This is without a doubt one of the very best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Parking is easy, staff is polite and efficient, and the food is Mike's way - in other words very good. I ordered my go to, the Mini #13, Mike's Way but with several adjustment - oil and vinegar on the side, add banana peppers, and Pepper Relish on the side. It was quickly bagged up and I was out of there. This was a very good sub, well filled, nicely constructed. and nicely packaged to go. The Pepper Relish puts this sub over the top. If you have not tried it, I suggest you do. You can buy a jar of the Pepper Relish to take home, it goes well on many things - try it on a smoked sausage or a Polish sausage. read more

I added the green peppers and onions and asked that they cook the veggies a little longer than normal so that they would be nice and sautéed. This one did not disappoint my only regret was that I did not ask them to add salt to the sub. I would recommend that you have them added on the side as I did with my pepper and mayo. The salt would've made it absolutely perfect. The only reason for four out of five stars is because of the price. Stoped at Jersey Mikes - High Point NC area on our homeward trek from Matthews NC to Ashland, VA. One of the BEST JM's I've ever!! Food of course was very fresh. The wonderful staff assembling our subs were very thoughtful and asked us twice if they were giving us the right amount of toppings in our subs!! To experiment I had a Giant #9 Club on GLUTEN FREE BREAD and that was great in taste,, and structure. My wife and daughter each had a Turkey Sub and they thought the amount of meat was much more than had gotten at other JM's. This JM is larger than most with good seating and bathroom's we're extra clean. Soft Classic Rock Music was faintly heard throughout the restaurant. The bread is decent too. The mini roast beef is the best option if you want to stay under your daily maximums on sodium. You know how sub sandwiches are extremely high in salt because of the processed meat and bread and sauces. Opt for Swiss cheese for even lower sodium but you gotta live a little so I got it as is, with provolone. Italian subs are my favorite. This roast beef sandwich is pretty good too. It filled me up and I felt like I indulged in a fun lunch. This location on Main St. in High Point has always gotten my order correct and had it ready very quickly. I love Jersey Mikes. I absolutely love their subs and their ingredients! The North Main location is my favorite. I typically place my order online and do curbside pickup. I typically park in front and watch them as they ring up customers and make sandwiches. The inside always appears to be clean and they usually get patrons out in a speedy manner. Here I go again, trying to get a sub for my dinner. I just don't understand why the sales associates are getting so nasty when preparing your food. I noticed the associate take out a dirty cloth and wipe the counter down before making a sandwich in that same spot. I also couldn't help but notice the number of flies that were flying around the condiments that go on your food. I guess at this point, they noticed the expression on my face and could tell that something was not right. I couldn't stand there another minute without saying what was on my mind. I said to the manager, "Why did you wipe the counter with a dirty cloth?" She responded, it's not dirty. As if I couldn't see! Then I said, "Do you see the flies landing on the condiments?" Only to be told, it's nothing we can do about them. They come in through the door! As if I did not know. They could have started by throwing the contaminated food away. I guess the associate doesn't know that when flies land, they vomit. This is not the only issue but it is a very crucial one. People are wondering why they are getting sick after they eat certain foods. It's because they are going by the saying that goes, "what they don't know, won't hurt them. " Oh how right they are, it won't hurt you, it could kill you! It's called food poison! Watch them, do not be afraid to speak up, you're the customer and you are the one paying. We go to this location for the chicken salad, not all Jersey Mikes have chicken salad. Yesterday 11-24-18, she barely put more than 1 scoop of chicken salad in my wrap. We felt cheated. Two chicken salad wraps and 1 bag of chips = $17.00. Really!!!! Will not be back. Will drive to location in Greensboro on Battleground or State Street for chicken salad. I've been eating here for years. Usually I'm happy with what I get. However lately it has been a different story. For one thing the prices have gone up up and up. The place is way expensive for subs. Get a couple of cheese steak subs and you'll be in the $30 range. I ate here about a week ago and ordered 2 cheese steak subs to go. When I got home they had a ton of salt on them. Like someone had poured an entire container on them. On top of that they just tasted off and were completely nasty. $30 wasted, when I could have gone to a nice restaurant and sat down to eat for that price. The employees are mostly the 20 something know nothing, non caring type. They dont know how to make food and they dont care. They probably never had to make a sandwich before! Food was good. Service was terrible. I ordered online so went to the counter where you pay as there was no pick up table. I told the employee my name and she said they were getting it. There seemed to be issues with getting the orders completed. The guy making the orders said my name several times so I knew they were getting my order together. Then, the lady looked at the receipt on the bag she had just filled and set it behind her. She was busy with others so I was patient but asked about my order when I felt she could address me.
