Our neighbor told us about it and the pricing was great for the portions! The food was great too!

Out getting a driver's license renewed (and we all know how fun that is), so decided to check this place out. We are always looking for good Mexican food! It's cute, and looks like they have some fun cocktails. But it's lunch, so no drinks for me! Service was fine, nothing super special, I had to ask for some extra salsa (which I loved). But, the star of the show was the Burrito Feliz! I got the beef. It was really good, and I mentioned to my husband multiple times how I want to return. He got the carnitas tacos, which looked amazing and probably would have been if they left the onions off like he asked. All in all, I'm definitely returning for the salsa and the burrito!

Very good! Service was prompt and friendly. The ambiance was perfect, the hand painted murals are beautiful. Food was great. We had birria tacos and queso. The fresh chips really set this place apart from others. Will be aback again!

Found this place thanks to Google and Yelpers reviews. Had a hankering for fish tacos and this place popped up on a search. LOVED the tacos all flavors, red sauce, green sauce and the chips/salsa. Micheleda and the smoky beef jerky garnish was the bomb!!!!! Good house margaritas and super friendly staff. This place might definitely be a miss unless you are looking! Drove up from N. Carrollton but so worth the 20-25 minute drive.

Driving around and trying to find something to eat for Sunday lunch and happened upon this new to town restaurant! The atmosphere was quiet and just what we needed! Our server was able to recommend her favorite dishes and we were served very timely. Will definitely return when we can try some of the desserts and the happy hour drinks.

Food was so good and came out fast ! The vibes and drinks were also really great! All the waitresses were super friendly!

Yummy, delicious food and a fabulous house margarita. Service was super fast and the restaurant was cutely decorated with wall murals. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Mexican!

The overall vibe has changed, and not in a good way. There seems to be a clear tension in the space that makes it uncomfortable to be there as a customer. From what I've observed, the current manager creates a very unpleasant environment. She consistently appears angry, tense, and overly controlling, and it visibly affects the staff. The employees often look uncomfortable, uneasy, and as though they are being constantly micromanaged. It's hard not to notice, and it completely changes the energy of the place. As someone who has spent money here and genuinely liked coming in before, it's frustrating to see management have such a negative impact on what used to be a welcoming environment. A business like this depends heavily on atmosphere, and when management makes both employees and customers feel uncomfortable, it reflects directly on the entire experience. I'm honestly surprised this hasn't already driven more employees away, because it is definitely pushing customers away. I hope ownership seriously reevaluates the current management situation before it causes even more damage to the business.

It's has a great look and they played 90s alternative music videos which added to this review. I ordered their red wine and stuffed mushrooms $11. It was baked crimini mushrooms stuffed with house made whipped ricotta and italian bread crumbs with creamy pesto. I'll just say this was the perfect app/meal for one. It paired so well with my red wine. Fo For our main we ordered chicken spaghetti bake $17.50. It consisted of fresh house-made spaghetti baked with house roasted chicken, white cheddar cream sauce, calabrese chili peppers, italian pico, five cheese blend. Wish we had looked a litte harder on this selection. We thought it was a chicken Alfredo. So this is defintley packed with cheese, more of a Mac and cheese bake. Everything was good! Full disclosure: We are Mexican food snobs. Highly critical of everything from the chips and…read moresalsa to the tortillas and the red and green chiles used (if it's spelled with an "i" on the menu...chili...huge red flag!). First, the atmosphere is very inviting for both a gathering of friends, but also a family could have a great meal there without feeling like you have to yell or compete with a happy hour crowd. The decor is chic and the mural in the rear part of the restaurant is amazing. We generally do not get cocktails often, but with a 1/2 off happy hour, we tried two different ones and both were amazing. One had a chamoy straw and I wish I could tell you what they were called, but I can't remember - just go with what looks like the most complex flavors and you won't be disappointed. We had the empanadas as an appetizer...excellent flaky crust, great filling; the fajitas, another great pick; and the short rib enchiladas with a pipían sauce...think spicier mole and not as chocolate-ly. I used to have pipían as a kid and this is a pretty good representation. If you like spicy, ask for the spicier salsa which is still not killer spicy (I could have used more heat) but the morita chiles speaks to the kitchen's knowledge of Mexican chiles and how to use them. Well done.

The drinks were also good! Now- the food. I hate to say this but it was very white washed mediocre Mexican food. And I had such high hopes because of how beautiful the inside was. The queso fundido was the best thing we got. But everything else was just "meh". Then we got the tres leches for dessert and it wasn't even wet which sealed the deal for me. It's acceptable, but you can go two blocks around the corner and get GOOD Mexican food.

There's a mural on the wall (it's really large) of Texas music icons, and it's a sight to see. And then above the bar is the shape of Texas with musical instruments in it. It was cooked perfectly and their house made mayo really sets the stage for the taste! I also got their garlic and parmesan fries are the star of the show. Soooooo good! This is why my rating is only based on the food quality. Brisket and Queso $10 Smoked brisket, Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, cilantro. A little too high for an appetizer, but the queso and brisket were good. I wasn't a fan of the sauce, the sweetness was a clash for me. The chips were also way too salty. The house salad $14 was an XL salad for sure! Everything was so good and fresh. They kindly brought me extra cheese and grilled jalapeños. The ranch was just right too! Downside: my patty was over-seasoned and overcooked. My partner purchased their most basic burger, the Waylon $12, the fries are sold separately. This burger was small, and once again, the patty itself was a disappointment. Texas sun cocktail was refreshing but just a simple pineapple and vodka mix.
