I have generally tried to avoid less-than-stellar reviews over the past year. People have been doing the best they can in the face of some fairly difficult circumstances, and I have tried to always assume positive intent, even when the results are not great. For one, I think we're starting to get past that. Two, I have frequented places even throughout the height of COVID that continued to knock it out of the park every day despite the difficulties we've all been dealing with. And third, some of the issues I am going to mention here persisted even before COVID, so I don't feel like I am criticizing people that have been put at a disadvantage. There are two things to know here: A) This is the Bojangles closest to my house. B) I love Bojangles. Remember back when everyone was having the Chick-Fil-A versus Popeyes feud? I was the guy standing in the proverbial corner laughing at all of you because well... Bojangles. Though I frequent this Bojangles, I always get about the same thing: 4-piece chicken supreme combo, Cajun pintos, biscuit, tea, with BOTH barbecue and honey mustard sauces for dipping. Sure, the chicken is delicious, but you guys know the sauce is boss, right? Right. And when I say I frequent this Bojangles, I would say once a week for lunch. Sometimes I go in, sometimes I drive thru, and I have increasingly used Door Dash during COVID. No matter which method I chose, the order is almost always wrong. Seriously, if fast food prop bets were an actual thing (and why aren't they?!), every order I place at this Bojangles would immediately be followed by a bet that it will be wrong. Order the 4-piece? Sometimes you get 3. Never 5 though. Order the Cajun pintos? Lol, well you gettin' taters today, sucka! And sauce? Seriously? You wanted sauce? You may witness the second coming before an order arrives in your hands with the correct sauces. It has literally become a comical game in our house where we guess the state in which we will receive our food. If you order two sauces, you 100% are not getting two sauces, even though they'll be on the ticket. You may get one, and what that sauce will be is anyone's guess. There have been several instances where we didn't receive any sauces, despite them being on our ticket. That's what is especially interesting: the tickets are pretty much always flawless. The disconnect obviously happens somewhere after that point. The most recent phenomenon is that the biscuits arrive hard, burnt, and cold. I know what you're thinking: that's a lot of conflicting adjectives. Normally, yes. This Bojangles is innovating. Why would I continue ordering here over and over despite messed up orders? Well, I'm clearly a glutton for punishment, but the food IS consistently good, even when it isn't the food you want! It's like a cajun chicken lottery, and as long as I get a piece or two of chicken, I'm happy. So yeah, "Ok" perfectly describes this location, hence the three stars. I went to this location today 4/26/26 at 4:30pm to get a meal to go. I went inside instead of going through the drive thru because the line was long. I was first in line to place an order and waited several minutes. During this time no one ever came to take my order, a young lady, I understood was the manager, did look over at me but never came to take my order or even acknowledged my presence. There were several people in line behind me. After several minutes I decided to leave because it did not look like I was going to get any food. Passed through the drive through to pick up a sausage egg and cheese for breakfast this morning. Pulling into the entrance from north main was very treacherous, causing me to bottom out, which I was not happy about, they definitely need to do something about their entrance, it's incredibly dangerous! The drive through was quick, attendant was friendly and the food is exactly what I expected from Bojangles. I'd stop into a Bojangles again, but not this one. This was my daughters experience at this location. Please reconsider taking your business to the North Main Bojangles in High Point. Bojangles I entered the restaurant at 9:22 p.m. and left by 9:38 p.m.--well before their listed closing time of 10 p.m. I was experiencing a flare-up of a medically diagnosed gastrointestinal issue and had to urgently use the restroom. While I was in the stall, a staff member came in and told me "you have 5 minutes till we are cleaning this bathroom" I calmly explained my situation, only to be told, "Well ma'am, you need to take that elsewhere. I am cleaning these bathrooms in 5 minites" I apologized and stated my issue again and that I would be out ASAP, where I was met again with I needed to take it elsewhere and they will be cleaning the restroom in 5 minutes. Mind you I physically can help none of this and had no intent of staying after their hours. As I exited, I was met by a manager who repeatedly asked if I had "cleaned up behind myself." I hadn't made a mess. When I tried to explain, I was met with more rudeness and judgment. I even said, "I'm sorry, I have a health issue. I hope none of you ever have to go through something like this." Her only response was to ask again if I cleaned up and to tell me they were closed--despite the fact that it wasn't even 10 p.m. I have never felt more embarrassed in a public place. I'm not someone who usually speaks out but I couldn't stay quiet after this experience. We need to bring back compassion. We need to bring back kindness. When someone communicates a health concern, they should be met with understanding-- I have worked in the service industry for YEARS and never once would I treat someone like that. So think about where you money is spent. Take it to a local BBQ restaurant where you money will be met with kindness. read more

There's a reason I don't go to this specific bojangles anymore and that's because there's always a problem. That stupid electronic voice thing they have is really a problem. It doesn't pick up everything you say unless you're yelling at it. Today I went there and ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit, 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuits combo with a large french frie and a large Pepsi, a 3 pc chicken supreme with Mac & cheese, and no berry biscuit with extra icing on the side. the voice thing said "working on your order" when I was in the middle of ordering and when I was done the total was $15.77 and I was just hoping everything was right on the order because the screen wouldn't load and wouldn't show anything after my first order. I pulled up and tried to ask the lady what was on my order but I guess she didn't hear me so I paid. I get the order and there no chicken in there so I tried to ask in but again I guess she didn't hear me so I had to yell to get her attention. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant, which says a lot because I eat out frequently. The workers do not care about getting you your order. They are the laziest batch of workers I have ever seen and I have witnessed it often because I frequent this Bojangles. Bojangles chicken is awesome but the people here just ruin it. Yesterday at 4:30PM I placed an order online from the Bojangles store on North Main Street in High Point, NC, to be picked up at 5PM. We were having a little bad weather with less than one inch of snow on the ground, but I had I received an email confirming my order, so I naturally assumed the store would be open when I arrived. I drove for 15 minutes through snow and ice to get there only to find the store was closed. I called the store this morning seeking some restitution for my waisted time and inconvenience and was met with a hostile, assistant manager who told me there would be no such restitution other than a refund. However, she did offer an angry and insincere apology. Nothing else. Not a free side order or even a free cup of water. Nothing but a nasty, "couldn't care less" attitude. I decided to do a little checking on social media to see what other people are saying about the Bojangles North Main Street store. I was not at all surprised to find a long and sorry record of complaints and poor reviews. I have been a loyal Bojangles customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years at the North Main Street store. Needless to say, this source of revenue ends for Bojangles this morning. Given the obvious lack of concern for quality service and customer relations, I will not expect any favorable response from what little management there is, but I do intend to join the thousands of unsatisfied customers in a quest to warn the public about the Bojangles hostile treatment of customers, and the profoundly unprofessional management style. There was once a time in American business when professional integrity and consumer relations was of paramount importance. Businesses like Bojangles have eliminated those qualities in recent years. I stopped going to this particular Bojangles about a year ago, because of the service and poor quality of food. I decided to give them another try.. Big MISTAKE! Still same lousy service and worse food. Three minutes before anyone came to the speaker, old, luke warm chicken, no greeting, no thank you, no come again. Which is fine, because I never will. How remarkable, so I paid that for another sauce. I got my order drove for a second and checked it, and well well well what do you know? They have the signs on the door that say that the lobby is open but yet when you try to open the doors they are all locked!

Maybe I was spoiled, idk. But I just moved here and Bojangles is a go to breakfast for me on the way to work or school. It takes almost 10 mins for them to make ONE biscuit, well one order, so a drink, side and a biscuit. The Bojangles back home was at least three times as quick, three times the amount of cars (at least) and they still got everyone's food out in better time. If you are under staffed then at least put on a smile and a joyful attitude. We are all going through this pandemic together, we are all dealing with our own stuff right now but at least be nice and respectful when speaking to all your customers. This is your typical old school Bojangles. Service is slow and workers act like they don't want to be there. Food is ok. They ran out of chicken selects so they asked if we would take some tenders to fill the rest, we didn't have a problem with that (at least they asked). I just wish this place was a little more updated. If your in and out like us, you try to over look how the place looks. read more

Took at least 8 minutes to get waited on, then they get simple order wrong. Got all the way home and then had to go back. Manager was not not nice at all, almost kinda rude.
