The Restaurant is very very clean, the workers are super friendly, and the Food was Delicious. We enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. One item we found to be truly great is the Waffle Potato chips - Delicious, need to find the 7 ounce bags. Like most people, we are chick-fila lovers and stopped at this location for our usual favorites. The atmosphere was great, incredibly clean with a sanitation score of 100, everyone I saw was cleaning/stocking or serving a customer. This speaks volumes to the care put into this location. And the glow of the 'you are my sunshine' neon sign, spoke directly to my heart. We ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and an egg and cheese English muffin. The food was consistent as you would expect, but the service was even better! Not only were our biscuit/muffin freshly made, the customer service, specifically from Jeanne, was amazing! Jeanne talked to me like I knew her my whole life! We talked about grandmas biscuits, consistency and appreciation for patrons in the service industry, and she welcomed me back with a big smile. Not sure for the Long customer lines at a CHICK-FIL-A? Their menu is limited. It's just a Chicken Sandwich! All the other fast-food restaurants offer Chicken Sandwiches. Ordered a Chick-Fil-A Salad with grilled nuggets and herbed ranch dressing and it tasted fine and was delicious. Woke up this morning and had bad diarrhea, I know it was from the salad because it was the only thing I ate that day. Not the first time I ordered from here and the food make me feel bad. A couple months ago I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal and it made me feel awful (not sick) just weird. It's very unfortunate that this location is having so many issues. Update: just tried calling them today 11/02/21 at 12:19 pm and they hung up on me! For that reason I'm changing my star rating to 1 star. What a shame! read more

The food is always excellent, and it is always delivered promptly, they call at your name, they focus on you as a person, and not just toss you your food and go The disappointing part of this whole place is the fact that you can't really use the inside after certain time because of incidents that are happening from the middle school and the high school. I understand that there are fights and they have to control their environment but as a person, just coming in to eat and sitting down and you're unable to, that's The only part that steers me from going back sometimes. Now the place is completely clean and like I said, the staff is very friendly, and the food is wonderful. Horrible service, I was the only person in line. They forgot part of my order, showed them and then they were going to charge me again for my order. This Chick-Fil-A is better than the one on park street in my opinion. It's usually very speedy service with barely any lines or customers at the store. It is a peaceful place to eat at and the staff is very attentive and friendly to talk to. I recommend this Chick-Fil-A to anyone near by! read more

Very McDonalds experience. Ran our card 4 times in the drive through as we read off our order multiple times. We were told to pull forward to get our receipt but that guy didn't even have a printer. Pulled forward to the window and they wanted to run our card again. The order came out with us being charged for another meal we didn't order. They refunded that meal. As we pulled out I opened our kids meal which only had two small fries and a Fandango coupon in the bag, no nuggets. This is why I don't normally go to fast food restaurants. read more
