Surprised this place only has 3 stars. Every time I come here my experience is nothing short of perfect. The staff is extremely nice. I always get greeted when I walk through the door and any time I have an issue, they go above and beyond to resolve it. The food is always really good too. I didn't even know I liked chicken salad until I tried it here. No other chicken salad I've had compares to this place. Every flavor I've tried is amazing and they always have some great seasonal flavor to switch things up which is much appreciated. The Bacon Cheddar Melt is unbeatable. The perfect amount of food and there's so many healthy sides which is a nice change up from other fast food places. I love the little sugar cookie they include with the meal too! It's the perfect mini dessert after I finish my meal.

If you just love a consistently good chicken salad, this is a great spot. I like to swap back and forth from Olivia's Old South (sweet pickles & egg) and the Classic Carol (celery & secret seasoning) because I know that I like them both but I can never remember which one I like more. Their mac and cheese is always a good choice but they have several different side options from broccoli, pasta, or grape salads,or chips. The Chick meal comes with a sandwich, side, pickle, and a tasty individually wrapped butter cookie to save for later if you are too full. Download their app to earn rewards. If you fill out a survey, you'll get a dollar off your next Chick meal. Can't beat that for a quick, easy lunch. Expect a line during lunch rush but you can save yourself some time and order online. Service is fast and friendly.

I love the Chicken Salad Chick Chain but this location's service was not welcoming. The restaurant itself was dull and the vibe was off. The one in High Point is so much better! If you are in the middle of these two locations, choose the one by the Palladium. The broccoli salad was served dry and the scoop of chicken salad was so small! In the center was three grapes, I may have gotten a tablespoon of chicken and that has never happened before.

My coworker requested to stop here and I'm glad we did. They offer a variety of chicken salad with almost everything covered. They do offer samples, which I appreciate. I love a classic chicken salad and onions so the Dixie Chick was my choice. It did not disappoint!

The staff were really nice and I loved that they had outdoor seating and I was able to enjoy the sunshine while enjoying my meal. The chicken salads and soup were delicious and the grape salad was the perfect amount of sweet. This was a filling but light meal

First time trying Chicken Salad Chick today with my coworker! I went with the new Maui Mama half sandwich and the loaded potato soup. The Maui Mama didn't quite hit the mark for me, but the soup was absolutely delicious--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. My coworker got the Classic Carol on a croissant with the broccoli salad, and she loved both! Definitely a solid choice if you're into more traditional chicken salad flavors. Overall, a good first experience. I'd come back to try some different sandwich options next time!

So good! I was feeling a chicken salad sandwhich, so I came here. I haven't been to this location before - not sure why but it was so good, I will definitely be back more often. Their lemon basil chicken salad on a melt was really yummy! I like how it also came with fresh fruit, a pickle and a little dessert. It was the perfect lunch!

Chicken salad chick should definitely be added to the summer quick eats list when you want something cool, refreshing and satisfying. Ordering online was a breeze and pickup was fast and efficient. However if you want to dine in there are plenty booths and tables available. For just a little over $12 "the chick" trio is the way to go. With a sandwich and two sides you can't beat it with a stick. They have different flavor profiles from sweet, savory & spicy, so your bound to find one, two, or even three you'd like. However, if your a fan of miracle whip/ sweet mayo these salads do not have that taste but good nonetheless. Definitely will be going back

This is my favorite lunch spot in Greensboro! The line was almost out the door today! I've never seen it that long but it moved rather quickly. I had their new Parmesan Caesar chicken salad. I chose to have it on a croissant with sides of pasta salad and grape salad. This was THE best chicken salad ever! I could eat their grape salad till I'm plum sick. What a great way to spend my birthday.

Dine in | Lunch $1-10 Oh my, I will be back! This spot was a great find for me as l have never heard of it. My sister had recommended it to me and I decided to give it a try. The food was delicious and reasonably priced to me. Many options to choose from. I went with the BLT on a croissant with mac and cheese on the side-- you are given a complimentary pickle and sugar cookie which was yum! The aesthetic of the space was so cute as well. This is the perfect spot for a light lunch. I recommend the broccoli salad and croissant with your chicken salad. So let me first start by saying I adore chicken salad and this place gives you loads of flavor options. Some of the flavors are spectacular and others are a bit lacking. This last time I got the Olivia's old south as a sandwich and the Dixie chick as a scoop. Both were great, the old south is more of how I make my normal chicken salad and the Dixie chick has a very nice non overwhelming onion flavor. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to some of the lack of flavor in some of the options in addition to the croissant being so large and the scoop not covering enough of the bread. I think if the bread were a little smaller it would make the sandwich feel fuller, vs feeling like you're bitting spots with no filling other than this i love that you can chose an additional scoop vs having a side item

Dinning area, makes you feel like home.

Good food, the. Chicken salad recipes are all different and delicious. The staff is friendly and your lunch is bought out to you,

The Chick served with Sassy Scotty and a side of grape salad

I've been to this location a few times for a quick bite and it never disappoints! They give samples if you wanna try any of their delicious chicken salads. My favorite is the Sassy Scotty--which includes ranch, bacon, and cheese. The best side in the whole world is the grape salad! It's like dessert but better somehow. It's sweet but a perfect accompaniment to the sandwich. My favorite part is the little cookie they give you!

Started with the appetizer special which was a sampler of apps, and our server was nice enough to sub in some pretzel bites for us. All of the apps were good though, hot and fresh and even more importantly, tasty. We got the mozzarella sticks, pretzel bites, and bangin shrimp. For the main dish I got the spicy smash burger and added bacon. The burger was pretty tasty, both patties were juicy and overall it was the perfect spice. I will say, the burger patties themselves didn't really seem like smash style patties, they were fairly thicker and seemed to be normal grilled patties. Having two was almost too much burger to bun/topping ratio in my opinion. Fries could have been a little more seasoned and crispy as well, but that's more of a personal preference. Also got the Dark and Stormy cocktail as well. It was a nice and refreshing drink to get the meal started, two rums with lime juice, vanilla, and soda water. Overall, the meal was pretty good, and would still come back again!

They arrived and were coned nicely and had a great taste. (Still no silverware or napkins) we asked for napkins of course at this point because our hands are sticky. Food came. Burger was missing lettuce (easy fix) he said his steak was cooked PERFECTLY (still no silverware) I requested more mayo and more dressing (still no silverware) we realized there wasn't any silverware when he wanted to cut into the steak. So we had to request silverware. Back to the steak.... Cooked PERFECTLY..... zero seasoning. Added a little salt and requested steak sauce and the steak was demolished. My wales saw my water getting low and said she was coming with more water. I finished my water she came by and asked if we needed anything.... Water please. With a few adjustments to the obvious (having silverware at the table when seating customers, and keeping a real eye out for drinks) this place might be alright. The servers were pleasant and the place wasn't crowded at all. A total of 4 other parties were in and out during our visit.

There is both indoor and outdoor seating (although space is definitely limited) & a small bar with bar stools. There are a few TVs that always have sports --- right up my alley! I love coming here on Saturdays during cold weather for Chicken 'n Dumplings. Their weekend mimosas are a great deal (it might just be Sundays, but I think it's Saturdays, too). Their sweet tea is always on point. They have delicious sandwiches and the side salad with homemade honey mustard dressing is my favorite side!! The tater tots are good. Pasta salad isn't super flavorful but, still good, especially if you're entree needs a side that takes a back seat. You really can't go wrong. I ordered the Madison Avenue which is a croissant smeared with honey walnut cream cheese, smoked turkey, and granny smith apples. My side was slaw and I also ordered fries with a side of ranch. Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The young man gave me three ranches which I'm so disappointed I only grabbed one. Unfortunately I didn't get the best pictures but the food tasted great. The fries were thick cut (probably frozen) and let me tell you, I would just come back for the ranch! They have my favorite restaurant ranch. The slaw was really tasty - good ole southern sweet mayonnaise slaw, not too vinegary. The sandwich, not bad, good combo of toppings, they paired well together. I' ll be back. Anyone want to go for a patio lunch? Ciao for now

Went for round two and was dismayed to see they had not properly cleaned the tray and had left food particles on it. Not a huge deal because I was putting my food on the plates, but it's the little things. No complaints on food for round 2. Got more mousse and was able to get lettuce this time. An employee had been working on stocking the salad bar while I ate my first plate and continued during my second. While I ate my second serving someone I assume may have been a manager of sorts came out and was giving the employee stocking feedback. I then watched the manager start filling containers by ADDING THE REFILL ON TOP - no rotating, no changing containers, just adding on top. Not acceptable. Seating is and always has been cramped in here. I had to weave around tables to get to my seat. We also saw someone have their sunglasses knocked off their head by someone exiting to the patio because their table was that close to the door. However, the salad bar is reliably a good idea (for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike) when dining in. Also, they do baked potatoes! At my last visit, I got grilled cheese and tomoto soup. Also, the tomato basil soups tasted like mass produced soup from a bag (think Panera). I was grateful to have an easy veg option, but it was just alright. The space was big and had a lot of tables. Also, there were a couple of employees who were bussing tables quickly, which was awesome. To me, this is a spot to eat in a pinch and not somewhere to sit and enjoy a meal. Overall, not great and not terrible. So three stars is where I'm landing in my review.
