In a Sunday at 11:00 am they didn't have any food at all left in the restaurant, the manger said they no longer are even taking orders. At 11:00 am in the morning??? There was a little bit of a wait due to the sheer size of the order placed by the car in front of me. A very sweet woman with black hair and tattoos, who I believe is possibly a manager, thanked me for my patience, took my order and got it out to me. She again thanked me for my patience and told me she had included an extra sandwich in my bag free of charge. I order food thru the drive thru here but never again. Not only did it take forever it felt like the food was barely hot when I got it. The fryer grease has not been changed in a while the food was very dark and hard to chew. To top it off they did not get my order right I had 2 combos Bo sized and only got 1 Bo sized. Then the fry box wasn't even full as u can see from my picture I posted. I did not even get my 2nd side that came with my combo which should have been coleslaw. I know that it has been a while since I have eaten at BOJANGLES but since when does a combo not come with a drink. Maybe I am wrong here but I could of swore you get drink with a combo but I had to buy them separate from the combo. Almost $30.00 for 2 combos really. Not to mention I ordered the #14 which is a breast and a wing but ended up with a thigh and a wing. This order was so screwed up there was no hope in getting it right. Sad part they were not busy at all. Employees differently need a refresher course on menu because they did not know what about size meant. Just awful experience. While the food was delicious (minus the mashed potatoes) I'm very upset that I had to wait for 40 minutes for my food. I was the very first person there, no one ahead of me. I got a family 8pc. 40 minutes is unacceptable, especially when there was no one else there. I understand everyone is short staffed but this went beyond short staff clearly. We drove through and asked whether or not the legendary iced tea was sweet or not and the reply was "I don't know, I don't drink tea. No one's ever complained about it". She nurtured the young lady, made sure she ate, and even got in touch with her mom to ensure she returned to her family safely.Everyone was super sweet and even ensured they still rendered excellent customer service to the guest that entered.
