Really beautiful, clean salon. I went in for threading, the ladies are really nice and informative as to what they are going to do. Really a full service salon using quality products such as Dermalogica facial products. Beautiful rooms for facials and waxing! I usually choose this place to get my eyebrows at an affordable price but today my eyebrows look worse than when I went in. Let me start of saying that they hired a new girl that does a horrible job, she wasn't gentle at all, my right eyebrow is missing a lot of hair now and does not look at all like my left. This is probably the worst my eyebrows have ever looked. If anyone goes for your own sake avoid the girl with the honey brown hair. Finally!!! I found a place thats not expensive and has great service. Anju the owner was amazing and very helpful. I love how my eyebrows turned out, it's been a long time since my eyebrows looked this good. I am so happy I found this place. Anju was very gentle and knows what she's doing she is very professional and friendly. I especially loved that I didn't come out of there irritated or swollen because that has happened to me at other threading saloons because they were way too rough and I have very sensitive skin so that matters a lot to me. I have been coming to Anju since this place first opened and she has done an amazing job to my eyebrows, however it saddens me to have to give a negative review, I am just very upset with her new employee who ruined my eyebrows, threaded them way too thin and overly arched them!!!! I had finally grew them to where I wanted them to be (thanks to Anju) all so that this lady could just thread it all off!!! I was visiting family in Southern California so I searched for an eyebrow threading place and came across Bollywood Threading. My boyfriend and I got our eyebrows done and we were so pleased. They had a line of girls AND guys waiting but they were so fast that it once one after the other. The store manager did my eyebrows and I LOVE THEM. Found my new threading place. The lady who helped me was KK. Super nice and informative. Gave me tips on how to get my eyebrows to grow thicker. Explained to me what was going on with my eyebrows (lol) and what parts of my eyebrows needed threading. She literally only threaded what needed threading. My eyebrows look full clean and arched just the way I like them. I also got a lip thread. I was impressed with both eyebrows and lip. She got all of those stubborn little hairs off of my face which I LOVE. She also massaged my eyebrows with aloe vera gel which strangely felt relaxing lol but I loved that also. This place is awesome! I live around the area and noticed the "Coming Soon" sign a couple of months before it actually opened. I would stop by at least once a week to check if it was open, and it was then when I got the good vibe from the place. Seeing how it was coming along with such great decoration and effort. i've been coming here for a couple of years. I have always got my eyebrows done by the younger lady that is always there. yesterday, i drove 30 min as usual and ANOTHER older lady that was sitting asked if i was ready but i wasn't sure if she worked there because i said yes and she DIDNT get up or told me where i should sit till I HAD to ask. i let her do my eyebrows thinking she'd do a good job as the other lady did also because i hadn't had my eyebrows done for a while due to ANOTHER bad experience and they were grown out. i understand eyebrows are NOT twins but she left them COMPLETELY different, she left one so thick and the other so thin, she didn't even FULLY clean up the bottom of my right eyebrow. i came here expecting for a GREAT result especially since i had a bad experience before with a different threading place closer to my home. This last experience just convinced me that i would be better off NOT having them done no longer. read more
