How does Bojangles run out of biscuits??? It's what the restaurant revolves around. Sit in a drive thru for 15 minutes to be told they're out of biscuits. read more

A friend and I stopped there for lunch. We had never been there before. We stood at the counter, waiting for someone to wait on us for about five minutes. Finally, we asked for some help and they said use the teaos. A couple of employees were just standing around, look like they weren't doing anything. Not a problem. My friend and I left, and won't ever be back. read more

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We flew in from SD and headed back to get some chicken and this Bojangles was pathetic. Customer service was less than par. Chicken and biscuits good. Rice good but Cajun beans were ice cold which is a real bummer. read more

I went this restaurant and stood at the front counter for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged that we were standing at the counter. there was a couple of people behind us in line as well. Someone finally acknowledged us and said oh it's kiosk orders only. So when did we stop having customer service to use a computer to order only? read more

This location is the slowest I have ever been to the restaurant as a whole is nasty the cashiers are rude waited for my food for over 25 minutes and the food was cold. Whoever owns or operates this restaurant needs to make changes quickly!! Would not recommend eating here!!! Should be zero stars!!!!! read more

What a joke!!! They didn't give me a biscuit, in either our meals. It was terrible... Gross... KFC read more

The tea was good The Cajun pinto beans were the dry pan scrapings, with ample bacteria. The Chicken was dry and had little flavor. The rice was dry. When I took the beans back to the restaurant to speak with the manager, she said was stoned and just kinda slumped around, offered a replacement and just seemed totally indifferent. We won't be back. read more

The order took over 30 minutes and it was not crowded. The workers not only did not work, but two of them were wandering around multiple times (not working!~). after I witnessed them being asked to get back to work. I asked who was working on my meal and the lady would not even speak to me, she pointed the first time and then the second time, she walked away from me. I finally asked for the manager, who was also less than helpful. I will not be returning to this Bojangles and honestly, the "workers" who are not doing what they need to be doing should be better trained or let go. There is ZERO reason to wait 30 minutes for an order when I was 2nd in line! Customer service gets a negative star from me. read more

Ordered an Uber delivery. They only let you bot their reviews. I've got more to say I ordered a waffle chicken I didn't get. 6$. Combo. Bosized. Got regular mtn dew and regular borounds. Ordered 2 bobbers cookies I didn't get. 4$ The bot at Uber won't allow me to say I got this but didn't get that. It's totally frustrating and I'm out at least 10$ read more

I've been goin to this Bojangles for years. It's hit or miss. I ordered a 3pc tenders combo today and the chicken was way overcooked. Usually the supremes are a nice orange-ish color when they're cooked properly but mine were completely brown. The chicken was dried out from the overcooking. Sweet tea had an odd taste, usually due to the ice they use being near some sort of other product. It all depends when you go and who's working cause some days, it's perfect! At the end of the day, it's fast food, not a gourmet restaurant but I will say, consistency is important. I know it's probably stressful keeping up with all the orders so I'm not that pressed about it just an observation. read more

Just left the Bojangles waited 20 minutes for chicken as I watched them pass it out to everyone else manager was extremely rude and employee actually cursed at me Uncalled for Customer Service is really lost its edge more and more Bojangles have become horrible and difficult to order from read more

Jesus Christ what' a freakin DISASTER!! How is this location still in business!! They're a complete mess!! Absolutely nothing is in order and we waited over 30 minutes for our food consisting of Bo bites and supremes. It's very dirty looking and they are extremely incompetent. Who's running this circus? read more

they need to get it together. woman was rude handling the drive through. I was missing food. they just need to find people worth a damn

Let me share my experience at Bojangles in Belmont today. I was hoping to grab some gravy and biscuits before heading to school, but unfortunately, their machine was down, and they couldn't process debit card payments. At that point, we could have simply acknowledged the situation and moved on to another place. However, the employee mentioned that he could still process my card--through the drive-through. Then, he casually remarked, and I quote, "that would be a hassle." So, you're saying your equipment isn't working, yet you have an alternative, but it's too inconvenient for you to help a customer? He kept insisting that it was a hassle, so I decided to just go to McDonald's instead. If taking a simple order is such a burden for you, then perhaps this job isn't the right fit. At that moment, a bystander felt compelled to chime in, which was unsolicited advice. Sometimes, it's best to stay out of things, especially when you appear a certain way in a fast-food environment. read more

Slowest service ever! Waited 30 minutes after ordering for a simple order of chicken supremes. Employees are on their phones and walking around like there are not 15 people waiting on food. read more

It's just a way to speak to people. When you hace more than 30 mins left until you close, you don't be nasty and rude and verbally tell people you're going to serve them cold food. I've worked in fast food before, you can serve hot food 30 mins before you close. And definitely without an attitude. read more

No tea, no Sierra Mist due to machines down. Ordered lemonade, got water. Chicken was not cooked. People are friendly because their service is terrible. I understand not having enough help, but keep your food, drinks and equipment working. read more

Sadly, this was at 6:30 pm (dinner time) on a Sunday. I was the only dine in customer in the building, there were less than 6 carry out customers, and even fewer drive-thru customers while I ate, but I saw several employees on their cell phones. This restaurant used to stay busy but has gone down hill. The dining and drink station areas were awful. The only reason I gave it 1-star is because my food was delivered hot This Bojangles needs some updating (cosmetically) and the staff needs retraining. read more

every time we have been it has taken over 20 minutes to get the basics and the workers are rude the food isnt good the mac and cheese doesn't look like Mac and cheese the music sucks and it's freezing read more

This used to be a great place - not now. The drive thru people have zero communication skills and are often hateful and testy. They are often out of things and it's just not like it used to be. read more

This is my second time leaving a bad review for this location. The workers were out of all drinks except tea, which I don't drink. Typical because they are out of something every time I go. The workers are horrible -- there were no adults working, literally no one over the age of 18. They stood around the back, arguing with one another about each other's attitudes -- a bunch of children standing around not working. We don't care about your bickering back & forth, please just do your job! Awful experience. read more

Although closes in 50 min per website, they only had thighs and selects with fries. I would not recommend going an hour before they close

You will wait in line for so long up to 30 minutes this is not very fast food this location sucks

This is the best Bojangles I have ever been to and is my go to location. The food is alway hot and fresh and customer service is great! I recommend this location out of the rest. (Been going to this location for 18 years never had an issue) read more

The food is absolutely horrible!!!!!! I have to ask for fresh fries when I'm going through the drive through if not they'll give you cold ass fries and not think nothing about it. read more

Slowest! Bojangles! EVER! Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 7:11pm. Got there at that time and was told to pull up and wait. Did not get my food until 7:42pm. All I ordered was one chicken sandwich and fries. This is not the first bad experience I have had with with location. I'll give the benefit of the doubt the first time but 3 bad experiences.... Something needs to be done. read more

Awful now literally has taken 25 minutes to get three meals at the window then we were told to pull up to the window for a boberry biscuit we had ordered, after waiting for another 15-20 minutes we went inside to see if they had just forgotten but no she said they were about to put it in the oven so we left without it. read more

Yes they might have a perfect sanitation grade but the manager customer service is crap. We had an issue with our order, when we called, the manager just laughed and said write my name on the receipt and we will fix it next time. I don't want it next time, that's why I came now!!! Duh!! This place has went down hill. read more

When was the last time you went inside a restaurant and saw a 100 as a sanitation score? Well, go to THIS Bojangles and that is what you will find. I didn't intent on eating here because I don't typically do fast food. I met a person here today to hand off an item that I sold on FACEBOOK marketplace. After she left, I went inside to get some iced tea and got lured by some of their fried chicken. I just had one piece, but it was finger lickin' good, even if it wasn't the Kentucky recipe. Most impressive was that sanitation score. WOW! Every restaurant should aspire to such standards. read more

No reason the dinning room shouldn't be open ridiculous!!! Last time I wait in drive through for 20 minutes!!!!!!

Why does this Bojangles rarely have a steak biscuit when ONLY a couple miles down the road in Gastonia always has a steak biscuit?????

At first blush this is just another southern fried chicken chain. I stopped here because I like chicken and it was not far from my hotel. Based on the name I was hoping for a more Cajun experience but it's really just a substitute for KFC or Popeye's. I don't think that the chicken is anything special but it's not bad either. I liked the real gravy with potatoes and the pintos had a flavorful seasoning to them, tasted like chili powder and maybe cumin. The sweet tea is good too. This was going to be a three star review until I tied into the Bo-Berry biscuit. Wow! That was amazing. That alone puts Bojangles past Popeyes and KFC. read more

The guy that was taking orders was completely zoned out. He asked us over 10 times to repeat ourselves, then still got the order wrong. EVERY PERSON WHO CAME IN AFTER US HAD TO REPEAT THEIR ORDERS SO MANY TIMES THE CUSTOMERS IN THE DINING ROOM WAS YELLING THE ORDERS TO HIM!!! The old lady that gives out the food was given out everything wrong, the manager was in the back goofing off. I get this is fast food and you get what you pay for, but this is a little ridiculous!!! We will never come back here again and I suggest everyone stay away also!! The one star is because you have to put one, I feel like they owe me some stars read more

100 sanitation score, great. Food so-so to quite good depending on freshness. Service slow but friendly.

I usually love this bojangles and typically find that fast food restaurants in Belmont are better than their Gastonia counterparts. However, as of this past month, this bojangles has been SLACKING. Their sanitation score used to be 100 but it is now a 95.5! The service is so slow and bad. I no longer recommend this particular bojangles read more
