Found this place on Groupon and called ahead as the notes said to make sure space was available. The shop owner tried to talk me out of getting the Groupon by saying Groupon would charge a service fee. He said they would honor the price of the Groupon once I showed the price at the desk. I'd never been charged a service fee by Groupon so I purchased the service through them. I purchased a couples package for the next day. The techs were accommodating. The gel polish started to lift by the end of the day but we really just wanted the mani/pedi. The big problem came when it was time to check out. The tech claimed she didn't know how to redeem the Groupon but scanned the code which redeemed and proceeded to tell me I still needed to pay. Even after speaking with the shop owner, payment was still requested. I figured I would pay in store and have Groupon credit or refund the service since it hadn't been redeemed, or so I was told. I have had to go back and forth with Groupon and the shop for a refund of one of the charges. This has been a large hassle for subpar service. read more

Located in industrial area. Used Groupon for deluxe mani-pedi. Had an apt and took them 30 minutes for them to sit us. Really really slow service took 4 hours to complete basic mani pedi. Luckily i didnt have plans. Very ammature, technician cut me multiple times and seemed unprepared. They also charge fees for using Groupon which is a scam. Massage chair is garbage. Just a vibrator,no massage. There wasnt anything "deluxe" about the service. They had bad tv on which was not a "vibe". Better off doing nails yourself or going to ANY other shopping corner nail salon. I felt bad for workers yet they seemed clueless how long it took. Technician was kind but noticeably struggling. Made my appointment got my confirmation only to get there and wait 40 minutes to learn the girl is not there and didn't know I had an appointment. The girl who does nails tells me yo leave my contact information so the owner who just left (while I was waiting) would get in contact with me. The mail girl asked me how I made the appointment and that they don't make appointments through Groupon. The best part is the girl marked my Groupon as being used. Worst mani & pedi experience, poor customer service, and unprofessional staff. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your services! I made an appointment over 3 weeks in advance for a mani & pedi. dI confirme my appointment the Friday before and then was notified 2 days before that no nail technician is available for my scheduled appointment. Why would you confirm my appointment without making sure there is staffing for the service? I was told that another staff member who is a lashes tech can do the service for me. So, I went in the following Friday for my appointment. The lashes tech was nice but did not what she was doing at all. It felt like a 5 year old was doing nails for the first time. She pushed my cuticles back so far that it hurt and when she painted my nails she literally was going in both vertical and horizontal streaks with the polish. It was horrifying to watch. I asked her to take it off and then I spoke to the manager. I wish I had taken pictures to show the disaster nails that I left this place with. The manager proceeded to tell me that she was doing me a favor by having someone do my nails. And then when I showed her my disaster nails, she said she would offer me a free facial the next time I come back and make sure someone is here to do my nails. So before I wrote this review, I gave this new small business another chance to prove themselves. I called to make an appointment for nail services and the complimentary facial for March. When I asked questions about services on the phone like how long I can expect to be there for the facial, what kinds of products will be used, and what the facial entails the owner had the audacity to call me rude and once again tells me she is doing me a favor by giving me a free service. Given the lack of professional behavior and beyond awful customer service, this phone call was my last straw. This place is not worth your time or money. read more

The worst way of conducting business! I booked online the same day in the morning for a 930 appt through booksy.com. I tried calling 2 numbers of my way over to confirm. Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally tried a 3rd number that belonged to the owner since I was outside and it was now 940 and the place was still closed, they're supposed to open at 930. So the owner starts telling me something about the girl assigned to me running late and so I told her I was bothered cuz I had another appt at 1pm and would be late since they were late. She accused me of cancelling the prior days appointment with them---this was my first and last time ever booking with them! I told her I had no idea what she was referring to and I guess she finally realized that she had me confused for someone else... then she tries to blame the website by telling me that people book appointments and it doesn't alert them... Which doesn't make sense because she still managed to confuse me with a different person, so obviously they knew they had an appointment scheduled Then she tells me to wait and that she will speak to the girl who is supposed to help me at 9:30. She comes back on the line and tells me that the girl is just stuck in traffic and should be there shortly. I asked her if she would be able to see me since according to them I didn't have an appointment, she told me that yes, she was almost there and that she didn't have any appointments until later on in the afternoon. She asked me for permission to give the girl my phone number and told me she would call me shortly. Five minutes pass and instead of a call, the girl texts ... i've included a picture of the text message and my response for everyone's amusement. Needless to say I will never be booking with them again. I ended up going to Bliss Lashes about five minutes from there and got some amazing service from them. I've never had so much wounds on my heels and finger from a manicure/ pedicure. I can't believe I got a big toe inflammation on the second day. Avoid this place at all costs and don't try this place even there's a Groupon deal. You end up paying more with all these risks of infections with open wounds. Certain staff definitely needs supervision on what they are doing and needs further training and education, this is really not safe to public. read more

She was thorough in the information given regarding the appointment. The salon is stylish, but most importantly, clean! They offer drinks and snacks while you wait. During my service, Cheylyn constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. When I went in a couple days later to fix a couple areas, she happily filled in my lashes to my satisfaction. The fans on my lashes were horrible. within the first 3 hours I had 4 fans fall off. On my left eye two of the eyelash fans are GLUED TOGETHER.
