They gave me a great deal and told me it would take about 10 days -- when I picked it up, I was honestly shocked. It looks like a brand new rug. The colors are vibrant again and the whole thing feels refreshed and revived. I'm so happy with the results and definitely recommend them if you want your rug done right.

After our wood plank flooring was completed, we had some issues with a leak, and this is where she truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. The quality, immense variety options, and ginormous room size spools of carpets so you can see what an entire room would look like instead of the small cut out samples blows away all other carpet stores. Refined Carpets were punctual, always showed up, and always cleaned up, leaving the job site as clean as they got it. Since we had to move out of our 2nd floor and lived in our garage for a bit, they were very understanding and moved efficiently and gave us access when they could. Since the flooring was finished, we have additionally purchased rugs from them (up to three now) and were equally impressed with their continued customer service.
