Stopped in for brunch before our long drive down south. The drive thru ran like a Chick-Fil-a and the building gave me McDonalds vibes. Walking in I was taken aback. The place was clean (and warm because it was cold this day). There was TVs showing the news and piped through the ceiling speakers. By the order counter was an area behind glass where you can see them making their award-winning biscuits periodically. The staff were very patient with us as we couldn't decide on what we wanted. Everything sounded really good, but I was really hungry so a biscuit sandwich wasn't going to do. I got the Breakfast Platter (biscuit, two eggs *no extra charge for the shortage*, bacon, and grits with a large coffee). The biscuit was exceptional, almost as good as our Maple Street Biscuit Company biscuits. I didn't eat all my eggs as they had gotten cold quickly. The bacon and grits were really good. I also picked up some doggie biscuits for my dog. She absolutely loved them. I don't think she's ever had biscuits before so she wasn't sure about the texture initially but after awhile she scarfed it down. Wish we had these in Florida. read more

Biscuitville was pretty average overall, but there were definitely some highlights. I tried the cinnamon latte and it was super good -- warm, sweet, and perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The strawberry lemonade was also spot-on, refreshing and full of flavor. I ordered a breakfast platter, though, and it was just okay. It didn't taste very fresh and the flavors were a little underwhelming. Customer service was alright, nothing bad, just nothing that stood out. I would go back again, but I'd probably try something different next time. It wasn't terrible by any means, just not as impressive as I hoped. With the drinks being delicious, I'm willing to give it another shot -- maybe I just didn't pick the right item this time. read more

Watched a lady make the biscuits on site, which let's say she made it look easy. Perfect size buscuits to hold in the fried steak and the country ham options. Good coffee, good muffins and very clean location serving up good eats. read more

Was driving down to ATL and saw it on a sign and decided to stop wow amazing and clean place I highly recommend this place ....food so good grits wow I wish they had some of these everywhere great breakfast the drinks they make it and the bread is made from starch I will say to stop at this place and try it out. read more

in the area for background and training missed breakfast at home... short detour on the way in put me here in the drive through getting a bologna, egg, and cheese sandwich and a plain biscuit. pretty sure this wasn't the least healthful meal I ate this week but it didn't miss by much... a fried egg, a thick slab o' highly processed meat, some matching cheese on a made here biscuit... also sure that the BV's business model is more about satisfying my urges than my recommended daily allowance of vitamins and nutrients which is generally a much safer bet. so good on them! and good for me that I only come across these when I'm away from home LOL read more

OMG! We were about to go to Wendy's for breakfast until I seen this place. Bologna biscuit and cheese grits were so GOOD! What made me fall in love with this place even more, I went inside and seen the window of them making your biscuits HOMEMADE near the register! You guys need to come to Atlanta and put Chic-fil-A out of business (so overrated)! We will definitely be stopping back through, on the next road trip. read more

I drove past here while driving around town and decided to stop by. I am extremely glad I did since it was delicious. It was just a snack so we shared a hot chicken biscuit with country fries. The chicken was sooo moist I was actually thoroughly impressed as you don't come across perfectly cooked chicken at a drive thru often. The biscuit was flaky and soft and delicious! First encountered this chain back in the last 90's when I was working and running plant trials at Flynt Fabrics in Burlington NC. Plant was actually closer to Graham, and it was easier to take the Graham exit off of I-85 to get to the plant. Just before going into the plant, I would stop and grab a sausage and egg biscuit for myself and the folks I was going to be working with that day. Later when I started working for BOV Solutions in Statesville, there was a Biscuitville in Mooresville I would occasionally stop at but they closed about 5 years ago and building is now a Zaxby's. After that, last time until recently, the only Biscuitville I got to enjoy was in Salisbury NC but probably 4 months or so, one opened in Lincolnton and I got a chance to try that one. Very good and a review is posted elsewhere. This last weekend, I had occasion to try the Biscuitville in King Mountain NC. Not sure of the timing but I think that this location is about the same age as the one in Lincolnton. Pulled into the Drive Through and order the Ultimate Bacon Biscuit and Coffee. An Ultimate Bacon Biscuit is loaded with crispy bacon and an egg on top of a nice fresh flaky made from Scratch Biscuit. Coffee is great as well For a quick Breakfast, this is a great stop. Don't deliberately go through Kings Mountain but we do drive past it four of five times a year when we go to Georgia to see the Grandkids. We normally leave fairly early and grab something to eat on the way and it's nice to know that this place is on the way. We will probably be heading that way in the next couple of months so this is a definite option read more

Walked in behind two other folks, none of us were acknowledged. 10 people working in various positions behind the counter, yet no one would take our order. Biscuits were pulled out of racks and just laying exposed and the place was filthy. An employee came out from behind the counter to talk with a friend and then went back behind the counter without making eye contact with a single soul. I understand a wait but after 5 minutes of this foolishness I walked out. Took my money down the road. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service. You ain't gonna sell too many biscuits if you can't take an order. read more

Biscuitville came up on a Google search, and I decided to stop by while on a road trip. The staff wasn't the friendliest, yet the service was quick. The biscuits were tasty, and I also enjoyed their seasonal watermelon soda. My only complaint was that I had to ask for my order receipt multiple times, which should have been provided upon payment. read more

Good food, nice people at the windows and the place is well kept but it took over 20 minutes of us waiting in the line and people going around us just for us to go inside and get the food, the people inside told us "they forgot" and that we could get a free meal next time we came but they didn't give us a coupon rather they wrote our name down. read more

The last TEN ( not exaggerating ) they have pulled me up only to mess up my food . I simply ask for a fried Chicken and egg white combo . I get sausage, ham . Everything but what I've pulled up 10 minutes and wait for . I'm not sure why I even come back . Today they gave me chicken / egg / cheese . Nobody in line just me . Spilled the drink on me handing it to me because he was talking to the girls laughing behind him . Didn't apologize. I kept reaching for the straws , couldn't reach because he wasn't paying attention still talking and laughing with other employees. Got my receipt at 1:07 . 1:28 was when I finally got my correct order and they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for fries because I threw mine away ! I'm not holding onto fries I'm not eating for 20 plus minutes. They were rude laughing at me the whole time like it's a joke ? I'm just trying to get food . Didn't tell me have a good day , sorry. Extremely rude service and none of us could eat the food. The girl taking our order wouldn't look at us, she was looking all around. She was so rude answering my questions her coworker called her down on it. The person giving us our food was nice... but the biscuits were terrible. We ordered three types of biscuits and a blueberry muffin. None of the four of us could eat our food. It tasted like old grease was used in the biscuits. Not appetizing.
