I arrived at 8:55pm to grab dinner after a long work day. I placed order via mobile app and went through the drive thru. I ordered 8 ct nuggets meal with fries, Coke Zero, and a brownie. There, I noticed a sign saying they weren't selling any grilled items due to issue with the grill. Thankfully, I didn't plan on getting grilled items, which is what I typically would get. It wasn't busy. There were no cars at the order screen and maybe 4 cars ahead of me. I received my order quickly, at 8:58pm. The staff who provided my order was very friendly. My fries were the perfect temperature but unsure if they were the freshest. They were about to close, so I didn't have too high of expectations. The nuggets were crispy and tasty. The brownie was soft and delectable!! I enjoyed my meal.

During the day time, the drive thru is quicker. If it is after 4:30pm, expect a long wait. We ordered our food, sat down, ate and watched a car move 30 feet in the drive-thru. I'm talking double line wrapped around the building and out in the side street. It does not deter people from this location, because it is like this ALL the time. It isn't like they are standing around. They are working hard! The take out ordering is not much faster unless you have a mobile order. So during this time, we figured out that ordering at the counter and dining in was the quicker option. We were happy with this. I like the interior of this Chick-fi-la. There is a lot of seating, plus towards the back they have board games. The tables are always clean. I devour their diet lemonade and my daughter chugs down the passion fruit lemonade. The spicy southwest salad is my favorite meal right now with a side of Tortilla soup. I wish this soup was year round. Customer service is the company mission. You can see everything on their menu down to the silverware and condiments are catered to the customer. The ketchup packets make it easy to pour or dip. The cups are sturdy. The greetings are genuine. The tables are clean and the condiment station is always stocked. This is very busy place. Plan ahead. (I still miss their slaw)...

This review is more about the menu item than about the restaurant itself, but I will mention a thing or two about this CFA location. 1- Like any CFA, it's always busy. If you're going to park in the CFA parking lot, I prefer parking in the back, behind the store. It's usually easier to get out that way. 2- I don't find this site to have the friendliness I expect when visiting CFA. The mobile pick up spot at the counter gets pretty congested, and because of its location within the store, I found myself staring at the dirty floor behind the counter while waiting for my food. Not the most pleasant site. Now the food... Being a huge CFA mac & cheese fan, I was ecstatic to see we now have the option to add one of my other favorites- BACON! Add a side of bacon bits to my mac-n-cheese for only 85 cents??!! Umm, yes please!! I admit that I had second thoughts upon seeing how small the side of bacon bits was. Would this be enough, or would I be left broken hearted and wanting more?? Well, I'm happy to tell you it was the former. It was just enough to give that hint of bacon without overpowering the cheesiness of the Mac-n-cheese. That being said, even with "enough" bacon, I was left wanting more. Perhaps my expectations are too high. But when I order something like mac & cheese, I expect the cup to be full. No empty space. And this is not the first time I've left with a cup of Mac & cheese & empty space. And I don't like it-- the empty space that is. The Mac & cheese was good, not amazing, not hot, more like warm.

Ordered through DoorDash and got it perfectly made, fresh, and really really good! I would recommend this location for their speed as well.

It was quiet inside, but that didn't deter the staff from efficiently taking our order and getting us burgers hot and fresh within about 15-20 minutes! I like that it's an order at the counter place, with a very distinct feel of getting a higher end burger at a place with waiter service. I think more restaurants would greatly benefit to change to this model, not everything needs a waiter, and customers are generally happy to handle getting their own drinks while saving the tip. Anyhow, I went with the smashburger special, two smashed out patties topped with American cheese, pickles, onions, shredded lettuce, and burger sauce. I got tots for my side, because frankly, I think tots are the superior potato consumption method. The patties had a nice crust on them, plenty of beefy grilled flavor, nicely seasoned. The cheese and onions provided balance, and acidic hits from the pickle topped it all off. Very tasty. The tots were fried crispy just how I like them. Everyone else at the table had a similar premium experience with their items, and we all agreed this was a great pivot. We'd come back!

I ordered onion rings as my side. They are cut in house and hand breaded. They also come with a dipping sauce. The onion rings were good but greasy. Next time, I'll opt for the hand cut French fries! The serving size of fries is enormous! Food order is placed at a counter. If you chose to eat in, you're given a number and food is brought to your table. Only tables in this restaurant: some with only chairs and others with chairs on one side and a bench seat on the other side. All seats are hard, and with NO padding. The restaurant had a good business, with 80% capacity inside and people coming in and out constantly for to go orders. I ended up here because the restaurant I planned to visit was closed for renovations. I feel like it was my lucky day, as this burger was much better than I would have gotten there. I will return!

I ordered the #2 sliders, one Hot and one X-Hot... lol holy smokes the extra heat will light you up. I honestly can't even imagine trying the Reaper level. I also got a large chocolate milkshake and it was amazing -- super creamy and a perfect balance to the spice. The fries were awesome, perfectly seasoned, and surprisingly not too salty at all (which I really appreciated). Service was a little slow, but honestly? That's because everything is made fresh. I'll gladly wait a few extra minutes for hot, fresh food instead of something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Overall, 9/10. Great food, bold flavors, and totally worth the visit. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place to the right customer, that customer just isn't me.

After ordering, it took maybe 5 minutes to get our food which felt decent for the fresh food! There was a steady flow of to-go orders so it seems to be a popular spot. I ordered the Popper Topper Burger, although I do get the jalapeños on the side. I was expecting a little bit more to be honest. It was cheesy and delicious, but the patty itself was lacking any flavor. This was shocking because the menu described it to be "Cajun seasoned" but it felt very plain. The fries were my favorite part by far!!! Unlike other places, this had plenty of toppings. Normally, once you eat the top layer the underside is dry. Not here! I was covered in cheese sauce by the end of the meal. If you're in the mood for some really good fries, definitely check it out!

While the exterior is a far cry from the "vibrant patio" the restaurant description promises, the interior opens into a clean, bright space, which is more spacious than one might expect. On the front counter you will see an artistically designed menu board, depicting the many creative offerings available here. When I invited my coworkers to join me here for lunch, 2 immediately began ardently affirming my choice, regretful they could not join me but promising I would love it. In this moment, vague memories of them talking about this "really good burger place at the gas station" for months on end began to come back to me, as I realized they had been indirectly recommending it for a while. On the other hand, my 3rd coworker, who was in a separate room and had not heard their high praises, told me that it was "overrated" and "fine but not that special." Lol. Needless to say, I had absolutely no idea what to make of it all when I arrived. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter asked if I had ever been there, before patiently walking me through the various sections of the menu and helping me pick something out. I settled on the Popper Topper, which promised Cajun spices and fried jalapeño coins, among other various toppings. At its smallest size (big), it only cost $10.99. I also ordered bacon and cheddar fries. My initial impressions upon receiving my food (quite quickly, I might add) is that 1) the restaurant's name is perfect and 2) this is a very good quantity per dollar and an absolutely absurd calorie per dollar meal, especially in 2025. For right at $20, I got a huge burger and enough fries to satiate 2-3 people. I cannot fathom what the larger burger sizes look like, much less who could possibly be ordering them. The fries were everything I could have asked for -- crispy, salty, and with a very generous amount of both cheddar sauce and bacon (the perfect amount to have sauce on every bite but not be soggy). The burger was good, and definitely satisfied that primal craving for salt and fat that we all carry with us from hunter-gatherer days gone by. However, I wouldn't say it was particularly spicy, nor did its flavor deviate significantly from any generic burger I could order. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, but I was a little disappointed. I think that the fried jalapeño coins are breaded a little on the thicker side, which somewhat mutes the spice and slight acidity that they would otherwise add to this dish, to help cut through and brighten the other flavors. All in all, I had a great meal and would totally come back, but I don't think I've tried the "perfect" burger from here yet. Definitely going to recommend this to anyone in the area.
