The picture I attached shows a significant amount of coffee missing due to my request for light ice. I specifically asked the barista where the rest of the coffee was and she said that's what happens when I order light ice. This is a complete waste of money.

Iced coffees are good and we enjoyed our specials. we came in a little late so there wasnt much left to eat - only the crumb cake so cant say much for the food. Not so crowded during this time too (around 5pm sunday). Theres a spacious gender neutral bathroom which was kept clean and there's street park only. Parking at the back are for residents or for other businesses fyi. few outdoor seats available. Overall another good coffee spot.

They have about 4 parking spots in the back (all taken) and there's a shopping complex next door. I parked in the shopping complex because there wasn't a sign warning coffee customers not to park there. If you're looking for a Starbucks alternative in Caldwell, this is the place. We actually arrived an hour before opening, but the owner -- who was sitting outside with another person -- greeted us with a big smile and invited us in anyway. He asked where we were from and spoke passionately about crafting his flavors fresh every day, using real ingredients. You could tell he genuinely cares about the experience. He offered us a sample of a dragon fruit flavor he was experimenting with -- it was light, clean, and bursting with natural fruit flavor. No artificial aftertaste, just smooth, refreshing perfection. We ended up ordering the pistachio baklava, and it was hands-down one of the best gelatos we've ever had. The pistachio was rich, nutty, and full-bodied -- not that artificial green stuff you get in most places.
