Bonchon is pretty good. Friendly servers. Good location. Adequate seating. I went in for dinner and tables started filling up around 7pm. I tried the wings & drumsticks combo with a side of rice and radish, as well as the topokki which was quite spicy. Wings were crunch and delicious, but the drumsticks lost their crunch and were less flavorful than the wings. Soy garlic flavor was too salty for my liking, but I really liked the spicy flavor.

Really a treat - everything was great and food came out fast. We'd probably try some different items next time, but you must order the donut! We preferred the traditional fried chicken to the tenders.

Busy place usually means the food is great. It is very small place and it seems busy all the time. Tables are small and plates are big. Only two girls worked upfront so they do seating, orders and cleaning. The floor was sticky and greasy I got it they really don't have to clean it since there is always someone to come in. I order basic udon that comes with mushrooms and scallions. It was really basic no taste at all. Chicken sliders were good with the coleslaw and they were huge. Potstickers were also good. And combination fried rice was good. Maybe little to spicy but it was fine.

This is my second time coming to this restaurant and it was pretty good. The last time I got the fried rice and the buns which tasted a lot better than what I got this time. Today I ordered the brisket sliders as well as the combo fried chicken with half spicy and the other half Bbq flavoured. The spicy level was a lot more than I expected so if you are sensitive to spicy foods, do not get the spicy chicken. I sat at the bar because it was so crowded and my service was alright. They were short staffed so I don't blame them. The food prices were a little higher than I was expecting ($35 ish for myself) but the portions were definitely big enough. The restaurant itself was pretty tiny and clean. They seemed to get a lot of food delivery orders because I swear I saw about 10 of the delivery drivers walk in while I was eating. Overall, I would probably come back but order something different!

Quality Korean wings with some other Korean staples! Wings are always large and skin is cooked to perfection. Fried rice is flavorful and a little sweet. Fries are crispy and go well with the wings. The spicy sauce is definitely a slow heat and probably a 8/10 on spiciness in our opinion, definitely get a small amount to try for your first time. We have done pick up orders a couple times now, service can be slow in busy days but was super fast this past Tuesday night. Northfield location has lots of decorations, TVs, and outdoor seating.

So many fees! What's the difference between delivery fee, service fee, and tip? Who gets what?

I thought I would try it again as I had never dined in restaurant. It was not a good experience. Food was bad. Service was worse. Table and bathroom were unclean. And it's pricey! It's like a place where they don't care about anything. Got wings, japchae and bibimbap with beef. We didn't even want to take our leftovers. We went up to the bar for water refills and our check. There was no apology or explanation.

So happy to have found this bonchon in the Denver area. The service was friendly and quick, the food was amazing as expected for the bonchon chain, and the ambiance was a plus - there were k-pop videos playing all night and it added to the mood which made it a great place to drink soju with friends. We ordered the family meal which came with fried rice, French fries, radish, and chicken wings - we got the spicy and the garlic wings. The wings were so crunchy (even the leftovers were still crunchy). The French fries are seasoned and very crunchy as well! The fried rice was old but kind of heavy on the peppers. I'd highly recommend bonchon for a chill night with wings and soju... bonchon never dissapoints!

Food is good and so is the customer service. But these portions and hair on my food I could do without

We were shopping and still had to drive somewhere else so we decided on lunch first. We enjoyed our first Bonchon experience in Aurora so we came in here. The server was pretty and nice. She let us decide on our order. Unfortunately they were out of boneless chicken so we went with chicken tenders. There was wing in our order and I did like it. He doesn't like bone in or I would have ordered that. Half and half. Chose pickled radish as the side. It helped balance the spice level out. Parking is on the street or in the lots across the way.

Yes. White rice, kimchi, and pickled radish are a few vegan options.... as it's mainly a fried chicken place.

How hot is their hot sauce on the chicken? From 1-10?

5 it's a slow lingering heat.

Are you still soft open today?

Absolutely! From.3pm to 9pm

Does anyone know the official opening date?

If everything goes according to plan, we're hoping to start soft opening on the weekend of the 20th.

Our server Elena cheerfully helped us and our grandkids with our order and guided us through menu choices. Loved the decor and definitely a great place to grab a cold one or cocktail and enjoy some great food while catching a sports event on the many screens they have in the entire establishment. Food was good and reasonably priced and the grands loved their choices. I was really looking forward to dining at Brothers, but unfortunately my experience was…read moredisappointing. I ordered a salad that was described on the menu as having mixed greens, apples, walnuts, and pecans. When it arrived, it was clearly made with iceberg lettuce, not mixed greens. I politely mentioned this to the food runner and was told it was mixed greens. Knowing the difference, I questioned it again and received the same response. When I later spoke with the server who took our order, she initially insisted it was mixed greens as well. After further discussion, she admitted that while the menu states mixed greens, the salad was not actually made with mixed greens. The issue wasn't the mistake itself--it was the lack of honesty and the way it was handled. What made the experience even more disappointing was that when my replacement meal arrived, I was told the staff in the back had been discussing the fact that I was returning the salad. I found that comment unprofessional and unnecessary. Guests should be able to raise legitimate concerns without feeling like they are being talked about. The food quality was also underwhelming. The person I dined with barely ate his meal. I ordered a veggie burger, which I only finished because I was hungry. The burger lacked flavor, and the kettle chips were cold. I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service is how those mistakes are recovered. Had someone simply acknowledged the issue and corrected it professionally, my experience would have been much different. Instead, I left disappointed by both the food and the service.  I hope management reviews both the menu accuracy and how customer concerns are handled in the future.

The prices on everything keep creeping up while the quality goes down. I understand food inflation, but coupled with declining quality I'm just no longer a regular customer anymore. The last 3 times I've gone, the fries were very brown on the outside but not overcooked, indicating the oil was old and needed to be changed, this gives them an off flavor that's not good. When done right, their fries are fantastic, however this is a regular issue now. Also, they changed their burger in the past year, something I used to order a bunch, but not at all anymore. It used to be a grass fed patty and now they call this a wagyu blend, but it's awful and tasteless compared to the old one. Additionally, their wings (for some reason only when getting to-go) are either way over sauced, sitting in a pool of sauce and thus get soggy or they're under-sauced. The issue with the oil is really what gets me though. I'm guessing they're dragging it out longer before changing it to save money, but they're doing it at the cost of quality and now they've lost a regular customer. I may revisit next year, but not anytime soon. Employees are relatively friendly and service is ok, ambience is typical of a wing joint.

My son had a very small kids' pizza, while my husband ordered the salmon salad and complained that the salmon tasted canned. I ended up with just a drink, as there was essentially nothing gluten free and vegan on the menu I could eat. The service and ambiance were perfectly fine, but overall, the experience was very average given all the hype. I'm in no rush to return. Update: The owner's response explains the sourcing and pricing, but doesn't really address the substance of my review. These claims don't change the fact that an $18 gluten-free crust before toppings, a very small kids' pizza, and essentially no options that were both gluten-free and vegan made for a disappointing experience. Likewise, I didn't claim the salmon *was* canned, I said my husband thought it tasted canned. It certainly was flaked and looked like it came straight out of a can. I'm glad the restaurant supports local producers, but unfortunately that still doesn't make this particular dining experience any better for us.
