What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them.The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

When you first walk in, there's a cute little waiting area. There's only two rooms, so max two people at a time, which is why booking in advance is a must. Sometimes cancellations occur, but rarely. The rooms are spacious and SUPER clean, the girls put on some calming music. They're both super friendly so the time flies by! They almost always have snacks and water available for you.
