This is without a doubt one of the very best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Parking is easy, staff is polite and efficient, and the food is Mike's way - in other words very good. I ordered my go to, the Mini #13, Mike's Way but with several adjustment - oil and vinegar on the side, add banana peppers, and Pepper Relish on the side. It was quickly bagged up and I was out of there. This was a very good sub, well filled, nicely constructed. and nicely packaged to go. The Pepper Relish puts this sub over the top. If you have not tried it, I suggest you do. You can buy a jar of the Pepper Relish to take home, it goes well on many things - try it on a smoked sausage or a Polish sausage. read more

Gotta respect a 100 on the wall. Consistent good with friendly service. And!!! They have a drive thru! No ambience to report because, I'm in my car. The food was consistent as it always is. Well prepared, crisp vegetables, and yummy lunchmeat. Not much else to report. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - 100% - Sandwiches Near Me - High Point, North Carolina

I like the fact that JM sends coupons if you've not been there in a while. This was the perfect opportunity for me to try their Portobello mushroom and Swiss sub. I added the green peppers and onions and asked that they cook the veggies a little longer than normal so that they would be nice and sautéed. This one did not disappoint my only regret was that I did not ask them to add salt to the sub. I would recommend that you have them added on the side as I did with my pepper and mayo. The salt would've made it absolutely perfect. The only reason for four out of five stars is because of the price. I think they could be priced a little lower, especially if you're getting a combo but overall, I was pleased with this sub. read more

Very disappointed with my service today. I always go to jersey Mike's on N.Main.Will be taking my business elsewhere I ordered #13 which is my favorite. Spent $13 there. When I got to work it was steak sub with bacon. I called the store and questioned what was #13.The young man stated exactly what I always get.He asked i told him what I got.He asked if I have a receipt which I didn't have. He told me if I came back he would fix my sandwich over.Honey it's snow and ice on the roads just to get a sandwich remake or he can take my name and give me 10% off my next purchase. Nope I don't think so my next visit at Jersey Mike's will be South Main read more

Stoped at Jersey Mikes - High Point NC area on our homeward trek from Matthews NC to Ashland, VA. One of the BEST JM's I've ever!! Food of course was very fresh. The wonderful staff assembling our subs were very thoughtful and asked us twice if they were giving us the right amount of toppings in our subs!! To experiment I had a Giant #9 Club on GLUTEN FREE BREAD and that was great in taste,, and structure. My wife and daughter each had a Turkey Sub and they thought the amount of meat was much more than had gotten at other JM's. This JM is larger than most with good seating and bathroom's we're extra clean. Soft Classic Rock Music was faintly heard throughout the restaurant. We make many trips to Charlotte each month so we will be back specifically to this JM- ITS A GOOD ONE!! read more

Update: After my first return to Jersey Mike's in a while, it results in the same score and same comments. Great sandwich. This was my first experience at this Jersey Mike's. My Club Sub was exactly what I expect from Jersey Mike's. The bread, meats, and condiments were all fresh and tasty. The inside of the store was very clean and everyone was wearing masks. Everyone behind the counter was professional and very friendly. I will definitely visit again. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Front counter - Sandwiches Near Me - High Point, North Carolina

Of the chain sub sandwich shops @jerseymikes is my favorite. They keep it light and flavorful, Mike's way with tomatoes, onion, lettuce, oregano and vinegar - yasss. I'll take it. The bread is decent too. The mini roast beef is the best option if you want to stay under your daily maximums on sodium. You know how sub sandwiches are extremely high in salt because of the processed meat and bread and sauces. Opt for Swiss cheese for even lower sodium but you gotta live a little so I got it as is, with provolone. Italian subs are my favorite. This roast beef sandwich is pretty good too. It filled me up and I felt like I indulged in a fun lunch. This location on Main St. in High Point has always gotten my order correct and had it ready very quickly. I usually order on the app so I've gotten a free mini sandwich every few visits! How awesome. Today is one of those days. I paid $1.70 total for my #6 with chips. Not too shabby. read more

I love Jersey Mikes. I absolutely love their subs and their ingredients! The North Main location is my favorite. I typically place my order online and do curbside pickup. I typically park in front and watch them as they ring up customers and make sandwiches. The inside always appears to be clean and they usually get patrons out in a speedy manner. Once they forgot to give me one of my subs and the manager brought it out to me and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I appreciated the gesture. She was lively and kind. The staff is always prompt and professional as well. They always make my sub well and I've never EVER had a bad experience! read more

They have it all. Great staff, polite, helpful and friendly. Food is top notch and generous. A great solution to what's for dinner for husband and wife !! read more

I'm a huge fan of jersey mikes! Their roast beef is the absolute best sub around. But today my review is on the staff at this particular store. They are SAINTS! One gentleman had the most complicated order I've ever seen for 4 subs, and his speaking voice was a pure yell. They didn't seem frustrated at all by his complicated order or anything. The staff were super courteous despite the volume of orders in the store and online. I will be back solely based off their customer service. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - High Point, North Carolina

Everyone has a "Go To" spot to eat and this is ours. It's that place we grab dinner on a night we don't want to cook, or the day before we buy groceries. This location gets it right every time. Every sandwich we order is delicious. I always order online so I can collect Shore Points. I love eating a free sandwich!!! My favorite is the Turkey & Cheese, but my fiancé LOVES the Big Kahuna Steak & Cheese. The meats are cut to order and the toppings are always fresh. I highly recommend Jersey Mikes if you are in the market for a sub. You will never want to go to Subway again read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Regular Turkey Breast And Provolone - Sandwiches Near Me - High Point, North Carolina

Here I go again, trying to get a sub for my dinner. I just don't understand why the sales associates are getting so nasty when preparing your food. I noticed the associate take out a dirty cloth and wipe the counter down before making a sandwich in that same spot. I also couldn't help but notice the number of flies that were flying around the condiments that go on your food. I guess at this point, they noticed the expression on my face and could tell that something was not right. I couldn't stand there another minute without saying what was on my mind. I said to the manager, "Why did you wipe the counter with a dirty cloth?" She responded, it's not dirty. As if I couldn't see! Then I said, "Do you see the flies landing on the condiments?" Only to be told, it's nothing we can do about them. They come in through the door! As if I did not know. They could have started by throwing the contaminated food away. I guess the associate doesn't know that when flies land, they vomit. This is not the only issue but it is a very crucial one. People are wondering why they are getting sick after they eat certain foods. It's because they are going by the saying that goes, "what they don't know, won't hurt them. " Oh how right they are, it won't hurt you, it could kill you! It's called food poison! Watch them, do not be afraid to speak up, you're the customer and you are the one paying. You don't have to accept something that you know is not right nor good for you, period. read more

I love Jersey mikes subs and their service has always been great . We patronized them when we lived in NJ and we still do in NC. We have no complaints read more

Hands down the nicest staff and most amazing service of any Jersey Mikes I've been to! So helpful and kind, just a pleasure to dine here!

they were extremely moody and sassy because we came in a whole hour before closing. and had the audacity to look tortured when we wanted to pay separately. They also did not car to do our orders correctly. Like if you're going to do your job, have a decent attitude. Food tasted good tho! read more

Great food great service employees were very helpful and enjoyed interaction with them

we tried an Italian sub Mikes way because I had read a review rating it highly. sure enough it was good, fresh, and put together by employees who were welcoming and helpful. they were pretty sure we'd be back and they were right we will def be back. read more

Got food poisoning from here yesterday. Woke up vomiting and have been bed ridden all day.

We go to this location for the chicken salad, not all Jersey Mikes have chicken salad. Yesterday 11-24-18, she barely put more than 1 scoop of chicken salad in my wrap. We felt cheated. Two chicken salad wraps and 1 bag of chips = $17.00. Really!!!! Will not be back. Will drive to location in Greensboro on Battleground or State Street for chicken salad. We do love the other sandwiches too. read more

Have went a lot Jersey Mike's and never been done as bad as there VERY bad attitude, over a sub not made right. Pay for mushrooms and not put them on it,then said that they put them on it but the portabella mushrooms on it and there wasn't the cook said that I was wrong and they're on it. Had 2 slices of other mushrooms, made me feel like I'm wrong for say something about it. And didn't act like they won't to make it right so just got money back because of the bad attitude didn't won't spit in the remade sub. Will never go back to that Jersy Mike's, except the other one on South main st high point. They love for me to go to it!!! This place was fantastic. The employees went out of their way to help us and even though my friend and I were a little difficult and they were very busy, everyone was incredibly patient and kind. This has to be one of the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. Awesome staff! read more

Food is good. But the location at 4110 Brian Jordan, in High Point NC, sucks. The staff is horrible and very very rude. Find another location. read more

I've been eating here for years. Usually I'm happy with what I get. However lately it has been a different story. For one thing the prices have gone up up and up. The place is way expensive for subs. Get a couple of cheese steak subs and you'll be in the $30 range. I ate here about a week ago and ordered 2 cheese steak subs to go. When I got home they had a ton of salt on them. Like someone had poured an entire container on them. On top of that they just tasted off and were completely nasty. $30 wasted, when I could have gone to a nice restaurant and sat down to eat for that price. The employees are mostly the 20 something know nothing, non caring type. They dont know how to make food and they dont care. They probably never had to make a sandwich before! Sorry but if thats all you can do I will gladly take my business elsewhere and never return to this nasty place again. The worst. read more

Food was good. Service was terrible. I ordered online so went to the counter where you pay as there was no pick up table. I told the employee my name and she said they were getting it. There seemed to be issues with getting the orders completed. The guy making the orders said my name several times so I knew they were getting my order together. Then, the lady looked at the receipt on the bag she had just filled and set it behind her. She was busy with others so I was patient but asked about my order when I felt she could address me. She looked all over and when I said they guy had said my name 10 minutes ago, she asked him and he pointed to the bag and then she read it and handed it to me. Seriously, for a Sunday at noon they were not crazy busy and I had just given her my name and it was clearly on the receipt twice!! read more

No really, they are perfection. I have never had as good a cold sub as I get at Jersey Mikes. Hell I'll drive 20 miles from Seattle to Renton to get a jersey mike's sub, and when I'm here in High point, I'll definitely hit up any one of the three JM sub places. A number 13, giant Mike's way with mustard & mayo, thank you. Spicy, incredibly flavored, ENORMOUS enough to get at least 3 meals from it, I am in love. If I weren't getting chinese today I'd be all over this... read more

The managaer here (an older lady) was unbelievably rude and she almost made me cry. I just wanted to sandwich but they were out of bread made me want to cry even more. 2020 has been such a hard year for me and this was the final straw I cannot even comprehend coming back from this. read more

I have been going here for years and it's a great sub place. They have all kinds of subs and they cut the meat, cheese and bread fresh right in front of you. They also have made to order hot subs that are amazing; I recommend the Philly chesses stack. They have all kinds of chips and great specials!! read more

People at this location was fake friendly.. the sub didn't fit for what I'm used to at Jersey Mikes

Price? Good. Service? Quick and efficient. Food? Great. Some of the best roast beef I've ever had on a sandwich.

Decided to try their sub in a bowl. Big Mistake. Paid $9 for mystery meat which didn't taste like any chicken I've ever eaten. And the potion size for what I paid was ridiculous. I could have eaten twice as much and called it a decent meal. More lettuce than anything else. Only positive was a nice plastic container I will reuse. There are too many options in High Point to ever go there again read more
