We ordered the 24-piece family meal platter which included: HOT HONEY DRY RUB KOREAN BBQ CLASSIC LOUISIANA RUB CLASSIC FRENCH FRIES VEGGIE STICKS The wings were good; well-seadoned and served hot. The fries were a little salty, but edible. The veggie sticks were fresh and crisp. __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish read more

on 09-26-26 at 6:30pm the Cashier was Very disrespectful to customers as i was waiting on my food

I called because I felt we were given too small a portion of fries, we order from Wingstop almost every other week... I'm put on hold and then asked if I want to speak to a manager after about a 2-3 minute hold time. I tell the employee yes unless you can give me a refund I want to speak to the manager. He then doesn't transfer me to a manager but then put me on speaker and informs me that the French fry portion is 16 oz if I want to weigh it to be sure... welp Yeah 7oz and some change is about half the portion size we were supposed to get... They did refund us for the fries but the conversation made me mad and petty. read more

Bro they gave me 5 flats total for a 30 wing order. Im eating and im like dang.. its been a minute since ive picked up a flat. All i ask minimum is a 50/50 ratio. I feel like they handpicked these and was like yeah, lets give him these 5 flats and save the rest for ourselves read more

I'm a bit surprised at the super low rating of this particular Wingstop, but we had a great experience here! Wingstop started out in Garland, TX back in '94, and they have a plethora of restaurants in and out of the States. Their menu focuses on wings (bone-in, boneless, and strips), combos, family packs, sides (seasoned fries, cheese fries, buffalo ranch fries, etc.), and, always my favorite, the Coca-Cola freestyle machine with the flavorings. There are 12 wing flavors to choose from: Lemon Pepper, Original Hot, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Atomic, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Spicy Korean Q, Louisiana Rub, Mild, Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Plain. We came here to check their chicken sandwiches out, so we ordered: +a chicken sandwich with the Garlic Parmesan flavor +a chicken sandwich with the Louisiana Rub flavor Sandwiches came with pickles and a dip of your choice (bleu cheese or housemade ranch; go for the latter!). Both sammies were pretty good! Since they were both made-to-order, they came out super hot and crispy. The chicken patty itself is kind of on the smaller end, and definitely not at all meaty and thick (which I kind of prefer, since it can be a bit too much). The juiciness may be from the grease, but the flavor was pretty good! A little bit on the saltier end, the ranch sauce wasn't really necessary, but if you're a sauce person, it's a good complement. Service was super kind and friendly! There are a good number of tables to dine-in, and there's also a bench in the front for those who are waiting for their orders for carry out. The only thing is, the place kind of smelled like the bathroom/toilet, so not sure if they were in the process of cleaning or there was some type of a sewage problem there. Plenty of parking in the shared plaza lot. +tasty chicken sandwiches +friendly staff +unpleasant odor in the restaurant +plenty of parking in shared plaza lot read more

placed a doordash delivery and got sent the completely wrong order. called my dasher and she explained that she asks if this was the correct order because it had an additional drink, the employees stated it was the correct order. she delivered it was confirmed it was wrong. my dasher was absolutely amazing and had exceptional customer service. when i called the wing stop store i received horrible customer service and was told it was a dasher mistake ( was not true). 10/10 would recommend betty to deliver your orders f this location rude service read more

Lizza Johnson great customer service, definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a good experience

My husband and I went to the Oxon Hill location. Ordered 24 wings in 4 different flavors and Fries. This location has fallen off completely. The wings were just fried with no flavor on them at all, I mean none. It is time for new staff for sure. Would not recommend this location never. read more

I ordered the 6 chicken tender combo and corn. The food was reheated and stale. Not fresh.

the customer service is actually pretty good, everyone in there is pretty nice but the food not so much. My chicken had literal feathers on it both times i've ordered from here, not only was it actual feathers but my wings were fatty/ chewy with that yellow gunky stuff under the skin. Not sure if i can explain it better but you can tell the chicken isn't cleaned before they cook it read more

I've given this spot too many chances. Every time I come to this location it's always something . They either get the order wrong, waiting for your food is too long for pick up orders , or even waiting for staff member to serve you is too long. This time I come in for a pick up order via DoorDash. Staff tells me they are still making my order, 25 minutes later they tell me they gave out my order and that I should take it up with door dash. Which one is it? How we get from waiting for my order now all of a sudden it's gone? I know most establishments only ask for a name and I don't have a common name. Can't be careless and not actually verify door dash orders with the customers . read more

I heard about the new chicken sandwich a while back, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is snuggled in a busy parking lot with plenty of parking. I was immediately greeted by the manager at the register. He took my order and was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. It was pretty empty and there was a foul smell in the air. I didn't want to judge because I know older buildings can smell. But I hope they get that taken care of. Now for the food. My food was fresh. It took about 15 minutes to make. I wasn't a fan of the Carolina BBQ sauce sandwich. It just taste like a frozen chicken patty dipped in Bbq sauce. The fries and ranch were delicious. I would go back to get bone-in wings with a different sauce. read more

Wingstop - Flavors - Chicken Wings Near Me - Waldorf, Maryland

I recently had a deeply infuriating experience with Wingstop that highlighted their astonishing level of incompetence and disregard for customer service. After placing an order for 30 bone-in wings, I was shocked to find that they managed to get it wrong. Despite my patience, they failed to deliver what I ordered. Initially, they assured me they would rectify the mistake promptly. However, the incompetence didn't stop there. After multiple calls and promises to fix the issue, they kept passing the buck. First, they claimed they needed to consult the general manager, who then deferred to the regional manager. To add insult to injury, when I inquired about the exorbitant price of $40.27 for 30 bone-in wings, they had the audacity to justify it by saying it included tax and everything else. Seriously? Why should I pay a small fortune for what essentially amounts to glorified chicken nuggets? This experience not only left a sour taste in my mouth but also underscored the staggering level of incompetence and lack of accountability within Wingstop's management hierarchy. The wings were for a basketball team I coached. I didn't discover it till the team opened the wings after the game and devoured them. Let me add the fries were cold hard and old. ai didn't complain about those because i saw this as ancillary to the german incompetence. It's clear they prioritize passing the buck over delivering on their promises and satisfying their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid Wingstop at all costs. read more

I have tried to give this place a chance over and over. Each time I come here it's worst and worst. I walk in, folks have place online orders nothing is ready. I'm finally up next to get my order, usually I never check but something said check today. I open the boxes and ask the manager what's this. The chicken looked like it was missing the chicken. After waiting for another 17+ minutes, there was..... chicken in the bag. When there's attention to detail it's done right and the flavor is there. The best advice I can give you, CHECK YOUR complete ORDER. Hoping the service will get better. read more

I had a bad experience on this particular location at Waldorf. Spent almost 50.00 and what I got was creaking overcooked wings, and nasty fries. Contacted Wing Stop and offered me free fries with any purchasedwho wants to buy nasty fries?? Service is bad. I called and was on hold for 30 mnts ended up hanging up the phone. The area is so dirty and dusty. I'm pretty sure there are rats and cockroaches in this location. I would not recommend this place. People are going to get sick seriously. read more

Wingstop - Fries at Wingstop?? Worst fries I've ever eaten. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Waldorf, Maryland

First time in here (but my husband stops by here from time to time). Ordered the wing combo. Fries definitely lacking in flavor & super limp. I'm sure fresh out of basket they might be better but I did a pick up based on time stated. I got the mild wings, well done (and not even close to crunchy) and they were soaking in grease, and like others have stated, absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Yes they're mild but even mild should have some kind of taste other than grease. The soda was bubbly. Now I'm not sure what others have stated about the inside smelling like a bathroom but I did not smell anything wrong - and our kids will tell you my nose is like a blue tick hound lol Overall I might try it again but only if I'm dining in. Otherwise I'm not sure if place another order here. The husband likes it but me I'd give it a solid MEH read more

I did an online order. There's a timer on the app to tell you when the order is ready. I got my food 30 minutes after the app said the food was ready. The owner or manager came out while I was waiting for my food to be handed to me, and made it worse. He had to hook up his nephew/family and his 7 friends and then decided to flirt with another lady that made her order when she walked in. The owner/manager decided that this lady deserved to have her order put ahead of me and all the other customers that were waiting for online pick up orders. If it wasn't for the one intelligent man working the register, noticing that I was struggling to maintain my composure, and took it upon himself to go get my order for me, I might still be there waiting for my food. The food was subpar at best. I will never go to another Wing Stop anywhere ever read more

TRASH!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. The gave us literally old cold fries. When we returned them they "gave us a fresh" batch..lol but not..they put 10 hot fries on a bed of cold fries and gave to us..smh. Management is awful for allowing this. read more

It smells like straight up doo doo in there. I mean it will knock you back a few steps. We stopped by this place for fresh, hot food. Instead, pretty much everything we got was bland and cold. The fries were burnt and soggy, the chicken had no flavor whatsoever, and if that wasn't bad enough, even the drinks were watered down. My mother got barbecue chicken, which was okay at first, but we quickly realized that the sauce was used to hide just how flavorless it was. The food is only good on very rare occasions. The whole order was $30, but I wouldn't even pay 1 cent for this. I don't blame the workers, I blame the establishment. read more

THEY DO NOT HAVE HONEY BBQ WINGS!! I'm giving this restaurant 1 star because the customer service was great! The employees were kind. The chicken Is salty and expensive. The French fries were burnt and more burnt. I got the meal for two and it was 15 chicken nuggets fries and 2 drinks for $20. I got the boneless chicken. I also don't like that a meal for 2 people included an odd number of chicken pieces- if you have children you're asking for a temper tantrum. read more

The food wasn't bad but the staff was very rude! The young lady was not only rude on the phone while making the order, but also rude when I went to pick it up. Is there a way to give 0 stars? Seriously, these guys are terrible. Go buy wings elsewhere. Flap your arms like wings. At least you'll get them in time if you do it yourself. Manager was not wearing mask properly. I attempted to order online. Order was declined for invalid zip code. I reattempt the order it failed again. Reason insufficient funds. When ordering online I use one acct and transfer money as need fyi. So I checked my bank acct cause I know I just put the money in the Acct and to my surprise. They took the money out how right if it was declined for zip code and insufficient funds. When I called my bank they told me that wing stop had attempted to take my money so until they release the hold my money will be pending. This is not the way to treat customers so I was out $30 and dinner for the night can u imagine if the acct had more money in it. I would have been out $60. This is going on 48hrs and they have not released my money. When I spoke with the wing stop managers he said ms it happens all the time to the customers. I will not spend my money with them anymore canceled checks to them. read more

Food is good if you can overlook the rude teenage staff they have running the place. I've been to the Waldorf location about 10 times now because I love their wing flavors, but the staff is young and appear to care less about providing polite customer service. They don't greet their customers and could care less that you're paying for them to have a job. Seems to be a recurring them among the youth in Waldorf restaurants. read more

Called to place a Carryout order. Nobody ever picked up. Gave up after 15 minutes on hold!

Well.....I can't even get mad. I read all the terrible reviews but I really wanted some wings. I was hoping that this was going to be a good night. After waiting 55 minutes for an eight piece with fries and no soda in the machines. I couldn't believe that my fries were stark cold and four of the wings were cold with a little bit of seasoning thrown on top. I'm just like everybody say it was fried to hard and just an overall waste of $15. Like I said I couldn't get mad with them, I knew what I was walking into. With saying all of that...they need to change the management and approach all together. read more

This Wing Stop is historically TERRIBLE not because of the food but because of the staff. If anyone wants to test it go in and see the staff and the unprofessionalism and you'll walk out.
