I normally have good experiences with Chick-fil-A, but this visit was extremely frustrating. I placed a mobile curbside order around 3:04 PM at the High Point location. My husband picked up the order and brought it home, and when we sat down to eat that's when we discovered several things were wrong. We ordered two Jalapeño Ranch Club combos. My order was the standard Jalapeño Ranch Club sandwich with a medium fry and a Dr Pepper float. My husband ordered the spicy Jalapeño Ranch Club with bacon, a large fry, and a Cherry Coke float. Instead, we received three Dr Pepper floats. My husband doesn't even like Dr Pepper, which is why he specifically ordered the Cherry Coke float. One of the fries that was supposed to be large was also not correct. When we noticed the issues, I immediately tried calling the restaurant. The call went through the automated system and then straight to voicemail. I called multiple times and never got a hold of anyone. After that, I went through the Chick-fil-A app customer service. The representative I spoke with was actually very helpful. She listened carefully and was able to understand everything I explained, even though I was frustrated. She issued a care/reference number and said it would take 2-5 days to resolve. Since we wanted the order corrected immediately, my husband drove back to the restaurant. When he arrived, he spoke with Kiev, who identified himself as the FOH Director. He said they could correct the food order, but they would not redo the drinks, even though the drinks were wrong. In addition, I had redeemed rewards in the app for a Chocolate Chunk Cookie and a Fudge Brownie, and we were told those could not be provided either. So after driving back to the store and burning more gas, my husband still did not get the drink he ordered, and we never received the cookie or brownie that were redeemed through the app. Another thing worth noting is that the restaurant was not busy at all at the time, which made the multiple errors even more surprising. The only positive part of the experience was the customer service representative through the app, who handled the call professionally and gave me a reference number. For a brand known for accuracy and customer service, this experience did not meet the Chick-fil-A standard. read more

The workers took my order quickly and efficiently. They were super nice and are always sure to throw in a "my pleasure." The food is usually pretty tasty, and I was happy to see that on this visit my 12-count nugget was more like 16! The Mac and cheese is to die for and I love when it has that brown cheesy crust. I am glad that they changed the recipe for the fries back to the OG, I love them a lot more. The ice cream was probably the only downside to this meal, I just think it's not the best- really puts the ice in "icecream." Definitely prefer what I can get at the "golden arches!!" Picked up lunch yesterday, and it doesn't matter how long the line is, how many cars are wrapped around the building, they have mastered the art of getting food to the people at Chick-fil-A. Upon going in and getting to the cash register I was greeted by a very friendly work who was happy to take my order. All I asked for was a sausage burrito, a large COKE, and a parfait. Somehow EVERYTHING was wrong. The burrito was chicken, but I'm reasonable and I can let that slide because it was still delicious, but there was no salsa. My drink had a surprisingly sweet taste for a coke, so I take another sip only to realize... it was a sweet tea. I'm allergic to tea! After popping my Benadryl at 9 in the morning, all I wanted to do was eat my parfait, but guess what... the parfait had a grand total of three blueberries, two strawberries, and ZERO granola. Picked up Chick-Fil-A today. I love how easy the drive through is, with the employees being outside just makes it easier and much more personable. Quick stop in for breakfast and tried the bowl. Pretty good. Nice fluffy eggs with hash browns and pieces of chicken. Once seated I realized I didn't get and condiments and started to walk back to the front by then realized there was a station across from me and also another close one. That is super convenient not having to go back all the way to the front and leave my stuff at my table where I can't see it. I finally tried the honey roasted BBQ sauce.... Went to the Main street restaurant this morning ( Aug 18th, 2025 ) and parked in the Handicap because I am disabled. I got out of my car and stood looking at the door noticing they were not open apparently due to ongoing construction which there were no barricades or tape to keep anyone from entering the parking lot, before I could get back in my car a young man open the store door and said ( We're not open yet ), I replied okay and got back in my car to leave, But first I was looking on my phone for another place to go close by to eat breakfast, no more than a few seconds later a second person ( a man ) came up to my car window and ask if he could help me, I said that I was looking something up and knew the store was closed, He told me to leave and if I didn't leave he would HAVE ME REMOVED, All of this took place in about 4 minutes time, I assume the young man ( clean looking but with facial hair ) was part of the construction team, I felt his approached to be rude and somewhat aggressively threatening, I've been eating at this Main street High Point Location since before the new store was built and have never be treated with such rudeness, I left right away but he could have said we have more work, could you please leave the parking lot instead of being a jerk. When I lived in California, I completely ignored the new Chick-Fil-A that opened on Imperial Hwy in La Habra because I had In-n-Out and didn't know what this was. Now after being in the South for 7 years, @chickfila has become a dependable and pleasant weekly work lunch treat. I think that Chick-Fil-A is the In-n-Out of the South, in that they both provide extremely good customer service and quality. They have family-run company roots and a religious backbone. I'm constantly impressed by the organization and efficiency in which they serve customers and how this improved during quarantine in 2020. Here are some favorites I enjoy when I dine in and relax from the office for an hour- grilled chicken nuggets 8 count, kale salad, fruit cup, waffle fries, very very good ranch, the market salad with grilled chicken, a frosted lemonade, and a frosted coffee. I use the app all the time and because of this, I get rewards redemption every other trip for a free waffle fry! High Point recently remodeled their location. Go check them out. Be prepared for them to offer to refill your drink and to clear your trash when you are dining in. read more

I was not happy when this location was bulldozed down to the pavement last year and I missed Chick Fil A more and more every day until it finally opened back up! I have been here at least 5 times since it reopened and been in the drive thru too many times to count (and not be judged for)!! The staff is fast & friendly every visit, as we all expect from a CFA. The redesign of the restaurant is very modern and the footprint makes so much more sense. I am so glad they are back in the area and absolutely love being able to pull into the 2 lane drive thru and grab a quick meal again. Welcome back to High Point CFA!! read more

This was one of the worst Chick Fil-A drive thru's we have ever experienced. It was really slow. When we got around the corner, we could see many employees inside, so it didn't seem like lack of labor was the issue. The problem seemed to be that the drive through opened back again to 2 full lanes and cars kept cutting others off trying to get ahead in that extra lane. This only made it worse for food delivery as cars were out of order. This design is of course - not the stores employees fault! However, our frustration was increased when we had no straw for our shake and no dressing for our wraps (3). Due to the way the parking lot is - there is no going back easily if anything is missing. Again - the parking lot is not the employees fault of course. Kudos though to the carhop delivering food, he was cheerful and making the most of his situation. read more

Staff was very nice but food not so good. My husband ordered the sausage burrito. The tortilla was cold and hard. It was folded incorrectly so you couldn't have each ingredient in each bite. I go to this Chick Fil A often because it is right down the road from my house. I usually receive great service but today was a bad experience. They offer two lines to try and decrease waiting time but its a disaster. I am a black woman and today i was treated unfairly by their white employees. One woman totally passed my car to take the orders of the white patrons. At i didnt understand their order taking system until another woman taking my order explained it. I tried to accept the explanation until i saw the same white woman taking orders in the same lane of two cars behind. I pay and wait at the window only to witness all the cars behind me and next to me receive their orders first. I was asked to pull forward for a chicken sandwich and coke while everyone behind me received their small and large orders. Needless to say i was not the only black person in line but i was first... So i asked a refund and went on my way.. read more

This place has gone way down since reopening. The superfood side I had tonight was completely dry, no dressing at all. It was awful. Got home and we were missing an order of nuggets and the sauces we ordered. At the drive thru I was given instructions to put on my hazzard lights and pull around to the front of the building to wait for my shakes. No problem but I didn't understand what the guy was saying about the hazzard lights, I'd never heard that one before, so I had to ask him to repeat what he'd said. Big mistake, he didn't like that at all. He became very rude and animated and began speaking very slowly to me as he leaned out the drive thru window to point around the corner of building in the direction I was supposed to drive to find my shakes, all to simply condescend and mock the long time customer that just dropped $40 on a sack of fast food bullshit. It was the best helpful service I have had with my family at a chick-Fil a. It had been a long day of travel, and shopping with the family. As a customer the service in the lobby was above and beyond; Tonight 12/26. My brother in law forgot where he placed his keys. Thank you thank you to the helpful Barbara for helping look in for our keys even in the trash. She also helped another customer 5 minutes earlier who accidentally left her purse/bag. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A?? From the delightful, juicy chicken to the polite response always given, "my pleasure." I like this location specifically because it's convenient and always speedy. I don't usually go in to eat, but happened to the other day. High Point Furniture Market is in town so they were super slammed, but I thought they did a great job getting people through the line and delivering their food. They had a cafe attendant that was sweetly talking to some of his older patrons, that he hadn't seen in a while. I thought this was a really nice touch. We ate at one of the few open tables, and I enjoyed my Grilled Market Salad. Chick-fil-A is a little pricey in my opinion, but the quality of their product is undeniable. I just wish they were open on Sundays, when I ALWAYS want to go. read more

Chick-Fil-A is a stunning contrast to the McDonalds, Burger Kings, and Hardees - ahem - restaurants in which CFA shares company. You can't help but wonder how is CFA able to employ so many people, clean the tables as soon as they are vacated, treat you like a valued customer, and yet continue to pay attention to the "little things" that make dining there an enjoyable experience. If you happen to go during the lunch-time rush expect a crowd - a big crowd (and alot of kids). There is an obvious chaos but, it a managed chaos and the crew seems to be able to keep tabs on everyone and their orders while taking new orders. A recent surprise was the offer of fresh ground pepper for your salad. The employees in the dining room watch for salads and soon after sitting down they will offer you pepper. How cool is that! Ordered the hardee value hot ham and cheese when I got it, for one it was sloppy and smashed together. And there was a single piece of cheese on it with several slices of ham slapped onto the sandwich. I got the attention of an employee and asked for a remake. It came out very quickly and it was clear why it came back so fast. The cheese was literally just placed on there. NOT MELTED AT ALL. literally as if I made a sandwich at home with the hand and cheese straight out of a fridge and into a wrapper. Never again. I was cut off by one customer at the entrance and then was rudely told I was cutting a second customer that clearly pulled in front of me like it's a race.
