I've never been to Jersey Mike's, and being at the high school for game preparation called for a meal on the go, and this was the only option that sounded good. I got the #17 Mike's Famous Philly, and added extra onion and ranch dressing, on white bread. The regular size is a pretty good size-I could've stopped at 1/2, but it was so good, so I caved at 3/4 of the sandwich. It comes with Philly beef, onions, peppers, and white American cheese. I could've used more onions-the extra wasn't that extra. The peppers had a slight crunch and were sweet-delicious! The bread was so soft, I wanted to finish that bread! I added Miss Vickie's jalapeño kettle chips and a bottled Pepsi. The store was clean and staff very friendly. I'd ordered through the app and my sandwiches were done about 10 minutes before the quoted time. I'll definitely be back to try other yummy sandwiches! read more

They have gluten free buns and they try, really try to clean between sandwiches. Poorly clean, but then again they are hiring mentally and cognitively impaired people so that's good on them! I have tried to give you another chance! When your staff takes an order and you say you want to add bacon, obviously it's an additional charge! You have one particular employee that always makes you feel like you're stupid and he rudely has to say " you know that's an extra charge " . Hey Jersey Mikes is Jersey Mikes, Nothing Really Special but I tell you after not really sitting down somewhere to eat in a couple of months, it was pretty darn delicious. I had the Italian as I always do and no oil as it comes with only extra mayo. If I could leave zero stars I would. Today's experience was beyond horrible. First off first time I used the app to order my meal. I wanted a sub in a bowl. I don't realize that I didn't click no mayonnaise on my order, so when I got there they was making my bowl and I was like oh I didn't want mayo, the "manager" took the Receipt and yelled tapping on it and said well you have to un-click that and that's on the app you know. Several people was inside eating hearing this girl with a massive attitude verbally abuse me at that moment. I looked on my app and order and saw where the mayo was and I just missed it. So I tried to apologize to her and the little guy about my mistake. She looked at me and raised her voice and said well are remaking your food right now. Then she started talking to the worker over me. So I just clammed up. She walked away, the guy had this OMG look on his face over everything. I asked him what is her name he said she's the manager and it starts with an A. Honestly I was so upset and embarrassed I couldn't hear or comprehend anything that he had said to me. Furthermore seriously? Treating me like I'm something on the bottom of your shoe for a mistake that I made? And I apologized for my mistake. Food was priced normal for Jersey Mike's, at the end of the day at the place a High already so you already know that going into it. So it's a decent portion for what you get anyways should be a couple dollars cheaper but at the end of the day, it is what it is. The service was great. The people were very nice. Went to Jersey Mike's in Belmont today. The girl that took my order was rude. She did NOT make my food as I ordered it. I corrected her while she was cooking my sub citing I asked for no peppers. She got mad and slammed the spatula on the griddle. When I opened my food it was a complete mess. There was buffalo sauce all over the wrap. This use to be my family's go to sub restaurant until recently. My grandparents ordered a Giant Famous Philly with added pickles and it was very slopped together. Well that evening my grandmother became sick and was going to the bathroom with it coming out of both ends from 3:00am - 8:00pm and that was 4 days ago 02/16/2023 and she still hasn't fully recovered. Always good! They legit cut the meat right in front of you! Can't get any better than that! I personally like all the sandwiches Mikes way this is lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar and spices. Every sandwich I've gotten was delicious but I'm an Italian sub girl and this place is my favorite to get them! The staff always has gloves and masks on. The food's always good & consistent with other locations. What varies here, and wildly so, is the service. Sometimes, it's friendly and efficient. Other times, it's lazy and rude (like you're interrupting them). That said, I'd go somewhere else if there was another option nearby. I normally don't write reviews, but as someone who regularly uses them as a guide as to where to take my family I feel I must share my recent experience with this restaurant. This particular Jersey Mike's has a habit of asking you to pay immediately after you order. Not always, but enough to be considered the norm at this location. After I paid, I watched my sandwich being made, grabbed it, and left. Again, the normal with this location. As I'm walking away from the store I hear someone yelling "SIR SIR". I stop and turn to look. It's one of the Jersey Mike's employees. She then points to me and yells "YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT SANDWHICH" across the parking lot. I look around and notice how now everyone else has stopped to watch. Quite embarrassing. For some reason I walk back to the Jersey Mike's employee. I inform her I did actually pay...that she was the one that rang me up...and I can show her my receipt. At one point, she motions to take my Harris Teeter bag (where I put the sub) and tells me "YOU NEED TO PAY" as I show her my receipt. Being somewhat frequent to the store, I didn't see the store manager so I assumed she wasn't here. I asked if I could speak with her or have her number. The employee then told me I was "...making a big deal out of the situation... and she was just doing her job...". I continue to ask for the manager's number. Then, the employee who accused me of stealing says "...WHY DO WHITE PEOPLE HAVE TO ACT LIKE THIS...". Yes, she accused me not only of stealing a sandwich (still trying to figure out how that's even possible) but also for making a big deal out of it because I'm white. Once she said that, I asked for the District Manager's number. In short, the only number I got was the store's and the manager's name (Emma). Based on Google reviews, I doubt I'll reach out to "Emma". Looking at Jersey Mike's corporate page, there is no way to directly reach out to express concerns with a store. So, I'm sharing my experience to encourage other's to avoid this restaurant. In closing, attaching a copy of the receipt for the sandwich I didn't pay for. read more

I love Jersey Mikes but the staff here is so rude!! Every time I go in it's a bunch of rude young people working.

Service and quality varies based on which manager is working. Some of the employees seem to have a major attitude about grill orders. And now they apparently close at 8:30 instead of 9 despite the door and website hours listing 9. There isn't a sign on the door to indicate special Covid hours so I suspect they just want to leave early when they can. read more

Great place. Excited one opened near my home. But my husband got the Parm, it was disappointing. The quality is disgusting, especially compared to everything else being good. I was excited to see a JM opening close to my house since the one by my job has recently closed. I tried the new Rosemary Parmesan bread and it was hard as a rock. When I called the employee that answered said that it is supposed to be hard because of the cheese and herbs baked onto the top of the bread. I have never had that issue with the herb & cheese bread at Subway. The bottom of the bread was just as hard. I went in an hour before closing and unfortunately I believe that the bread was just not as fresh as what I am used to with other JMs but the time that I come in does not make that acceptable.
