I went with the Tenders Combo, which comes with 4 tenders, 2 sauces and a side. The Tenders were well seasoned with crispy thin breading. The chicken was tender and moist. They give a generous amount of sauce, just 1 sauce would have been enough for me! -Buffalo Sauce: Good consistency. Can really taste the Frank's Red Hot. -Honey Mustard: My go to for tenders and this version does not disappoint! -Ranch: Has a really good buttermilk flavor. The Fries were well seasoned. They were fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside. The Coleslaw was very crisp, and not too liquid-y. I enjoyed the cucumber, which I don't normally see in coleslaw. It was delicious, but I'm not sure I should have eaten all the mayo on the sandwich in hindsight. Would likely request a slight smear or the mayo on the side, so I could apply more sparsely. Also grabbed the fries which were excellent. Thick cut with a soft interior but still well fried with a crispy outside. I liked the salt level though my wife thought they were under salted; more for me Service was very quick. Order was ready within a couple minutes. About $8 for the sandwich plus another $4 for the large serving of fries. Pretty solid value nowadays when chicken sandwiches plus fries are going for $20+. read more

SO next to our hotel was a nice food court and Bob White was one of my offerings. My son had recommended them based on a video he had seen and yep they were good. Chicken sando: Perfectly fired chicken with just the right amount o f mayo. The pickles added a salty sweet crunch and the acid hit helped balance the mayo Chicken Tenders: again perfectly battered and fried. The Bob White sauce (their house sauce) was very similar to Raising Cains just a bit more acid and a touch thinner. It was so good I didn't miss the tomatoes or the lettuce. If you're a pickle lover like me, you're in for a real treat. They put tons of pickles on this sandwich. I appreciate that the bun is not seeded. The plain bun slaps. The crinkled fries are my favorite. There's this secret bobwhite sauce that you need to try with these fries. I tend to pour it on my chicken sandwich. You can get it buffalo, spicy, or original. Ordering with them is a breeze. The staff is so polite. You have to try the chicken tenders as well. I think about this buffalo chicken sandwich a lot. I first saw it in an Eater video a while back, and I've gotten it every time I'm in New York since. First off I'd like to say bobwhite counter has always been one of my go to cravings for the past 2 years. Every time i order it, the spicy chicken sandwich always slaps. I don't get it from any other place. I also enjoy eating their chicken tenders and pretty much everything else on the menu. I've tried it all. HOWEVER, maybe half a year ago they decided to change the menu and REMOVED the ICONIC fried chicken sandwich and the hot fried chicken sandwich. This establishment is known for the fried chicken sandwiches and yet they removed them and replaced it with fried tender sandwiches. If i wanted fried tenders i would just order it separately. Why get rid of the best sandwiches? The classic and hot ones? I've tried the new sandwiches and it just feels like eating tenders with bread. The sauces are okay (chimichurri and truffle aioli) but that's not something i would eat every time. Long story short, it's really upsetting that the classic fried chicken sandwich and hot version has been removed. It no longer feels the same. The new sandwiches on the menu are NOT it. I wanted to give the new sandwiches a try and sadly both me and my partner were not pleased. We will not be going back here unless the menu changes. The chicken is fresh and was as good as when I ate them the first time. I had a side order of ranch sauce----mmm---yummy! BobWhite Counter delivers the freshness and crispiness that southern chicken should taste like, right here in the big red apple (LIC location). The guys at counter are very nice and friendly. TLDR - will write review solely based on the food, since this is a food court - the wrap tasted OK but was disappointed with two flaws: I) the wrap wasn't cut through entirely in the middle. I had to rip it myself and the insides went everywhere. Kind of hard to believe they couldn't cut the wrap properly for a place that has so few items on the menu, ii) felt the sauce to content ratio was a bit too high. Order a chicken sandwich with fries. Took 30 mins to get and I was prob the only one that ordered in the last few minutes. Food was COLD!!!!!!!! Fries were cold and didn't seem fresh when I got it. Sandwich was decently room temperature. Had little sauce in it when in pictures, it looks like it sometimes drips out of the bun. I know I like the resturant in Manhattan lower east side they have more selections. The service is so kind and on the lower east side on Avenue C they have outdoor seating The food is always fresh because LES is always litttt with hungry people. It's a small resturant. I had maybe eaten there INSIDE Jacx and Co once before, but I recently got a promo flyer and decided to try the chicken sandwich with fries combo. I got the original sandwich with no modifications. Each bite was juicy, flavorful, crunchy, and satisfying. AND they gave me a lot of crispy crinkle fries. SO delicious and I WILL be going there again!
