Well, I really don't like doing this but WHAT HAPPENED BOJANGLES??? I thought this particular store was the go to. Better than Wake Forest, but not anymore. I understand that our family bought meals at 8pm but come on! The pictures below say a thousand why's! I ordered a 2 piece chicken one breast and one leg, fries and water. Simple right? When I opened the box the first thing I noticed was a piece of chicken I couldn't recognize. Your chicken use to be big, plump and juicy. This breast must have fallen into the fryer twice. Super dry and the skin was too crunchy to eat. I might have received 12-15 fries and the biscuit was far from being buttery, light and fluffy. Dry and sitting out for too long. Look I get it. Late in the drive thru. I just wanna go home. I am totally grateful for the men and women who work on the front lines of customer service. But when you're paying $10-&13.00 a meal now at least care about what you're serving customers. I couldn't eat my meal and I don't think the raccoon that lives in my backyard would eat it. Please go back to when your chicken was big and tasted like no other fried chicken. Put better care into your food and service even if it's 8:00pm at night. Every customer deserves a great meal for the cost! We need to say, "IT'S BO TIME" with pride. read more

This place is notorious for not getting orders right! My wife ordered the Family Variety feast for my kids and us to eat for dinner and she ordered a side of mashed potatoes and gravy as well as a side of dirty rice. Needless to say when our son got home from picking the order up which was placed online we got 10 cups of BBQ and 10 cups of Honey Mustard and only asked for 2 of each and we did not get any rice nor did we get any mashed potatoes. Got large container of gravy but no potatoes to the gravy on . I have never seen a group of can't get rights ever in my life. Don't make any sense to me. read more

Typical Bo - expect a very long line but pretty fast service. I don't eat at Bojangles often, this posed a little problem as the employee was just walking up to each car in line asking for their orders. I had no idea what to order! Grabbed a large diet soda, the employee didn't have a menu handy and I am sure that I'm in the minority if people that do not have the Bo menu memorized! Other cars were rattling off huge orders ... I'm sure they are regulars. Anyway, grabbed my drink and was on the way home. The location is great - right on the main drag, along with basically everything else in Louisburg. Quick to get in and out, despite long line. Very friendly employee. Drink was pretty pricey, I typically get an unsweet tea at Dunkin and that is $1.51, this drink was a bit more. read more

Fast and cheap. Moved the line quickly. Everything freshly cooked. Extra friend made it even better.

I normally like Bojangles but the one in Louisburg is okay , the best time to go is in the morning because they have an habit of messing up your food in the afternoon an night .... You need to look at your food before you leave cause if not it may not be right and if you take it back or is missing an item they take forever to give it to you or you don't want to give it to you one depending on the line outside .... I have visited several traditional BBQ and fried chicken joints in NC. Bojangles is able to consistently meet up to their challenge. Fried chicken, sampled at various times of the day, has been fresh crispy and not overly coated or seasoned. Just fresh, tasty, and pleasing. The biscuits are incredible. They are reason enough alone to visit Bojangles. The best news to me is that they offer breakfast biscuits at all times. My recent dinner consisted of two bacon egg, and cheese biscuits. These were super fresh. The biscuits were warm and flaky, the eggs soft and moist, and the bacon delightfully crispy. I think I might skip the chicken and stick with Bojangles's biscuits ! read more

Have gone to this BoJangle's many times since it's opening. For the past few months, had a lot of problems with orders being correct. They can't seem to distinguish between sweet and unsweetened tea. Then when you get the correct tea, it's soured. Called the restaurant and was told they would be glad to replace it. They did, and when that was opened (had purchased a half gallon of unsweetened tea), it was sweet. Went back for the 3rd time to be told it was supposed to be sweet, even tho receipt plainly showed unsweet. Tea was replaced, server was very rude. Got back to work to find out that was also soured!!!!!!!!!!!! Guess I just need to start pulling in at McDonald's very morning!!!!! read more

Every time I go I ask for extra seasoning on the fries and then when I get home and look at my food there's no seasoning happened twice.

This place is fire. Chicken is very fresh and not greasy. Biscuits are so good! Kind of a general review. But in comparison to all other fast food joints I've been to, this one blows every one out of the water. Hands down. read more

I believe this is my second time writing a review about this Bojangles in Louisburg, NC. This place really needs to close its doors if they continue to have the workers and serve the food they are serving. The chicken is just not breaded completely, the biscuits aren't hot at all, and the workers are just loud and ignorant. Especially the day and night shift where they have lots of kids working in the kitchen. I don't think they change the chicken grease often cause you can tell how the chicken looks. They don't serve hot fries at all and they just don't compare with the Bojangles in Raleigh or Wake Forest wihich are both great places to eat. You better get your act together cause I'm just sick of the sorry food and arrogant workers at this place. read more

I recently visited this Bojangles' location and had a negative experience. I received the wrong order through drive thru despite clearly stating what I wanted several times. I understand these types of things happen, but when approaching a Bojangles' team member inside to resolve this issue, I was treated with no respect whatsoever. Not once did someone apologize to me for this inconvenience, instead I was stared down by multiple workers behind the counter as well as the drive thru worker who I could hear muttering obscenities about me. That sort of intimation is disgusting and unacceptable. The manager took over mid-way through to correct my order, but even the manager lacked professionalism. I eventually did received my corrected order, however, the manager did not apologize or seem the slightest bit concerned that I had been inconvenienced and treated in this fashion. I have visited this Bojangles' many times before, but I'm afraid this will be the last time I visit this location, as I have no tolerance to be treated with disrespect by team members and especially the manager. read more
