The actual treatment is very relaxing. Their signature facial also includes a face mask, a shoulder and hand massage, and paraffin wax for your hands and feet. They also offer other services such as weight loss, botox, eyebrow sculpting, etc. Just keep in mind that only RNs are allowed to perform extractions here which turns to be a real hassle at times. One time, I had to wait over 30 minutes just for a nurse to become available, and on other occasions, I couldn't get the extraction done at all because they were too busy. To make matters worse, some of the RNs have poor attitudes and "hardly ever follow up". A family member was specifically told to text the nurse with any medication questions, but when she did, the RN repeatedly took hours to reply. I also had a personal encounter with an RN who got visibly upset when the front desk asked her to do my extraction. She actually took her frustration out on me because she mistook me for another customer. Whether it was a case of mistaken identity or not, paying customers should never be treated this way, no matter how busy they are. Otherwise, the front desk staff and the estheticians themselves are very nice. If you plan on becoming a regular customer, my tip is: Get to know the estheticians and find one you like because some are amazing while others are just so-so. As for the facility itself, the place is very clean, smells great, and has nice amenities. Their waiting area is very comfortable with light snacks, they provide lockers for your things, and they even have heated toilet seats! The place is located inside the Cerritos Mall. But despite the huge parking areas - finding a spot is a real pain. With the exception of some nurses who have attitude, O Skin lives up to my expectations of providing high quality facials.

She then asked I wanted to upsale to the 90 min experience, which I politely declined. I was not expecting to disrobe my top, which was no biggy but the person stayed in the room (which was odd). The facial part of the 60min minutes was nice, the scalp massage was ok. It was a bit rough at time with the scraping and I would have preferred more massaging but overall it was ok. During the treatment, I was again asked to upsale to the 90min, which again I politely declined. (if you want to upsale then don't charge 3% for using card for payment, as its recommended when booking to pay with cash) After she finished blow drying my hair, she proceeded to start recording the back of head & then coming around to ask if I enjoyed the treatment. I awkwardly replied "yes", then she showed me additional pictures & videos that she took during my treatment. I was definitely caught off guard as I think they should have asked me prior to the treatment if I was ok being recorded.
