My name is Lynn and six weeks ago I began the DeepTone Once A Week Workout Program after seeing an ad in the newspaper. 60 minutes once a week, with a 95% success ratio, certainly grabbed my attention since I work 50-60 hrs. a week with little time for much else. But I knew it was feasible to commit to an hour once a week, especially when I discovered they have trainers who successfully work with physical limitations (like mine) which require special modifications when exercising. Needless to say, I am thrilled and extremely motivated to continue with DeepTone indefinitely since I have many more pounds and inches to lose. For many years I had been intrigued by the Deep Tone ads in the paper. I guess the most interesting thing to me was the fact that you could get results with a Once a Week workout. My biggest motivation has always been to stay in shape for bowhunting big game and for years I used to start working out around April to get into shape for the fall seasons. As I got older, it became harder and harder to get back into shape after letting myself go for 6 months so I started working out religiously, every other day. I did this for years until a slight back strain caused me to lay off and I just never got back into it. Over a period of several years I slowly and quietly gained around 40 pounds and really wasn't feeling good about myself but try as I might I just couldn't come up with the time to work out like I used to. I remembered the Deep Tone ads and my wife and I decided to give it a try. We've now been doing it for about 8 months. I've lost the 40 pounds and my wife has lost all she wanted to. As a 31 year old mother of 3 kids, Deep Tone has been not only GREAT for my schedule as a one day, once a week program, but has also been phenomenal for my body and health. I got a wakeup call in 2002 when I went to a physical & was told by my Dr. that I was considered obese. I tried everything to lose the extra lbs but nothing seemed to work. After discuss my frustration's with a neighbor in 2003 she asked me if I would like to join Deep Tone with her. Several years ago I was experiencing some difficulty going up stairs in my home. I felt it was a muscle strength problem. About that same time, while working as a nurse practitioner, I was doing a physical exam on a 63 year old female who was in excellent physical shape, (her abs were as strong as some physically fit 20 year olds). I am 42 years old and I have been doing DeepTone for 18 years. My degree is in Exercise and Sport Science and was very skeptical when first hearing about DeepTone. After going to the informational lecture it completely made sense to me and knew I had to do it myself. Before I started DeepTone, I used to lift weights 3 to 5 days a week, 1-2 hours a day. DeepTone has been my fitness hero for 7 years now. After only a few months of doing DeepTone as my one and only workout program I lost 25 pounds and reshaped my body. I just finished the 6-week Beginner class at DeepTone. It was an excellent experience! I've lost over 7 pounds already - I can see the difference in the way clothes fit, my stomach is tightening, my strength and balance are returning, friends remark on the difference - yay! The "exercise" program concept is good, however, they have poor, poor customer service (or should I say NO CUSTOMER Service.) NEVER, NEVER, EVER pay annually - you never know what life will through your way and you will NOT receive any refund from this Business Owner ... seems that the money is more important than any "implied" customer service/satisfaction. We lost out on over 6 months of FEES (times TWO "memberships") -- that is a chunk of money - for ANYONE!! "Prior to starting Deep Tone I was a skeptic, not believing you could work out only 1 hour 1 day a week. I was proven wrong! I have been doing Deep Tone for 7 1/2 years and love the results.
