staff certainly is a big factor in our decision as to where to eat. We always feel welcome and they provide exceptional service... Thanks again BF crew and we'll see you soon!!! DJA read more
