I placed a convenient order on the Bojangles app. My food was ready upon arrival. Service was fast and friendly. They are definitely stepping their game up a little bit. I'm am not sure why the reviews of this Bojangles are so negative. We had a very pleasant experience this morning. The lady who took our order greeted us and took great care of us. We received our order very promptly. The manager, I believe his name is Larry, came out and greeted us and asked if we were warm. He then proceeded to turn the heat down as we were warm. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Our food was hot and fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Larry and his crew are doing a great job...keep up the good work! read more

First time visiting a Bojangles and I'm finally glad I did. I got the 3 piece dinner with 2 sides, Cajun beans and dirty rice. It was solid for fast food. The food was prepared and served immediately on a plate. It is your typical sit down fast food restaurant inside. The chicken itself is somewhat between a Brown's Chicken and Popeye's. Definitely would try again. The ice tea was solid as well. This location has a drive thru which is nice and plenty of parking. Worth a stop for a quick meal! read more

I honestly never bread of them until we moved here honestly, but I'm glad their food finally made its way to my stomach because it was absolutely amazing. The customer service was amazing, everyone had a smile on their faces and seemed like they were willing to help me pick something from their menu because they knew it was my first time. They were huge balls of batter. The one strip that had the most meat was as cold as ice. The tea and the mashed potatoes were decent. I had never been to a Bojangles, but had heard their chicken was pretty good and their biscuits nice and buttery... so when my ride didn't come to pick me up at my dentist's just before they closed, I decided to play Frogger and dodge cars on four lanes of very busy traffic to see if they met expectations... Having survived the traffic... *PHEW*... I went inside to an empty restaurant as it WAS between lunch and early dinner shifts, and was greeted cheerfully by a sweet gal who let me peruse the menu board and asked me helpful questions. I settled on the chicken breast plate with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and one of their big biscuits... along with a large sweet tea. It didn't take long to get my tray, and it looked GOOD! I got my drink from the drink station along with my utensils, napkins, and seasonings. Headed to a booth by the front windows to eat and *wait*... and I was NOT disappointed by the food. The chicken was perfection... not greasy nor overly fried. Just the right amount of crisp. Yum! The potatoes were creamy and just firm enough for the delicious brown gravy. The biscuit was nice and hot and buttery... nom nom NOM!!! I kinda had a foodgasm as this was brunch after I had my teeth cleaned... LOL! (Kinda wanna floss now, though ; ) if you know what I mean...) I recommend this place as I truly loved every bite. My fiancé has drove to this location twice within the past couple of weeks during morning rush hour and the place is closed. This location is closer for her compared to the other one. It still takes over 30 minutes due to all of the school traffic. The first time it happened they said there were no staff for the morning. A couple of weeks later you figure this issue would be solved. However there is still a worker there telling you that they are closed. Keep in mind that their signs are still on and there are no other indications of this location being closed until you pull up to the speaker. Would not go to this location for breakfast. So ...this place used to be THE BOMB. And sometimes, if you're lucky it still is. But something horrible has happened here in the past few months. Management change, new ownership...SOMETHING. I went through the drive-thru recently and ordered a three-piece meal with two sides. I asked for a breast, thigh and a leg. After a long wait at the drive-thru and then the employee at the window seemed confused and didn't take my payment for an oddly long amount of time. When I finally paid and he handed me my food, I opened the box because I had a feeling something wasn't right... So inside the box were two pieces of chicken and three chicken strips. The first few times I went here the chicken was hot, crispy, and juicy. They last two times, not so much. The last time I went, the chicken seemed to have been in a warmer bin for quite some time. I have been in here a total of three times since their opening, two of which they have had no chicken ready, but the third stop, on 2/15/2020 , was for breakfast, and while standing and waiting for my food, which the young man had to ask several times what I had ordered before I got it, I witnessed him drop the serving tongs on the floor and quickly pick them up and place them right back in front of the serving section without a second thought about it. I looked at the gentleman next to me and told him that I sure hope they wash them at which he agreed , and was already irritated at the disorganization of what wasn't a busy morning to begin with. I then saw him grab the same dirty tongs and grab an unwrapped bo-biscuit to serve to the gentleman standing to my other side, and I had to yell repeatedly (the whole store heard me) that those tongs were just on the floor. The manager barely acknowledged the incident , and just said take them and wash them, never apologized, and didn't even look at any of us or get upset with the young man (who also seemed to be under the influence of something.) If they do this on the front line in front of everyone without a second thought, I can only imagine what goes on where eyes cant see. I will be reporting them to the health department as well. Disgusting, and inexcusable, and just as others have said, horrible customer service, and rude employees. read more
