It's still a pandemic at the time of this review, so it is solely based off my delivery experience. These guys are awesome! Support this small business, and the family that owns it, so it doesn't become a casualty of Covid! The food is quality and extremely tasty. The acai base is quite delicious on it's own, better than I've had elsewhere, (although my experience is still limited). The texture is wonderful! Somewhere between a slightly frozen sorbet and a creamy custard. The fruit is fresh, ripe, and in excellent condition. Everything is packaged separately so nothing gets smooshed or crushed, then you assemble it yourself. (Granted, all the little plastic containers probably aren't that great for the environment, so reuse and recycle if you're able. That's what makes this a 4 star, rather than a 5 star review. Better than the alternative of soggy, smashed ingredients, so you pick your pros and cons.) Their granola is really a standout, too! I've only had the Expialidocious blend so far as a topping, but it's so, so good. It pairs extremely well with the acai base, and I really like it with their Queen City Bol. Fresh, delicious, probably healthy (depending on what you order), many ingredients from local suppliers... Bol is getting strikes and even picking up the spares!

If you are desiring a good açaí bol and want to support a small business that opened in 2020, check out Bol! The owners are the sweetest couple with a big vision to bring tasty Açaí to Cincinnati! Make sure you call their number as their storefront was delayed due to covid. Place your order and they will bring it down to your car!

obsessed. Whenever I am having a particularly terrible morning, or just can't get out of bed, I'll order bol. It is refreshing, delicious, and fresh! The fruit is all fresh. The granola is delicious, and delivery is fast. Also, cost wise it is VERY reasonable. I've paid over double their prices for açaí bowls in other cities, and I can honestly say that this place's bowls are better. It always makes me feel healthy and good, and is a great start to the day.

Cincinnati's first acai bowl bar! PRICE 5/5 $5 for a palm-sized bowl but there's plenty in it! Also, as you can dress the bowl yourself, there are plenty of leftovers. . LOCATION 2/5 Between a bunch of factories and warehouses, not really in the vicinity of anything else but off of a busy road. However, they are very helpful giving directions if you call. It's a very brightly colored mural over the place so you can't miss it when you find it . QUALITY 5/5 Very fresh fruits and toppings! Try to freeze your bowl for an amazing treat

This is a great spot for açaí bowls!!!!! The employees were very nice and made pickup both smooth and safe! The bowls came disassembled, which was great. The fruit was FRESH and I will definitely be back when I'm in Cincy!

If you were looking for a high-quality smoothie bowl... At a decent price - this is the place for you it is so good!!! The owners came right out and gave us our smoothie bowls to our cars and were so nice it was the easiest thing all we had to do was order on the website... I got the Maui Wowie - wow. So yummy. My friend got the Cincinnati Bowl and she loved it. I've been to Rooted many times and love it there but it's SO EXPENSIVE. This is just as good if not better at waaaay better a price. Such fresh food - highly highly recommend!

Overpriced! $3 for a small spoonful of Nutella on top. The açaí itself isn't great either. Not a fan.

This place is amazing I go here 4 days a week they have so many flavors and options for everything…read more They have so many options for add ins to get the most out of your drink RECOMMEND

Where is the nutrition in legacy nutrition?…read more Well, you wouldn't know because no ingredient is listed. You walk in to find an overwhelmingly long list of flavors. You choose one off of the board and then they make it for you. In a day and age where people are turning more to clean eating and wanting to know what is in their food, how do you enter the health/nutrition field, open a business and not list ANY information on what is going into your product? I had so many questions. Is your protein plant based or man made? What ingredients go in my shake exactly? I saw Hershey chocolate and caramel syrup going into a shake. How is that at all nutritious? You couldn't find a better, healthier way to flavor your shakes? Have you ever read a label of a Hershey syrup before? It's sugar and high fructose corn syrup and it's going into your shake and you think you're getting something healthy. I also saw a woman working opening boxes of blue jello and emptying it into of the jars behind the counter. I'm assuming this goes into a shake as flavoring (but again you wouldn't know because no ingredient is listed). Again, what is the nutrition value here? Have you ever read the label of jello? Blue Food dye and sugar. Again, two things that are not at all good for you. And outweigh any healthy effects that gelatin may have. I keep reusing the word nutrition/nutritious because it in the name. It is what I expect a company with nutrition in the name to stand for. I was really, really wanting to like this place. There is no healthy shake or juice option over on the westside. But, to me based on what I saw (and didn't see) legacy nutrition is a "health" place that isn't very healthy. I didn't see a single piece of fruit or vegetable go into a shake. I saw artificial ingredients in abundance. And in this day I think people are trying to get away from that. I know I definitely am. Even Pepsi isn't using aspartame to sweeten their diet soda anymore! Still waiting for a plant based, clean focus juice or smoothie bar to open in the west side. In the meantime, I'll be making my smoothies at home or traveling to Rooted in Oakley. The shake itself was good and tasted creamy. I'm just asking for transparency. I want to know what made this good and creamy so I can decide if I want to put it in my body. Even McDonalds posts the caloric content of their menu items. This is the age of information. You're giving me none. No webpage, a few random non informative Instagram posts. Do your research, check out other juice bars and smoothie shops. Ingredients in each individual smoothie are listed. These are your competitors, your customers have been to these places. They follow them on social media. What is stopping your target customer from going to another place?
