This is ridiculous. The manager was so disrespectful, they rushed my order. I cannot believe that a restaurant is allowed to be open with how awful the staff is. I have waited for 30 minutes on my food, how long does it take to cook 2 chicken tenders. When they rushed me to order I wanted to order another sweet tea, so i pulled to the window and asked if i could add a sweet tea, the manager then says "y'all got to stop adding stuff at the window this is crazy", like i'm sorry you rushed me. The KFC on North Main in high Point disappointed BIG time. It's bad enough that we haven't ate the food in over 8 years. Decided to give it a shot. Order off the delivery site. No wedges, no Mac, and drink tasted like carbonated water. I get it and understand that food runs out.​​ With over an hour and half to closing and you send customers less than they ordered and not even a substitution for what they paid for. ok. let me start this out with a little background. I work for the food service industry. I am a delivery driver and a cook. The food that is coming out of this establishment is severely below edible standards. I spent 60 dollars tonight for my family and got some kind of rubber-ish chicken that tasted like vulcanized tires . I don't know how the mac and cheese tasted (I cant seem to get the flavor of vulcanized rubber out of my mouth, I couldn't even try it). It is all going in the trash, even the teenagers wont eat it. Minor issues: ON a minor note, this store failed to actually complete the order. we were missing a large order of fries. not a major problem but a problem none the less. This could have been easily taken care of if the store did not have said item in stock, or just simply forgot the item (its delivery, it happens on occasion). either there should have been some attempt at contact (text, cell phone, home phone) to rectify the issue. There was none. At this point, I'm going to just make ramen for the kids. I WILL not be spending another sixty dollars on the food this company vomits out of its kitchen. Overall: If your going to eat at this establishment or have any thing delivered, I would recommend calling you local government health department, and requesting a copy of the stores health rating. Note: This was a Grubhub delivery. There was no contact by the driver per the instructions on the site. ONE STAR is TOO MANY! I am pretty disgusted with this KFC restaurant. Not only is the service slow, but they never seem to have any chicken ready even at the off-peak times. Usually I have to wait anywhere between 8 to 15 minutes for a simple order and the people working there don't seem to appreciate having a job. Only giving one star to give a review poor management and you can tell it takes a toll on the employees there no one cares always a long wait and everyone makes it seem like it's an inconvenience when they get your order wrong. The manager 'Brittney' is rude and disrespectful and enjoys calling the customers liars without giving you a receipt for your order so it's harder for you to dispute your order when SHE gets it wrong. This has become my least favorite KFC. Recently moved to High Point and have eaten at the KFC in Greensboro a few times and decided to come to the one closer to home just to see how it is. Upon driving through, the worker that took my order didn't greet me properly, rushed my order. I ordered 2 famous bowls, 1 as a combo. Then was told my total and to drive up, but I wasn't done ordering -- I wanted 3 biscuits as well. Okay -- now drive up. Gave my money, was told to pull up because I had to wait. I wasn't given a receipt for my order and had to wait 15 minutes for my chicken. Then I get home to find no cookie from my combo, still no receipt and now have found a piece of plastic in my bowl. Looking as if it was the wrapper from a spork. But overall -- disgusting and will never return. read more

This was my first visit to this KFC location. I arrived at this location on 10/07/19 at 7:42 pm. I was the only customer in the store when I arrived. The line started getting longer behind me and we all were being ignored. One of the customers behind me said, 'Aee you all taking orders'? One of the employees said, 'We are backed up in the drive-thru and we need to catch up'. I'm looking like, wow. Didn't say anything because I wasn't sure how my food would be. Next thing I know everyone behind me walked out. At 8:04 pm I finally got waited on. I purchased a $5 fill up box. I was told they were out of biscuits and would I like to have a dinner roll. I said yes. Went over to get some sweet tea and it was bone dry. I asked if I could get some sweet tea. I will NEVER spend my money in another KFC. KFC doesn't deserve the 1 Star I gave this post. That was the only way I could make this post. THIS KFC NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND KNOCKED DOWN. Your first experience at any place or thing should be a good experience. If I could rate this negative 3 I would. My fiancé and I were supposed to wait 22 minutes for the crispy chicken $20 fill up. We waited an hour just for everybody to get their food first, the people cooking were taking out the trash, talking on their phone and texting, and not being knowledgeable with what food was prepared and what was not. I stopped here for carryout and it was a horrible experience. I hadn't been here in about a year because they constantly run out of chicken and are rude. Two other diners went to the counter for assistance and each time they stood there while the employees walked by them several times with no acknowledgement. The staff is very unprofessional. I sat in the drive through for at least 10 minutes with just a voice on the other end telling me she would be with me 'in a sec' twice. When she finally had time to take my order, the response was that it would be 16 minutes before it would be ready. They were not that busy,and, one would think they would know that 5:30 to 6:00 would be a busy time when they should have chicken ready. Terrible management and service. This was THE WORST fast food experience I have ever endured. I mean,how hard can it be to just fill an order,and be courteous. It isn't rocket science.I ordered the 8 piece meal with 2 sides and 4 biscuits, original recipe. My sides were potato wedges and macaroni and cheese. I specifically told her I did not want any short thighs. I DON'T LIKE THEM. I asked for 4 drum sticks, and 4 wings.The server informed me that they didn't have any wings,and asked me what chicken I wanted in place of the wings, I said breasts. When I get home, i have 2 short thighs in my order, and only 2 drum sticks. I took the chicken AND the biscuits back because the biscuits were in the bucket with the chicken. The server took the chicken back, did NOT apologize for her mistake,and gave me some more chicken,damn near throwing the chicken in the bucket. When I got home again,I did not have any short thighs,but I also had extra crispy instead of original recipe,and I didn't have any biscuits. I will, never, never, never, never go to that KFC ever again. And...the macaroni and cheese was more like soup than real macaroni and cheese.
