We purchased a $25 certificate from Restaurant.com which stated we had to buy $50 of meals to use it. NOWHERE did it say DINE IN only. I called to order and the guy told me, "Nope, we only allow dine in use". I'm really irritated at what a jerk he was and we'll NEVER go back. He was incredibly rude! He must be an owner as no one would keep an employee who treats a customer in this way. It's not very good anyway. Previous Review: We dined here recently and I had spaghetti w/meat sauce and my husband had a calzone. A salad came with my order and consisted of tired iceberg lettuce and two whole baby carrots. The blue cheese salad dressing was horrible. Evidently the spaghetti that you order is just plain pasta. If you add a sauce it's $2 more. I thought the meat sauce was pretty good but the ratio was about 2 parts meat sauce to 1 part pasta. Waaay too much sauce. My husbands calzone was fine although it wasn't as hot as you'd expect and some of the dough was gummy. They do use fresh mushrooms so that's nice. Your experience could maybe be better. read more

Bella is a good, classic pizzeria that reminded me of the local pizzeria we used to go to when I was a kid. It's worth visiting for a casual family night out, but if you're looking for Italian food to take home, maybe not the best option in the area. Inside, the restaurant is set up in a familiar pizzeria fashion. The order counter that backs up to an open kitchen, and there are a bunch of tables with (at least when I visited) giggling, hyper kids sprinting around in circles. It's a busy, happy atmosphere to be sure, but I was just there to order my carry-out so I didn't stay long. I tried a medium pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, as well as the spaghetti. The pizza was thin crust and good, but nothing to write home about. The pepperoni was generous, but the green peppers were cut too thin and burned in the oven. The cheese was also a little overcooked, and the sauce was delicious but maybe a touch too sweet. I still enjoyed it for sure. The spaghetti was fine but unremarkable; it tasted like store-bought pasta with store-bought sauce. The garlic bread came with a marinara sauce that was very good. Overall, the food was better than some of the other small pizzerias in the area but not as good as the more popular ones that have been more successful. This is definitely a good place to stop in if you're in the area already and craving pizza, though, and I think they have a lot of potential. I'd definitely come back for another visit. read more

Best place for Indian flavored pizza. It is consistent every time unlike most other places that serve Indian pizzas. A little pricy but they taste good. The Indian flavor comes through beautifully without overwhelming spice or hotness. The crust is pretty decent, which means they don't use frozen crust. The customer service is also great and they always seem to use fresh ingredients. Their Indian sandwiches are also pretty good but I feel they are priced way too high for the size. My son and I came in for a slice after basketball practice. Pass by this place daily but never came in. Reviews around town said it was, eh, ok. So decided to give it a go. Nice Italian feel once you come in. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant. The menu is simple. A total no brainer. We came for a slice and ordered a pepperoni and black olive. It was rolled out fresh and prepared right then an there. No nuclear Chef Mike, which was nice. The pizza was very good. I personally would want the crust just a little more crispy and they would have gotten a 5. The sauce and cheese was good. Reminded me of classic thin crust NY pizza. Really sad experience. To start it off, online ordering is jacked up so I had to call. That I had to give my info again should have been a clue, but i kept on trucking. Then, the driver mixes up our address...after calling my phone 8 times in a row between the driver and the store, I was able to get off work and call back, get our food and open up the gyro. Sans tzatziki, feta, and onions when we just requested no onions... and the mystery deli sliced "gyro meat." We have ordered in the past and have had wonderful experiences. We used to enjoy this place, great for lunch & dinner. Not as good as Maltby Pizza down the road, but much closer & more convenient (plus they delivered). The woman who owned it was wonderful and the few times we had a problem she bent over backwards to more than make things right. We've tried it twice since the new ownership and are DONE with it. If you like "tandoori-style" pizza this is your place. The skimpiest toppings I've ever seen, completely dried out, and cooked to within an inch of its life. Almost inedible. We love leftovers for the next day so always order the largest pizza a place has. The "leftovers" both times went straight into the food waste bin (my spouse didn't even have a second slice, but instead made something else for dinner). Why did we go back after the first "new owner" experience? We couldn't believe any place could botch pizza making this much, assumed it was an anomaly, and wanted to give a new, small biz owner a second chance (plus we didn't want to lose one of our go-to places). Service? The first time I opted to pick up, was told 45 minutes, got there in 40 (I'd rather wait for for my pie than have it waiting for me), was told "10 more minutes" numerous times, left with my pie 1 hour after I'd arrived, no offer of compensation. This was our first visit to Bella, and we were blown away!! Have you ever craved Indian AND pizza, but couldn't decide? I had a butter paneer masala mini pizza, and it was amazing! My mouth was watering while I waited because the aroma was so great! Talk about delicious. The sauce was perfect, a bit sweet and tangy but not too overwhelming. All fresh vegetables and the paneer was perfect. As far as service, it was top notch. The gentleman who helped us was wonderful, very open and happy to explain the menu. I remember this place being so good so decided to stop here for lunch. I ordered two slices of pizzas and cheesy bread. The pizza is not how it used to be (we couldn't even finish it) And the cheesy bread was ok. I watched the cook (I'm assuming it's one of the owners, perhaps husband and wife) take the cheesy bread out of the freezer with her hands, then picked up a cord from the floor and rolled it around her hands and then proceeded to wipe her hands on her clothes all without washing hands. I don't like standard pizza bread thickness (just find it too doughy) but don't want super thin overly crispy bread. Bella is a nice medium. Closest to New York Style you can get in the area. The other items I have tried are not bad, not amazing. But I come here for the Pizza. And now the new Indus Pizza. I really like Indian food but even I was hesitant picturing curry on naan, right? AND my husband is no fan of Indian food. But we're both glad we took the plunge. Crust came out crispy and overall acceptable despite this. Service was good, but once the food hit the table, had to get up for both napkins and park cheese - table side does not have napkins. The one employee working was in the back but luckily there was one stack next to the register. Was not offered a drink and didn't want to ask for a cup considering I had to hunt napkins down. Tried the butter chicken pizza on a whim and fell in love! my wife loved the butter paneer pizza as well. Awesome sauce! Can get it as spicy as you want, we get medium. This pizza experience went from ugly to a little better so I'm giving 2 stars because the manager did recover this situation in the end. I read the reviews and I should have listened. Quite honestly, as reviews mentioned and from my experience, this place is likely to screw up your order so if you order online or even by phone, just confirm twice or three times to make sure your order is correct. Tonight I ordered a pizza asking to substitute the feta for mozzarella instead but when it arrived, there it was - feta. I also specified ranch dressing for the side salads but got bleu cheese. Dressing, eh, not a huge deal. Having a pizza I could not eat, big deal. I called and explained I was unable to actually eat feta and reiterated what I had ordered. The girl working there argued with me about the feta and how I did order it, and then told me she could have the driver run out the ranch dressing to me at home, but she couldn't do anything about the pizza with the feta. WTF, are you effing kidding me? At this point I was ready to drop it and carry on with my life and my Yelp 1 star review and settle on being stuck with a pizza I could not eat. My mom was over and saw the whole thing take place and was not OK with this. She drove to the pizza place and argued with the girl some more until the manager came out and told her to just correct it since it made no sense I would ask for feta when it came with feta by default. Hurray for smart managers!! He was right! So we got a corrected pizza but what an ordeal and effort that was. Aside this how was the pizza? It was actually pretty good but I'm just not sure it was good enough to get an incorrect order delivered and then potentially deal with that again. So beware and be ready to escalate things to the manager. So glad we found this place! From the looks of the outside, you would never believe the large menu and the quaintness inside. They also deliver! We found it for the first time two days ago so went in for dine-in and were met by Hunter who was managing the place. He was GREAT! Extremely friendly and helpful and attentive! We thought we would give them another try yesterday to check out their delivery services. I phoned and after being put on hold for awhile, a very friendly young lady came to phone and took our order and even wished me to have a good evening before hanging up. She said it would arrive between 45-60 minutes. The food arrived well before the 45 minute mark and a very nice, professional man greeted me at my front door with my food. The food was extremely hot and it was exactly what we ordered. The Tortelloni Amore is to die for! The Lasagna was good - a little too much oregano for my taste, but still quite good! If I could give this place zero stars I would. But since Yelp requires at least one (and I'm writing this review on the day before Thanksgiving), I'll be generous. We went here ONLY because we had a coupon from the 2017 Entertainment book for maximum $12 off an entree when another was purchased. Word to the wise... don't bother with any kind of coupon here. The owner won't take them at all. But more on that in a minute. I'm glad I'm not the only one who realizes that this place used to be great. We used to come here ALL the time and the food and the service was so good. The manager was really nice and it was a nice place to come. You could order at the counter and they would bring it out to you. We stopped going when they hired "waitresses" to do the things that we used to do ourselves (find our own table, get our own drinks and silverware, etc), because that meant that we had to start leaving a tip and as good as the place was, it wasn't "that" good. But we decided since we had the coupon we'd give it another try. What a huge mistake. The moment we walked in, I noticed how drastically the place had changed. The place looked like it was in the middle of being renovated but that the people just decided to leave it looking like trash and not bothering with it. There were pizza boxes stacked a mile high on one of the back booths and my husband said that when he went to the men's room there were no paper towels or anything. It was such a shame (and a shock) to see how run down it has become. I can't even believe that a restaurant owner would run a business with it looking the way it does. How hard would it be to clean the place up a little and maybe paint the walls or something? We were greeted and then given menus. The owner walked over to take our order. We ordered drinks; I ordered a root beer from their soda machine and my husband ordered iced tea. The owner went over to the machine, tried to fill the glass with ice, but of course there wasn't any. I stupidly assumed that he was going to go in the back and get some. How wrong I was. He brought out my root beer and my husband's iced tea in small plastic glasses that had no ice at all. Both drinks were lukewarm and my root beer was so flat that I literally could not drink it. I didn't bother asking for another one. Figured it wasn't worth it. I ordered a pasta dish which came out right away, but my husband's small pizza didn't arrive until I was halfway through my meal. They brought it out on one of those big cans but brought no plates until we asked for them. Asked for Parmesan cheese (since there was none on the tables) and were given this Tupperware looking thing with crumbly cheese in it. When we got ready to pay we showed the guy our coupon and he tells us that he won't accept it. Wow, like I didn't see THAT coming! When we complained and told him that it's valid until Dec 31st, 2017, he said he'd give us a discount. He discounted it 10% which meant we saved $2.50 when we were supposed to receive a $12 discount. Well, guess what, we saved even more than that because we didn't leave a tip at all. Needless to say this place was a disaster and we'll never try this place again. You shouldn't either but I'm guessing that we'll both get lucky and we won't have to even look at it. I'm pretty sure it will be out of business within the next six months. read more

I want to like this place, I really do. Here is the problem. They sold me a chicken parm sub today with diced chicken in it-- the kind of chicken you put into a chicken salad. This goes against every rule of calling something Chicken Parm. Chicken Parm is a breaded Chicken Breast, coated with a thin layer of marinara and loaded with cheese and baked to perfection.
