    Fried rice with spicy chicken
    Kenny D.

My first visit included solid customer service, yummy wings and decent chicken fried rice. I got the yangnyeom sauce on the wings. The menu claims it is a Korean favorite. While I cannot validate that claim, it quickly became my favorite! It is a bit spicy and a bit sweet and a wonderful flavor. I also got fried rice with chicken. You get the choice of soy garlic or spicy and I opted for spicy. It was quite spicy, so an extra large glass of water was essential. The rice wasn't overly flavorful and it could have used something more than cucumbers to add to the taste. I added my own soy sauce to it and that improved the dish, but it is something I probably wouldn't order again. But the wings? Winner!!!

Great customer service and kick azz chicken wings. I'm already planning my next visit. The restaurant was clean and plenty of seating but it was a quiet night - however pick up was pretty steady. We got take away this time, next visit I want to make time to enjoy the decor of the place. I wish I had a Bonchon near me because the chicken was fried to perfection I need to try the whole menu

I've been eating Bonchon since 2014 and I'm hooked. I'm a huge fan of their chicken fried rice. This mofo was piping hot. Customer service at the Waldorf location is always superb. Check it out for yourself. #EatGoodAndBeHappy

Bibimbap : there was a long black piece of hair in my food. I LITERALLY PULLED THE HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH!

There was hair in my food. I LITERALLY PULLED THE HAIR RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH! I am discussed! Mind you I'm sure this is common at food places but this is it. I won't be going back there again.

Not much to see here. I gave them 3 stars because I can't get onion rings as a side order. Fries but not onion rings. Chicken is good.

The Bulgogi was superb. However, pretty pricey for the portions, especially since everything is a la carte.

It's the perfect pairing with a warm bowl of pho. If you're in Waldorf and craving great pho and bubble tea with a clean restaurant, Coco Bay Tea is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for sure!

While waiting for my order, I noticed the staff (who seemed pretty young, not saying that negatively, just observationally) loudly talking about not getting tips. Loud enough for the whole place to hear. That was my first sign that the atmosphere might be off. When my order was ready, they didn't call out the item or confirm anything, they just said my name, tossed the tied-up bag on the counter, and walked away. I watched them call other orders properly with names and items, so the contrast stood out. Regardless of how good food may be, customer experience matters. I didn't ask for a manager because I've worked in management before, and I know staff behavior often reflects internal leadership and environment. Still, it's something worth noting: even for quick-service or takeout spots, courtesy and professionalism go a long way. This interaction felt dismissive and honestly off-putting. I'm not writing this to be harsh, just to be honest. This is why I prefer to tip in casHopefully it's something the team can improve on, because small interactions shape the whole experience.
