It was so bad I wanted to give a zero, but I can't so I give them a 1. My husband and I arrive to the drive through at 11:30something and there are two cars ahead of us. We are the next car at the speaker box at 11:54. We both wanted breakfast and they stop serving breakfast at 12. We sit and wait without anybody saying anything over the speaker until 12:04. There are four cars behind us now. My husband was driving so he said hello a couple of times but we still heard nothing so we decided to pull up to the window. When we got to the window a lady wearing a headset opened the window and said "Can I help you?" and (she had an attitude with him but I understand people have rough days) and my husband told her we had been at the speaker box since 11:54 but we hadn't heard anything and he asks her if we can order at the window. She says yes. He starts to order breakfast and she cuts him off mid-sentence and says "We don't have breakfast after 12." and he asked if it could still be honored since we were waiting at the speaker box. but she said no. it's 12:04 that's okay, we can order different food. So he orders some chicken sandwich combo and I order a baggie combo they were advertising. She rings us up, takes the payment, and makes our drinks then hands them to us. while she was processing our payment, she was yelling to her coworkers how 'f*cking dumb' something was but my husband and I couldn't make out the rest of the conversation. She then asked us to pull forward because they were currently waiting on. chicken. So we pull forward and just start talking while we wait. I then notice it is now almost 12:30 so my husband goes inside with our receipt. he doesn't come back out until 12:47. he hands me the food and tells me there was a elderly lady waiting inside for ketchup for 15 minutes but nobody had served her so she walked behind the counter herself and got it. So I check our bag and we are missing a fry. but my husband said I could just have his because we have somewhere to be and can't turn around. so I hand him his sandwhich and he ordered extra cheese on it. it didn't have any cheese. I ordered no onions and extra pickles on my burger. I have a severe onion allergy and had stated that to the lady who took our order. I open up my burger and it has one pickle slice and a plethora of onions. there were so many onions that it was embedded in the bun. so I told my husband because I was upset and we couldn't turn around, so he let me have his sandwhich and he ate my burger. with all of this being said, I'm just upset that we were there over an hour for a 6 item in total drive through order that ended up not being correct. I understand that accidents happen but I feel like this was just pure spite. read more

Honestly, zero stars, slow service, missing items in my order, old woman at the inside register was rude about us telling her she's wrong and didn't put our hashbrowns in the bag or our plater. Line wrapped around the building and they don't care especially about customer service! read more

The main issue I have with this location are all of the signs requiring the customers to wear face masks yet Manager and 50% of the employees although they had masks they were not covering either their noses or their nose and mouth. Poor management placing everyone else at risk read more

Probably the most successful drive through place in belmont. Of all others this one still hasn't made a mistake to our orders yet. Good job.

Okay, here's the breakdown: The turnover there is now apparently pretty high-but that doesn't really explain the big problem that this place has, which is sloth or a lack of motivation on the part of SOME of the help. The food is pretty good, with breakfast breaking into Five Star territory. (I will say their new Roast Beef thing is better than Arbys, which is surprising.) But here's the latest example of what I've seen take place before: They send you forward to a white line to wait for something they have to custom prepare, which is, on its own, both okay/understandable. The gumptionless girl who brings the order half tries to stick the receipt in the bag and it falls out on the ground. We needed it to check the prices entered for our order-as the total seemed high. She doesn't try to pick it up and she doesn't try to catch it as it flies past her face. Too much trouble apparently. She asks if I need it and I say yes. She ignores the receipt on the ground, goes all the way back to the window and asks for a NEW receipt, ignores it on the ground a SECOND TIME (while minutes tick away and the food gets cold) and nearly drops the next one before she gets it to my vehicle. Is every experience there, this bad? No, but it's more of a statistical likelihood than not, which is THE reason for the review. Her manager (I pray to God she WASN'T the manager, she doesn't look old enough) is AWOL. If she hates working there that badly, she should try something else. read more

The best part of Hardee's is the breakfast. I would give it five stars for sure. It's the best in town. The bad part - the employees. They are super busy each morning. You are going to wait in a line out to the road, which would be ok if you didn't get to order and immediately feel the not so subtle irritation, from some of the older ladies especially. I arrived one morning at 10:10 and when I pulled up to order an employee come out, flip the board around and tells me oh well, they didn't make enough biscuits. And it was close to 10:30 anyway, which happens to be the time everyone else stops selling breakfast. Hardee's had officially screwed us over twice in one move. I don't need a smile or politeness really, but don't make me feel like a bother because it's too much of a hassle to take my money. It's sad to say but McDonalds is a better option in Belmont for breakfast. During the day Hardee's is quiet, not much business other than breakfast, so I'm sure it's better ordering then. read more
