I'm put on hold and then asked if I want to speak to a manager after about a 2-3 minute hold time. I tell the employee yes unless you can give me a refund I want to speak to the manager. Wingstop started out in Garland, TX back in '94, and they have a plethora of restaurants in and out of the States. Their menu focuses on wings (bone-in, boneless, and strips), combos, family packs, sides (seasoned fries, cheese fries, buffalo ranch fries, etc.), and, always my favorite, the Coca-Cola freestyle machine with the flavorings. There are 12 wing flavors to choose from: Lemon Pepper, Original Hot, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Spicy Korean Q, Louisiana Rub, Mild, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Plain. We came here to check their chicken sandwiches out, so we ordered: +a chicken sandwich with the Garlic Parmesan flavor +a chicken sandwich with the Louisiana Rub flavor Sandwiches came with pickles and a dip of your choice (bleu cheese or housemade ranch; go for the latter!). Both sammies were pretty good! Since they were both made-to-order, they came out super hot and crispy. The chicken patty itself is kind of on the smaller end, and definitely not at all meaty and thick (which I kind of prefer, since it can be a bit too much). I was immediately greeted by the manager at the register. He took my order and was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. It was pretty empty and there was a foul smell in the air. The owner/manager decided that this lady deserved to have her order put ahead of me and all the other customers that were waiting for online pick up orders.
