I'm put on hold and then asked if I want to speak to a manager after about a 2-3 minute hold time. I tell the employee yes unless you can give me a refund I want to speak to the manager. Wingstop started out in Garland, TX back in '94, and they have a plethora of restaurants in and out of the States. Manager was not wearing mask properly. I attempted to order online. Order was declined for invalid zip code. I reattempt the order it failed again. Reason insufficient funds. When ordering online I use one acct and transfer money as need fyi. So I checked my bank acct cause I know I just put the money in the Acct and to my surprise. They took the money out how right if it was declined for zip code and insufficient funds. When I called my bank they told me that wing stop had attempted to take my money so until they release the hold my money will be pending. This is not the way to treat customers so I was out $30 and dinner for the night can u imagine if the acct had more money in it. I would have been out $60.
