For the amount they're charging, but these don't deliver at all. If you like the style, do yourself a favor and shop around you'll find the same thing for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. They have a no refund policy, so once you realize you overpaid for pants, you're stuck with them. Definitely not worth the hype or the money.

They will advertise the sneakers that were sold to them on their IG page, the evening before and will also have a large amount of steals, which are sneakers that are being sold at a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, in order to capitalize on that, you have to get here very early. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to help. I've been coming in frequently the last month or two as I wanted a pair of Yeezy Foam Runners and finally was able to catch a pair for a decent price. I would say if you're a sneaker head, this is the place for you. Also, you should follow them on Instagram so you can see what they have to offer. I'm unsure about whether they give a good return when you sell sneakers to them, but I know they give both store credit and cash for sneakers. They also do trades for different sneakers, too. I reduced a star because of the aforementioned long wait time. There has been a couple of occasions that I came and left because I'm not about to wait 90 minutes to get a pair of sneakers, but aside from that, I don't have any complaints.

I had some free time and I decided to get coffee and window shop around Bleecker st. I took a peek inside and found casual and yet sophisticated clothing. Not too baggy and not that slim fit cut that no one could possibly wear. What impressed me mostly was the quality and feel of the clothing. From the buttons to the stitching, it's just a well made product. Over the years, I have purchased a beautiful fall jacket, a functional cardigan sweater and the most comfortable flannels. Also, I love their sweatshirts! Not being too baggy, I like that I can layer the look without being too bulky. I signed up for their email notifications, they have the best sales! Both online as well as in the store, typically it's a 35% discount. What brings me to Bleecker st, I ordered Japanese Selvedge Jeans at an incredible price. They came to my home, I tried them on and loved the feel of the material. The back pockets looked off, it wasn't the right fit. I called the customer service number and was told either I can send the jeans back with a prepaid shipping label or simply return them to the store. Easy Peasy! The Grayers founder has an interesting background. He worked at Ralph Lauren for over 10 years and decided to make his own line inspired by European and Japanese vintage clothing. The final result is handsome and classic garments using unique fabrics. Total fan. If you can't get to Bleecker St, you can shop online. Cheers!

I came in today to replace a very cheap backpack I had had for seven years that was falling apart…read more I am a grad student and building my writing career, and doing lots of commuting in the city like most New Yorkers, so I need a good backpack. I chose this brand and to come to this store because if I was going to spend $80+ on a backpack, it better be heavy duty and sustainable. Anyways, I am not disappointed with my purchase nor experience at Fjallraven at all. Martin, the sales clerk who assisted me, was knowledgeable in the products and helped me to select the right backpack for my needs. I also had a budget and he helped me with that too. He helped me select a color, took care of my purchase with ease, and even allowed me to pack all my stuff in my new backpack I had just purchased. I have used my new backpack for half a day, and love it. Martin recommend the Raven 28, and showed me the port color, which is what I purchased. It is well mad, durable, and feels light even when heavy. Martin had informed me the straps and back of the backpack were re-enforced for heavy duty use-that is no joke. That structure made for ease of use, and didn't make me tired or achy and I went grocery shopping after and needed to put some of my groceries in my new backpack in addition to the totes I brought along. The Raven 28 packs a lot yet remains lightweight for the user, plus it looks great. It was rainy today too when I purchased it, and the backpack did well in the rain and none of items were wet and I carry books and notebooks even when not in class. I highly recommend this shop and their products. I will come again, and recommend to friends. Definitely ask for Martin if he is working that day-I know he helped me so much and went above and beyond in his customer service and represented the brand well.
