By far the worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere. I went in and ordered three legs, that's it! I could clearly see about a dozen legs in the warmer right in front of me. All the girl who took my order had to do was take one step to her right, grab a box and reach into the warmer and grab three legs and place them in the box and simply hand it to me. Instead though, she proceeds to take the orders from three more customers behind me. Once she took their orders, she then proceeded to start filling orders...starting with the most recent and then working backwards back towards mine. Meanwhile, as she was working on the orders from the people who came in after me, the girl working the drive thru proceeded to empty all the legs from the warmer to fill her drive thru orders (which were also taken after mine because the drive thru was empty when I got there) thus causing them to run out of chicken which takes them like twenty minutes to cook. I stood their patiently, even while I watched the girl fill newer orders than mine and the drive thru girl taking all the chicken. I finally decided that they must have accidentally completed my order out without filling it, so I stepped up to the counter where you normally pick up your order and a grotesque manager walked up to me and asked if she could help me and I said yes, I ordered three chicken legs twenty minutes ago and I still haven't gotten it, even though all people behind me and at the drive thru had gotten their order already. She told me "well we are waiting on chicken". I told her that there was plenty of chicken already cooked when I made my order and that it was taken by the people behind me and the drive thru customers. This obviously went thru one ear and out the other because her response was "well I can't make the chicken cook any faster". I told her that wasn't the point. The point was, when I made my order, had the girl who took my order actually filled it either right then or immediately after she took the other orders behind me, I would have already been served twenty minutes ago. Her response, again was, "I can't make the chicken cook any faster" as she walked away from me. I stood there for a few minutes replaying the conversation I had just had with the manager thru my mind, trying to make logical sense out of all the stupid I had just encountered, when I overheard her asking the cooks in the back what the status was on the chicken and their response was "we didn't know y'all needed any, so it'll be about twenty minutes because we are dropping it right now. At this point I had been waiting for three chicken legs, at a CHICKEN restaurant, for thirty minutes and had had enough, so the next time the disgusting manager walked by the counter I told her to just give me my money back because their service is ridiculous. I have yet to have a good experience at any Bojangles I have patronized but this visit was by far the worst. I have decided that I will never again spend my money at this business. I think they need a revamping from their corporate offices all the way down to their hourly restaurant staff. read more
