Parking at the back are for residents or for other businesses fyi. few outdoor seats available. Overall another good coffee spot.

From the moment you step into the enclosed entrance, the vibe is calm, cozy, and immediately promising. You can tell it's designed for outdoor seating when the weather's nice, but even during the colder months, it holds up. The menu has a solid selection with seasonal drinks mixed in, so there's always something new to try instead of defaulting to the same order every time. Shoutout to the merch by the register because it's genuinely funny and dangerously tempting. I showed restraint. Barely. The seating area is where this place really shines. There are plenty of options, great natural light streaming in through the windows, and just the right amount of quiet. It's perfect for getting work done, catching up with a friend, or simply sitting there enjoying the peace like the responsible adult you pretend to be. All around, a great spot with an easy, welcoming vibe. Already looking forward to coming back, especially when it's warm enough to see what the outdoor seating is all about.

We received our drinks quickly after placing our order, so shout out to the staff. We both really liked the coffee base itself and knew we'd be coming back. The décor is cool and I loved the vibe; it has a rustic feel that made the space feel very welcoming. We also met the super chill owner briefly and he let us know there was a sitting area in the back with some art on the wall. There is also ample parking to the side of where the shop is located, always a plus.

I ordered a large latte with cinnamon, a croissant for chocolate chip cookies and a heated cinnamon roll. All this took 20 minutes to get. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of people and took very long time to fulfill the order. Which was unfortunate because the coffee is actually pretty good, and it looks like they have a lot of events at this space that would be fun to come back to. Like a poetry open Mike game nights art painting. But the care in service leaves a lot to be desired. The cinnamon roll was soft and tasty and not overly sweet, which I appreciated and the chocolate chip cookies were also very good. the croissant was smashed inside the take away container as an afterthought and not with any care. This is something that I believe warrants attention by Management to train the staff. And waited essentially 25 minutes after ordering for
