This review is mainly about the predatory sales tactics from the moment you give them your info. In a week, I received no less than 4 calls and text messages about every other day from various people trying to have a conversation about my goals. Um, my goal is to try out a free class to see if it's for me. Do we need to become besties in order for that to happen? I told them I wasn't interested in having a phone conversation and they still kept calling, up until the day of my intro class and following up with threats to cancel my intro class because they hadn't had a chance to speak with me. In their voicemails they say a conversation is "required" but when I asked them if it was really a requirement or where in the terms and conditions it mentions that on signup, they didnt respond and just kept barreling forward with trying to get me on the phone. This is despite a clear "no thank you, I'm not interested in chatting." At the end of the class they reserve 15 minutes to separate you and your friends to try to pitch you on a "schedule" and plan that might fit for you. I said very clearly I'm not interested in a membership and they still insisted on going through their pitch. Ugh, all of it gave me the ick. It's like setting up a blind date and having your date blow up your phone and try to get you in a committed relationship before even meeting, even after you've set clear boundaries. They need to rethink their sales strategies because the other friends I took the intro class with also felt the same about being harassed nonstop. I've experienced less annoying sales tactics at time share presentations. Worth a free 30 min class? Probably not.

Service: The instructors are very friendly and great at learning your name quickly. They help correct your form in a kind way and can always provide a different movement if you have an injury. The App & Scheduling: - Booking: Everything is done through their app. You can see the full weekly schedule, check how many spots are left, or join a waitlist. - Cancellation Policy: Be careful with your schedule! You have to cancel at least 12 hours before class. If you miss it or cancel late, they charge a $15 fee. It can add up, so make sure to check your app early to save your money! The Workout: Since I work from home, my hips tend to lock up from sitting all day. Pilates has been so helpful in loosening them up and building strength little by little. Just remember to bring your grip socks or buy a pack on Amazon to save money! Parking: - The Struggle: Evening parking is a pain and the free garage passes run out fast. - The Hack: If you book classes before 8 AM, street parking is free! It really motivated me to become a morning person. Price: It is an investment, but worth it if you go consistently. - Unlimited: $259 - 8 Classes: $199 - 4 Classes: $109 - They offer a military discount, and it's always worth asking about New Year's deals or seasonal specials! Overall Experience: I'm really grateful I started here. My body feels so much better, and the unlimited plan is worth every penny if you go 4-5 times a week.

Whenever I have guests visit from out of town I have an agenda so they can experience the best…read moreunique parts of Denver. The first things I have them do to start the trip off at full throttle is Dylan's Soul Cycle Sessions. Dylan is an Eccentric Bohemian whose Passion, Playfulness, and Cheekiness drives his cyclers places you would never think you would go on a stationary bike. Through out Dylan's work out experience you'll have extreme amounts of avant-garde fun, an introspective journey of self improvement, and all the while doing a challenging workout. It's somewhat hypnotic. Some of my most memorable moments in his sessions was when I first came in with a friend he stated "it looks like we got some daddies in the house." And in my head I'm like what the "hell" is this place but if I'm being honest with myself, I liked it. Later on in the cycling session I was working so hard to keep up and I was on the verge of exercise-induced asthma. I then see Dylan popped off his bike and bring me an oversize candle that he put up to my face and then he said "blow". My heart rate was literally in zone five and he was asking me to "blow out the candle and make a wish." And I was like... "F*€K it" and I succumbed to this SoulCycle witchery so I blew out this oversize candle and made a wish. Then to my surprise, I became hyper fixated on what just happened and it brought me so much joy and it invigorated me to keep my pase going for the workout. Since that moment I trust Dylan immensely. I'm really big on people who are themselves and they can't be anything but "that". That is Dylan for you. Obviously Dylan is extremely outlandish, I love that about him and what's wild is he is just as extremely caring, kind and inspirational on the other side of the spectrum. He's been through a lot, and has a good head on his shoulders. His honesty and vulnerability inspires the peeps in his session by what he shares. Through his stories, he is an icon of how, even if you came from the deep trenches of despair, with perseverance and determination you can get over your hurdles, and even be this true badass fit, hair flipping, cathartic passionate shrieking SoulCycle instructor. It makes me wonder are all SoulCycle sessions this stimulating or is this just Dylan's interpretation of them. If not, I believe he needs to teach a master class to put the Soul in SoulCycle. I'm so entertained that the pain of a work out is an afterthought. Not to mention sessions happen to burn a $hit ton of calories. Dylan SoulCycle is a Denver Experience Must. All in All Dylan is a Rockstar of the stationary cycling community. PS: Bring a water to these sessions or you will die.

First, the lobby is sooo tiny I couldn't move. Second, the music was so loud + crowded lobby that it felt like I was at a rave. Third, check in using class pass was a gigantic pain in the ass! SoulCycle Denver, calm down. It's a spin class!

When I scheduled the appointment…read moreover the phone, they asked what areas were tight and I told them my neck was the main issue. When I arrived, they asked again what areas were bothering me and I again said my neck (and possibly my hips). However, once the 50-minute session began, they explained that they wouldn't be working on my neck specifically, but instead doing a full-body stretching routine. In practice, my neck was only worked on for about the last four minutes of the session. Afterward, they asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, which requires a three-month commitment. I also learned that the first appointment is considered an "introductory session." My concern is that I clearly communicated my neck stiffness twice before the session, but the session itself didn't really address that issue. It felt more like a demonstration of their general assisted stretching program than a session focused on the specific problem I came in with. To be fair, the stretching itself seemed legitimate within their system. But it's important for customers to understand what the service actually is. This is less a place you go to address a specific tight muscle or injury, and more a place you go if you want to make ongoing professional assisted stretching part of your routine. If that's what you're looking for, it may be a good fit. If you're looking for targeted help with a specific issue, it may not be the best option.
