Since moving down to north OC I've been searching for something to top my Starbs matcha latte order & even though this one was good it tasted exactly like my Starbs order haha but was more expensive in my opinion. Paid around the same price but for a smaller size. So it is a little pricier here. But I'm still excited to come back and try their other options as well as the food choices! I love Bodhi! The staff is always super friendly when I come in. I love the iced chai latte with oatmilk. That is my usual. I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't have a lot of options, but an iced chai latte and a butter croissant is *chef's kiss* I really want to try the cascara tea. It sounds different! Saturday, 08/20/2022 : The caramel blended was very tasty, much better than any other name brand coffee house. The matcha was a bit watery but had a nice taste to it. The only complaint I have is the Customer service-its mediocre. Since it was our first time here - I asked the barista at the register what was popular Bcz it was my first time. I asked about the matcha and she said yeah ppl buy it and that was it, once we ordered we weren't asked for our names or anything. We waited about 10 mins or so and I was wondering if they had called out or order. The baristas weren't busy as they were just cleaning mixers and chatting with each other. I walked over to the front of the counter and sure enough there were my drinks just sitting there ...Would have it been an imposition for them to tell us our order was ready when we were just to their side of their counter area where they make the drinks??? Poor customer service, not very personable or friendly and would I come back? Sure, but at least now I know you better stay around the counter area to watch when you're drinks are ready or you'll just end up waiting forever. Be sure to look through their inside windows of their warehouse! Never seen so many coffee bean sacks in my life :D read more

Review is from a delivery I was picking up. Not the product itself. When I first entered it seemed like a great place. I said hello and showed the worker the name I was picking up for. The first worker said hello, then sent me to the other side of the counter to pick up. I said "hello, how are you?"and let the other worker know I was picking up for someone. They gave me a blank stare then slid the items towards me. All three workers were there near me and I said "thank you very much have a great day you guys". Tried their lavender , vanilla, matcha latte. All very flavorful and with a nice creamy taste. Best part is that the flavor is not overly sweet and taste is just perfect. Visited this coffee shop for the first time and ordered Medium Iced Vanilla latte with a guava pastry. Impressed that they filled up the coffee all the way to the top and it tasted great. I didn't know the name of the bread since they did NOT display the names in front of the pastries, so I just picked one that I haven't seen in the past. After I tasted it, it was Guava and was very good. Even though the coffee taste, amount of drink (full), pastry were all good, I had to delete one star from 5 because the person who took the order kept a straight face. Great but I was a little confused with their sizing. In the case of the Americano, sm and med is the same amount of espresso but the med just has more water. Same goes with the large and xl. Let's start with I absolutely love Bohdi will take there coffee over Starbucks. The customer service though at this location was not up to par. There were a total of 6 of us that wanted to grab a coffee, mind you we came after the morning coffee rush. We were then confronted by one of the baristas by the name of "Ummm Daniel" and told us we were not courtesy as we did not call ahead of time. We brought my parents from out of town to enjoy a great cup of joe and were met with such unprofessionalism. He then eluded to us as the "The Big Guy Order". Not cool! Not Okay! Mind you this establishment was full of other customers who heard and witnessed such a disgraceful attitude. Wonder what type of stigma this has now set in there minds? Probably lead to business loss. Steve Sims you need to discuss this with your Placentia location as this is unacceptable and I know from my other experiences this is NOT THE STANDARD OF SERVICE.
