I've given this location several chances, both through DoorDash and by ordering in person, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing every time. My most recent visit was around June 20, 2026, at approximately 7:03 PM. The food was extremely greasy, tasted old, and was honestly hard to enjoy. Looking at the meal, it was clear that quality control is not a priority here. What concerned me even more was the condition of the restaurant itself. The establishment did not appear clean, and the overall environment gave the impression that basic cleaning standards are not being consistently followed. The staff was polite, but it seemed like many of the younger employees were not properly trained in food preparation, customer service, or sanitation procedures. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty told me they had to contact the general manager for approval first. I've never experienced that before over a straightforward food quality issue. At this point, this isn't a one-time complaint--it's been a repeated pattern whether I order through DoorDash or pick up food myself. I will be reaching out to corporate because customers deserve better food quality, cleaner conditions, and better-trained staff. I had a taste for fries and extra time so I stopped in for a Bacon, Egg & Cheese, Fries with extra seasoning and a Southern Sweet Tea! Food was great. I usually keep in mind that most Bojangles pile their biscuits up with a lot of egg and bacon, but this biscuit wasn't as loaded. It still tasted great. The fries were on point and the sweet tea with the right amount of sugar the way southern folks make it. There were a lot employees working and working together. It was nice to see the teamwork. The man at the register had good patience as the couple in front of me seemed like they were the type to test it and he was very nice, polite and professional. This Bojangles gets lot of business as there is a truck stop nearby, and heavy traffic headed through from larger cities. Bathroom was clean and had hot water to wash up with. Employees' incompetence is astounding. Lids not on food containers, sides dried up and crusty. They either couldn't or didn't want to make coffee and after 40 minutes of waiting we learned our order was lost and the manager did not know how to issue a refund. I understand no one wants to work, but at least give it 25%. It was not a hostile environment. Very laid back, too laid back. Maybe they should space out their gummies. read more

SLOW! This location seems to always be out of something on your order and you have to wait a long time for them to make it. And they'll be moving at a snail's pace the whole time you are there. The staff at this location has a bad attitude and couldn't care less about doing their job. Once you finally get your food, the chicken will be decent but fries will be hard as rock, rubbery biscuits, and everything way too salty. This place desperately needs cleaning up, better trained staff, and better management. Do not recommend this location at all. Probably will just cut Bojangles all together. went there 3 days in a row all three times left all my fries out all three times and got a big box of Bo biscuits missing some out the box. a combo that came with a biscuit didn't come with one. sat in line for exactly one hour and 20 mins to get half my order missing. the chicken biscuit was dry and the bread tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple for days.bojangles in Blair's is terrible to say the least read more

This is a real nice fast food place on the side of a busy four lane highway. Plenty of parking, restrooms are clean, clean dining area, food is fresh & hot, portion sizes are big, very friendly customer service, and all around excellent place to stop. Chicken is good! Went last night to get some chicken supremes. When we arrived at the drive thru the girl at the speaker said, "let me tell you what we're out of first". Then preceded to not only tell us they were out of chicken supremes but listed 4-5 other items. Which included seasoned fries. How or why are they still open for business for the day? 2 main items were out!! Anyways I don't live in the area and won't be using this location again. read more

I've never seen a restaurant, fast food or otherwise, change direction for the worse so fast. This has nothing to do with covid, as the decline has just been in the last few months. The entire staff, including management, appears to have changed out. This evening is about third bad experience, so it's review time. There were no cars in the drive-through, and maybe 3 customer cars in the lot. There were at least 5 staff members standing around talking while I waited on my order, and it took a solid 10 minutes. When I got home, the only thing halfway decent was the Mac and cheese. The chicken was tough, cold, and flavorless; the biscuits were cold and hard (totally shocked at this), and the mashed potatoes weren't fit for prison food. The franchise owner made a wise decision in choosing this location, as it is several miles from Danville on Hwy 29 and 5 miles from any other fast food restaurant further up 29 N. Newer BOJ's design, spacious, large dining area. Owner has an interesting touch with a display cabinet of collectable 1/24 scale cars, trucks and tractors. I ordered the new homestyle chicken tenders, which is milder than Bojangle's usual offering. Tender pieces was good sized, and came with two sides, Had to make sure one of them was dirty rice! Incredibly friendly employee was working the floor. Besides making sure all was clean, she was hugging babies, chatting with the locals and making sure to have conversation with all in the dining area. Very enjoyable lunch. read more

Great road stop from the CLT to NoVa on Route 29. The food is good here, always fresh and tasty. There was a near panic when they ran out of the Legendary sweet tea. They called in reinforcements and the disaster was averted. I especially like this location if you are pulling a trailer, driving a camper or big rig. There is ample parking next door. read more

Nowhereville, U.S. of A. Hungover from a solid 9 hours of drinking the night before and now I have a pleasant 8 1/2 hour drive ahead of me and I'm all alone. Once I realized my body was shaking during the drive, I decide it was time to pull off and get some grub. Hello Bojangles! The cashier there joked around with me when I said I needed a cajun chicken biscuit, cajun fries, coffee, and water STAT! This Bojangles was brand new and very clean. I got my food promptly and forced it down. There was no way I could have survived that drive without it. The biscuit was kind of stale and the chicken had an odd metallic taste, but I still managed to put 'em all down. Visited many times but never wrote a review. This is absolutely one of the nicest Bojangles that I have patronized. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Biscuits have always been warm, buttery and fresh. The yummy spiced fries are excellent. On another visit the fries were substandard but the staff eagerly replaced with just cooked fries. When Geneva is working everything from the drink area to the tables is immaculate. read more

Located off of hwy 29south, features easy in/out service. Only a few years old, I believe the management has gotten lax on their workmanship. I ate their about a week ago for breakfast, had a biscuit with fries and sweet tea, which I'm a big fan of! The fries seemed old and tough the biscuit seemed dried out, the sweet tea was awesome! I remember a year or so ago this would have not been the case, guess I'll be finding a new morning stop....The dining area could have been alot cleaner, while I was there a employee came out to clean the windows which looked worst after he was done.
